The main holy grail of the present paper is know how far socio-economic factors impact on the microfinance activities and to know about the effect of before and after joining Self Help Groups (SHGs), and to know the factor driving women empowerment and social capital formation. Since independence maximum attention is given to the development of rural poor but urban poor has been neglected. The poverty programmes, further, undertaken by government except at present where the beneficiary get benefit through direct transfer, could not trickle down to the poor previously. Urban poor like rural requires organised financial assistance to meet the expenditure of children education and health. Bengaluru is experiencing rapid urbanisation due to increase in the population. Microfinance programmes has been emerged as a powerful tool of poverty alleviation since the last 3 decades several studies have examined its economic influence on the community well being (Asghar Tahamaseli et al. 2021).

Training has been an area of researchers interest for several decades. Researchers have focused on understanding the complexity of the process and identifying the factors to acknowledge their impact on training process. However, agriculture trainings have had the least progress as the emphasis has been laid only on gain in knowledge as a result of training and its application. Such trainings have failed to incorporate other imperative elements that attribute towards a successful transfer of training. The key however is to identify generic factors that contribute in the gain in knowledge and application. This review paper suggests the role of different factors that should be incorporated in the agricultural trainings. The paper facilitates a new direction for studying the transfer of training in all together a different setting and suggest directions for future research investigations.

Communication has always been an import part of life and its importance came to light as internet and intranet technology has started to constantly evolve and users looking for increasingly sophisticated services and thus Networks have been laid out all around the globe at different levels for their respective needs and necessities. Without networks the communication between two individual bodies present in different location would seem impossible. The network has woven itself into the very fabric of our lives. We worked on a problem for Campus Area Network, also known as CAN, and its potential gaps that can be a channel for hackers to penetrate the organization, and we presented a smart and safe network architecture for colleges to boost security and limit the danger of any type of threat. This architecture consists of various departments which are often found in most of the colleges and each of them housed in different buildings and this architecture is secured by VLANs, ACLs and IoT monitoring systems. This entire simulation is duplicated and laid out in Cisco Packet Tracer, which allows us to configure all parts of the network and its respective devices and imitate its working as in the real world.

Crimes against humanity are acts of violence that are committed deliberately by a state or on its behalf as part of a widespread or methodical program. These crimes are frequently directed against individuals, whether they are engaged in armed conflict or not. Because of the aggressive nature of these crimes, they are regarded as a significant violation of human rights, which is where the word "human rights violation" comes from. They differ from war crimes in that they are not isolated acts carried out by individual soldiers, but rather they are acts that are carried out in order to further a policy that has been established by a government or an organization. Individuals accused of crimes against humanity were initially brought to justice for the first time during the Nuremberg trials. After the atrocities committed during and in the immediate aftermath of the Holocaust, the United Nations General Assembly adopted a resolution known as the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It was at first intended for widespread implementation in international law. (1948). The political pathologies that are associated with crimes against humanity are best illustrated by political groupings or nations that violate or encourage violations of the human rights standards enumerated in the Declaration of Human Rights. Crimes against humanity are now also being investigated by a number of additional international commissions, in addition to being tried in local courts. (such as the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, the International Criminal Tribunal for Rwanda, and the International Criminal Court). The development of international customary law has been the primary vehicle for the expansion of the legal framework governing offenses against humanity. Crimes against humanity are not currently defined in any international convention; however, the Crimes Against Humanity Initiative is heading an effort around the world to develop a treaty that would define these atrocities.

Short introduction: Behavioural finance has been growing over the last twenty-five years specifically because investors rarely behave according to the financial and economic theories. The investors main aim is to maximize wealth. However, there are many occurrences where emotions and psychology impact the decisions, causing the investors to behave in an unpredictable or irrational way. Thus, it is interesting to study how investment instruments are affected by the behavioral biases of the investors. Purpose: The main objectives of this research paper were to examine whether investors in Ahmedabad city were affected by behavioural biases or not, also, to examine whether there is any correlation between Mental accounting and Nudging as a behaviour biasness and do they effect investors decision making. The secondary objective was to examine what are the preferred sources of information of investors before taking their investment decisions. Various parameters were covered and an attempt was made to know whether investors of Ahmedabad city had such behaviour biases while making their investment decision or they were rational enough. Methodology: As this research was a descriptive research type, in this research as primary source of collection, questionnaire had been created and 100 investors in Ahmedabad city had been covered as the sample size. Test applied: Statistical tests such as Chi square, Spearmans correlation and Single Variable Analysis were used to get the results. Findings: The findings from the test applied proved that Ahmedabad city investors had behavioural biases and there is negative moderate correlation between Mental Accounting and Nudging.

The term Ecofeminism shows the relationship between Ecology and Feminism. Ecofeminism is a branch of Ecocriticism which studies how the oppression of women is linked with nature. Generally the Land is compared to a Feminine gender as it is fertile and nurtures the life similar to a female who nurtures her family and finally owned by a male just like property. Ecofeminism on the other hand means a way of thinking which encourages interconnectedness of people with the environment and addressing the suppression and oppression of women alongside. This paper focus on how the protagonist Kaberi is associated with nature and also about her psychological growth that interlinked with the nature and with the other characters in Jahnavi Baruas Rebirth. The author explained the condition of Indian women under the patriarchy and how anthropocentric activities in the development process affect nature and Women.

Currently, too many architectural boundaries are crossed in chip design. Nobody has found out how to make a chip fit every need for the ideal consumer product. But I think we're getting there. A new type of chip can now adapt to any programming requirement by wiping its existing hardware design and creating new hardware that is ideal for running the required software. Reconfigurable processors are the term used to describe these semiconductors. These new chips can instantly rewire themselves to build the precise hardware required to execute a piece of software at the highest speed. The name of this new chip is CHAMELEON CHIP.
