Abstract The handloom items of Galo Community are very beautiful and eye catching in Arunachal Pradesh. The cultural pattern of a society is reflected in the quality and craftsmanship of their handloom. The term handloom refers those products of a common folk or a specific community, which are produced manually with their indigenous technology. So it plays magnificent role in the socio-economic development of a society. Problems like lack of interest from craftsmen, a lack of working capital, a lack of marketing opportunities, a lack of capacity utilisation, a lack of technical know-how, a lack of organisational strength, competition from other modern products, a lack of entrepreneurial knowledge, a lack of labour, etc. were its main issues in the state. Handloom industry comprises diversified artistic and decorative products portfolio with its large variety and contributes significantly to the national economy by way of both exports and employment generation We, therefore find that many areas can be developed for the growth and development of cane and bamboo industry and this may be designed in according to present demand in the age of globalization.

Dengue is a viral disease that today affects a high number of people in comparison to other Arboviral diseases reported in India. The Ranchi district of Jharkhand reports sporadic cases of dengue since 2006 followed by an outbreak of dengue in localized area in the months of August to November from year 2017 to 2019 & 2021 to 2022. In the past few years, cases of dengue are often reported in large numbers which increased the probability of any outbreak of dengue in the district. In most of the cases of dengue infection, patients are treated symptomatically. No any proven and specific antiviral drug is available to treat Dengue. In the absence of an effective antiviral drug to treat the disease, various treatments are being investigated. Studies have indicated that the juice of the leaves of the Carica papaya plant from the family Caricaceae could help to increase the platelet levels in dengue patients. The research was done on reported and admitted cases of Dengue. Several studies have been conducted previously by many researchers although these literature lack adequate information, some of the studies do raise the possibility that this treatment could be an important option in the future. Further large-scale studies could establish the usefulness or ineffectiveness of this natural product in the treatment of dengue.

This paper actively delves into the legal dimensions of the Nanking Massacre also known as the Rape of Nanking, an event that stands among history's most contentious. It critically examines its implications for international relations: through analysis of primary sources, legal documents and eyewitness accounts. The researcher aims to understand how imperialistic agendas were shaped by the Japanese empire. Dissecting crimes, human rights violations, and responsibility actions of both the Imperial Japanese Army and Chinese Nationalist Army forms the focus of the research. It emphasizes on transgressed laws during these heinous acts: The Nanking Massacre unveiled itself immediately after the Battle of Nanking - a significant event in the Second Sino-Japanese War starting from December 13th, 1937; it persisted for a daunting six weeks. Not only did the perpetrators commit mass murder, but they also committed other crimes: mass rape, looting and arson. The massacre stands as a testament to one of history's most atrocious wartime events; it left an indelible scar on record. In November 1937--after capturing Shanghai--the Japanese forces swiftly advanced through China until reaching the outskirts of Nanjing. Recognizing the indefensibility of Nanjing, most forces from the Chinese army withdrew. Concurrently, John Rabe, a German citizen who founded the International Committee for the Nanking Safety Zone, assumed de facto control over an evacuated city as its civilian government had fled. Then on December 5th, Prince Yasuhiko Asaka took command of Japan's campaign. The point of dispute remains: Did Asaka directly order the rape and violence, or did he merely allow it to happen? However, there is no question that he took no action to halt this carnage. Unchecked operation started on December 13 - coinciding with the entrance of Japanese troops into the city; they encountered minimal resistance. In violation of the laws of war, perpetrators summarily executed Chinese soldiers; meanwhile, rampant looting and rape prevailed. Estimates for the death toll vary substantially: they range from a minimum of 40,000 to an alarming maximum exceeding 300,000-- similarly disconcerting figures emerge when examining rape cases which number between 20,000 and potentially as high as 80,000. Acknowledging past atrocities and educating future generations: this is the pivot that prevents historical tragedies--a stark underscore of the importance placed on historical memory, justice, and reconciliation in shaping modern relationships.

Rapid emergency response is crucial for saving lives. However, traffic congestion significantly hinders ambulance response times, particularly at intersections. This paper proposes a novel Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) communication-based traffic clearance system to expedite ambulance movement through intersections. The system utilizes Roadside Units (RSUs) deployed at traffic lights and On-Board Units (OBUs) equipped in ambulances and surrounding vehicles. The ambulance OBU broadcasts a "hello" message to nearby RSUs, identifying the RSU with the strongest connection and shortest time of arrival. This RSU then prioritizes the ambulance by immediately switching the traffic light to green upon receiving an emergency signal from the ambulance OBU. Additionally, the ambulance OBU broadcasts a "Ambulance!" message to the surrounding vehicles. This system leverages the power of V2X communication to dynamically adjust traffic flow and significantly reduce ambulance response times at intersections.

The estimation of changes in housing prices is often done through house price prediction Because location, area, and population are closely connected with housing price, more information is needed in addition to house price prediction to estimate the cost of a specific home. Many studies have used conventional machine learning techniques to predict home prices effectively, but they seldom address the shortcomings of particular models and often overlook the more sophisticated but less well- liked models. Therefore, this study will use both conventional and sophisticated machine learning techniques to examine the differences between several sophisticated models in order to examine the diverse effects of features on prediction methods. Additionally, a thorough validation of several model implementation strategies on regression will be provided in this study, with positive outcomes. As the purpose of literature is to extract meaningful information from historical property market data. Historical property is assessed with machine learning techniques. exchanges in India to find practical models for home sellers and purchasers. The large disparity between the most expensive homes' pricing is made clear. Furthermore, studies show that the Multiple Linear Regression method, which relies on mean squared error assessment, is competitive.

Multi-server authentication systems offer greater value through a single registration, and make it easier to access multiple services from trusted servers through a single agent Traditional registration methods often hinder users due to the burden of remembering multiple passwords from each service provider. Multi-server authentication simplifies this process by enabling real-time client authentication over public channels, increasing the availability of services. With the advent of more multi-server authentication protocols, education continues to search for more efficient and flexible authentication schemes. In this context, we offer anonymous authentication mechanisms designed to mitigate major security threats such as impersonation, insider attacks, and password compromise, all in place in a rational computing system Our approach uses the random oracle model for a more formal security evaluation, compared to existing protocols This comprehensive evaluation, which reveals better performance in terms of computing power, . in terms of communication and storage costs highlights the effectiveness of our proposed scheme in ensuring anonymity and encryption of users especially in multi-server scenarios plant.
