The standardization activities of the fifth generation communications are clearly over and deployment has commenced globally. To sustain the competitive edge of wireless networks, industrial and academia synergy have begun to conceptualize the next generation of wireless communication systems (namely, sixth generation, (6G)) aimed at laying the foundation for the stratification of the communication needs of the 2030s. In support of this vision, this study highlights the most promising lines of research from the recent literature in common directions for the 6G project. Its core contribution involves exploring the critical issues and key potential features of 6G communications, including: (i) challenges and potential solutions; and (ii) research activities. These controversial research topics were profoundly examined in relation to the motivation of their various sub-domains to achieve a precise, concrete, and concise In this paper, the latest research work on 6G technologies and applications is summarized, and the associated research challenges are discussed.

A case study of the Gurugram-Manesar Urban Complex for Sustainable Transportation Manisha Dahiya Ph.D. Research Scholar, Department of Geography, Baba Mastnath University, Rohtak, Haryana-INDIA E mail- manishaantildahiya742@gmail.com Abstract In our changing world, over half of the world's population now lives in urban areas than in rural areas. Only 30% of the world's population lived in cities in 1950 but by 2050, that percentage is expected to rise to 66%. Even though Indian cities are expanding quickly, one cyber town in the state of Haryana is progressing toward sustainable urban growth. The year 1972 saw the establishment of the world-famous Maruti Industry with the assistance of the Suzuki Company of Japan, which marked the beginning of Gurugram's major growth. Case study of the Gurugram-Manesar Urban Complex, which is also renowned as the only city in India with a quick metro network, modern commercial malls, towering cyber parks, and an excellent example of sustainable urban development. This complex's name was suggested in the district development plan. This city, which serves as the financial and industrial hub of Haryana, has seen India's third-largest increase in per capita income (after Chandigarh and Mumbai). Through excise tax, sales tax, stamp duty, and registration, Gurugram contributes between 45 and 48 percent of Haryana's total revenue. The state's current prolific and enormous real estate development centres around this area. The prominent location of this town on National Highway Number 48 and its proximity to the Indira Gandhi International Airport, which is only 4 kilometres away and has excellent air connectivity to all major capitals across the world, are the main causes of its extremely rapid expansion. In this paper, an attempt has been made to examine the transport system and its connections to nearby towns and the national capital of Delhi. (Total words- 266)

In the Damoh District, a thorough investigation has been done to evaluate the river Vyarma's water quality index. Five sampling stations provided 60 water samples, which were then examined for physicochemical properties (temperature, pH, DO, hardness, total alkalinity, turbidity, chloride, specific conductivity, TDS, phosphate, and nitrate.). People from both urban and rural areas live along the Vyarma river's bank. Their daily garbage is dumped into the river, changing its physicochemical characteristics. Several physicochemical analysis results shows that certain water samples from the research locations are found to have parameters including pH, electrical conductivity, total dissolved solids, turbidity, and hardness in excess of the permissible limit. Between July 2021 to June 2022, the current study was carried out. The findings showed that the majority of the physicochemical properties of river water samples were within WHO guidelines.

In this paper the work is done by converting rotary motion into reciprocating motion by means of a single slider crank mechanism. The main motive behind this prototype is to replace conventional conveyer systems with fully mechanical, highly efficient, having low initial and maintenance costs. These small-scale mechanical conveyers Box transport systems are mainly focused on small-scale manufacturing plants and businesses. Conventional conveyer systems consist of belts, large input/output motors, etc., which increase the initial as well as maintenance cost. This prototype is based solely on a four-bar mechanism and employs a simple small rotary motor. This rotary motion is converted to reciprocating motion. This prototype will surely reduce the efforts required by small-scale industries. Usually, the operation of the wrapping machine is controlled by means of a switch actuated by the box forming machine so that their operating speeds are related to each other.

The paper tries to analyse Sudha Murty’s select novels in the light of value theory. The novels taken for study are House of Cards, Dollar Bahu, and The Mother I never knew. Value theory highlights human values and its function in the society. Indian society is shaped by Indian virtues. Inspite of advancement of science and influence of western culture, Indian society sticks to its own virtue system. Each member of Indian society is expected to adhere to its values. Sudha Murty presents a plethora of characters who follow Indian value system as it is and some charcters leave the system altogether. In India Women are expected to nurture family and impart value education to children. And men are expected to remain loyal to the family and be its support system. Sudha Murty presents characters who are carried away by human flaws. Some go after materialistic benefits and fail to do their duty. The paper compares and contrasts the virtue and belief system of such dichotomic characters.

Merger and acquisition (M&A) activities have become increasingly common in the banking sector over the past few decades. This study aims to investigate the trends, motives, and outcomes of M&A activities in the bank of Baroda, with a focus on the impact of M&A on the financial performance of the merged entities. The findings of this study indicate that M&A activities in the banking sector are driven by several motives, including achieving economies of scale, diversification, expansion into new markets, and consolidation. The study also found that the impact of M&A on the financial performance of the merged entities varies based on several factors, such as the size of the merging entities, the mode of financing, the level of regulatory scrutiny, and the cultural compatibility between the merged entities. Overall, the study concludes that M&A activities in the banking sector can create significant value for shareholders, but they also pose several challenges. Successful M&A activities require careful planning, effective integration, and proper risk management to achieve their intended objectives. The study recommends that banks considering M&A activities should carefully evaluate the potential benefits and risks, seek regulatory approvals, and ensure effective post-merger integration to maximize the benefits of M&A.

Ocular manifestations of tuberculosis are rare and diverse, the most common manifestation of ocular tuberculosis is choroiditis. We describe a patient who presented a unilateral active multifocal choroiditis with panuveitis, and was diagnosed with presumed ocular tuberculosis. This case shows that the diagnosis of ocular tuberculosis can be made in the presence of a number of clinical and biological epidemiological arguments, and treatment must be started as soon as possible.

In both domestic and international arbitration, the arbitrability of the subject matter is a primary consideration before the courts and arbitral tribunals. When a party submits a dispute for arbitration, their opponent may resist the arbitration proceedings on the grounds that the dispute is non-arbitrable according to the law of the State and should only be decided by the competent court. In such situations, the arbitrator or court must decide whether a particular claim or dispute is capable of settlement by arbitration under the applicable law. The issue of arbitrability differs between countries and may also change over time. In most countries, disputes or claims relating to commercial or contractual matters are arbitrable, whereas criminal, family, bankruptcy, and insolvency matters are not. In many countries, legislation and judicial decisions have narrowed the scope of non-arbitrability in order to encourage arbitration between parties.

Abstract:- To this day money transactions in business and other activities are made through cheques and other Negotiable Instruments in India. If the transaction through cheque failed the remedies that existed were filing Civil Suit and filing a complaint for the offence of cheating the only ways till l988. Then the Negotiable Instrument Act is amended and if the cheque is dishonoured it became an offence and punishment is prescribed. There are many amendments made and new provisions are introduced to handle the situations to make the cheque dishonour case proceedings effective. Meanwhile, the government of India is discussing the decriminalisation of the offence of cheque dishonour. Further, even after the inclusion of new provisions, there are difficulties in the Criminal Proceedings of cheque dishonour. The earlier remedies, effects if the amendment of decriminalisation is enforced and existing hurdles in the Criminal Proceedings at present and the way out thereof are discussed in this article.
