Career selection is a complex and critical decision that significantly influences an individual's professional growth and long-term satisfaction; however, many students and job seekers face difficulties due to limited guidance, lack of awareness about available career options, and uncertainty regarding their own abilities and interests. Conventional career counselling systems often rely on generic recommendations and fail to address individual differences. To overcome these limitations, this research proposes a Personalized Career Advisor based on predictive classification and an intelligent advisory engine. The system collects user-specific attributes such as educational background, academic performance, skills, interests, and career preferences, and applies machine learning-based classification algorithms to analyze patterns from historical student and career datasets. Multiple classifiers are utilized to improve prediction accuracy and robustness in identifying suitable career domains. After predicting the most appropriate career path, the advisory engine generates personalized recommendations, including essential skills, relevant courses, certifications, tools, and a structured career roadmap. Furthermore, the system performs resume analysis to extract key information such as skills, qualifications, and experience, which is then matched with job requirements to suggest relevant and reliable job opportunities. When gaps are identified between user profiles and job eligibility criteria, the system provides targeted recommendations for skill development and learning. Overall, the proposed approach integrates career prediction, personalized guidance, and employment recommendations to deliver an effective and intelligent solution for informed career planning and professional development.

Image classification is an important task in computer vision with applications in agriculture, healthcare, and industrial automation. Traditional machine learning methods require manual feature extraction, whereas deep learning models automatically learn hierarchical features from raw images. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) have shown remarkable performance in image classification tasks. However, training deep networks from scratch requires large datasets and high computational resources. Transfer learning solves this problem by using pre-trained models trained on large datasets like ImageNet. In agriculture, fruit quality classification is important for ensuring food safety and reducing post-harvest losses. Manual inspection is slow, subjective, and inefficient. Therefore, automated deep learning-based systems are required. This study focuses on comparing three CNN architectures--MobileNetV2, EfficientNetB3, and InceptionV3--for fruit quality classification using transfer learning.

In the view of onset of second quarter of 21st century, the Indian economy is in a crucial stage, facing shortage of essential required workforce demands arising out of globalization, digitalization and the Fourth Industrial Revolution. The National Education Policy (NEP) 2020 identifies the gap between traditional higher education and market-relevant skills, by introducing comprehensive reforms to address these lacunae. Present empirical study analyses how skill-based education at the higher level influences the brain drain phenomenon among Indian graduates and professionals. Using mixed methods--quantitative surveys from final-year university students across five Indian states (n = 840) and qualitative interviews with 25 education administrators and industry recruiters--this paper investigates whether enhanced skill incorporation into education under NEP 2020 can reduce the propensity of Indian talent to seek job opportunities in abroad countries. The findings indicate a significant correlation between skill-oriented curricular exposure and graduate's intention to stay and work in India (p < 0.05). Students reporting better industry linkages, internship opportunities, and soft skill training expressed lower desire towards migration. Qualitative insights further reveal that graduates perceive skill education as a core determinant of employability and career satisfaction. However, challenges as uneven implementation, resource constraints, and industry trust deficits in Indian higher education credentials are still open for educational system owing to completion of first quarter of digital century. The paper concludes that while NEP 2020's skill-based initiatives carry potential to mitigate brain drain, concerted policy execution, industry partnerships, and continuous monitoring are of immense importance for long-term effectiveness.

Parents and caregivers shape a child's emotional security, values, behaviour and development. They need to provide guidance, support, protection, and a nurturing environment. This study examines the mental health of children in the preteen years (9-12), with a focus on how parental support or conflict influences their emotional well-being. The primary objective of the study was to understand the role of parental behaviour in shaping mental health of preteens, to identify the effects of supportive versus stressful home environments, and to suggest strategies that can help improve emotional stability among children. Because of the changing economic demands and necessity for both the parents to work outside of home, preteen children are expected to show more maturity, while given very little independence. A conceptual paper was chosen for this study because the aim was to analyze and integrate existing theories, research findings, academic discussions, and personal experiences, related to preteen mental health and parental influence. The discussion highlights that supportive parenting, open communication, and stable family environments contribute positively to children's emotional security, confidence, and coping ability. On the other hand, frequent parental conflicts and stressful home situations may lead to anxiety, insecurity, and behavioural problems. The study concludes that parental involvement, a nurturing family environment, awareness among parents, and caregivers is very important in supporting children during this sensitive developmental stage.

Doctor Faustus is the tragedy of a man who misdirects great gifts of the mind and spirit and consequently loses his soul to the torment of Hell. It is the first major Elizabethan tragedy; the first to explore the dramatic and tragic possibilities of the contraries of Renaissance compulsions with its new enquiring and aspiring spirit, come in collision with traditional received medieval and Christian moral equation. A Renaissance scholar endowed with learning's golden gifts, Faustus audaciously desires dominion as far as the mind of man stretches. In a deed signed in his own blood he pledges his soul to Lucifer for a bargain to live in all voluptuousness for twenty-four years to fulfil his audacious desires. His bargain requires him to reject Heaven and abjure God. When the time is up and the Devil comes to claim his soul, Faustus writhes in agony realising the futility of his aspiration for omnipotence. Faustus' soliloquies are a mirror of his mental landscape and vividly convey his chaos of Will-power and Impotence. Is Faustus a martyr to everything the Renaissance valued--curiosity, enterprise, knowledge, power, emancipation from the old order, or, an account of the first modern man; a contemporary displaying 'hubris' in marvellous technological achievements, revealing an agnostic intellectual confusion? 'Dr Faustus' embodies the tension between the medieval Morality framework of the play and the new dynamics of the Renaissance. Marlowe, the innovator, made Blank Verse as the new imaginative and superbly expressive idiom of Elizabethan drama. Marlowe's rhetoric of enticement is a glorification of the mind which is courageous and invincible.

India's National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) marks a significant reorientation of the philosophical, structural, and governance framework of education in India. It introduces wide-ranging reforms across school education, higher education, teacher education, curriculum and assessment practices, multilingualism, inclusion, and the integration of technology. Although the policy presents an ambitious vision for building a more equitable, inclusive, and knowledge-based society, the realization of this vision depends fundamentally on the effectiveness of its implementation. This article examines the implementation dynamics of NEP 2020 by analysing the relationship between policy intent and institutional practice. It reviews the major reform domains of the policy and considers the administrative, pedagogical, financial, and socio-cultural factors that influence its execution. The article argues that implementation is inherently uneven and complex, given India's highly diverse educational landscape, which is shaped by regional disparities, infrastructural deficits, digital inequalities, and variations in state capacity. At the same time, the policy creates important possibilities for curricular flexibility, strengthened foundational learning, institutional innovation, and expanded educational access. The paper concludes that the transformative potential of NEP 2020 can be realized only through sustained public investment, teacher empowerment, decentralised and context-sensitive implementation, and continuous monitoring across all levels of the education system.

Bianchi type VIII bulk viscous cosmological model with barotropic equation of state and dark energy is investigated. To achieve a deterministic solution, we assume that the coefficient of shear viscosity( ) is proportional to expansion ( ), which leads to , where and are metric potentials. Also coefficient of bulk viscosity ( ) is assumed proportional to expansion, i.e. , where is constant. Barotropic fluid equation , where ( ) is a constant known as the barotropic index, ( ) is pressure and ( ) is energy density, is taken into consideration to determine cosmological constant ( ). The behavior of the model from physical and geometrical aspects is discussed in detail.

The connection between effective communication and safe, quality healthcare is critical. At the hospital level, a breakdown in communication can lead to everything from misdiagnosis and error in medication to a lack of trust in the medical profession as a whole. In a country with a high level of linguistic diversity, however, language barriers have emerged as one of the most frequent - but least acknowledged - patient-safety incidents. This research assesses the impact of language barriers between patients and healthcare professionals on patient safety, with a specific focus on the elderly and migrant groups who are more susceptible to communication errors. Findings from the study indicate that these populations have specific needs when it comes to healthcare by struggling with symptom articulation, misinterpretation of medical assessments, and reduced availability of interpretation assistance. The result is delayed treatment, decreased compliance with at-home and in-office treatment and increased risk of medical mistake. Yet healthcare providers admit this is a problem in India and an organized approach to the issue - interpreter services, multilingual pamphlets for patients, and technologically based translation efforts - has yet to be established. The objective of this study is to assess patient and provider perceptions of communication challenges and examine feasible solutions to bridge such challenges. If Indian medical institutions are able to approach language barriers with a structure and effort that is culturally sensitive, they can improve patient safety and enable a more diverse and comprehensive approach to treatment for all.

INTRODUCTION: Shireesha (Albizia lebbeck Benth.) is a Vishaghna dravya described extensively in Ayurvedic classics. It is mentioned from the Vedic period to Nighantu period with wide therapeutic applications, especially in Visha, Kasa, Shwasa, and Kushtha. Classical texts emphasize its role in detoxification and management of Kaphaja and allergic disorders.MATERIALS & METHODS: A comprehensive literary review was carried out from primary Ayurvedic sources including Charaka Samhita, Sushruta Samhita, Ashtanga Hridaya, and Nighantus such as Bhavaprakasha Nighantu etc. Data regarding Rasa, Guna, Virya, Vipaka, Karma, therapeutic indications, and classical formulations of Shireesha were collected, compiled, and analysed.RESULTS: Classical literature consistently identifies Shireesha as a potent Vishaghna drug. In Samhitas, it is included under Vishaghna Mahakashaya and Shirovirechaniya Gana, indicated in Visha, Kasa, Shwasa, Kushtha, and other skin disorders. Nighantus describe it predominantly with Kashaya-Tikta Rasa, Laghu Guna, and variable Virya (Ushna/Sheeta). It is widely used in classical formulations like Pancha Shireesha Agada etc. Variations are observed in Virya and Guna across different texts, indicating diverse interpretations.DISCUSSION: The compiled data highlights Shireesha as a multi-dimensional therapeutic drug with main action in Visha Chikitsa and Kaphaja Vyadhi. Differences in Virya and Guna among Nighantus suggest regional or interpretative variations, while the uniform emphasis on Vishaghna Karma supports its strong detoxifying and anti-allergic potential.CONCLUSION: Classical Ayurvedic literature establishes Shireesha as a Shreshta Vishaghna dravya with wide therapeutic utility. The consistency of its indications across texts validates its importance in Ayurveda and provides a strong foundation for further pharmacological and clinical research.

This paper examines the articulation of black identity, resistance, and cultural affirmation in selected poems of Langston Hughes within the socio-historical context of the Harlem Renaissance. Poetry is treated as a medium that preserves collective memory and voices the experiences of marginalized communities. Hughes' works such as "I, Too," "The Negro," "Cross," and "Dream Variations" foreground the realities of racial discrimination, social inequality, and the search for belonging while simultaneously celebrating African American resilience and creativity. The study situates Hughes' poetic vision alongside the broader cultural awakening of the Harlem Renaissance, a movement that sought to redefine African American identity through literature, music, and art. By analysing Hughes' use of metaphor, musical rhythm, historical reference, and everyday imagery, the paper explores how his poetry constructs a powerful narrative of dignity and self-assertion. It further highlights the poet's engagement with themes of migration, segregation, mixed heritage, and the dream of social equality. Through close textual reading and contextual interpretation, the research argues that Hughes' poetry functions both as a protest against racial injustice and as a transformative cultural expression that reshapes perceptions of black identity in modern America. Research Question: How does Langston Hughes employ poetic form, imagery, and cultural symbolism to articulate and affirm black identity during the Harlem Renaissance?

The family is one of the most fundamental social institutions, playing a crucial role in socialization and value transmission. Traditionally, Indian society has been characterized by the joint family system, where multiple generations lived together under one roof. This system was not merely a residential arrangement, but a powerful medium for cooperation, love, values, security, and a sense of collective responsibility. However, in recent decades, there has been a significant shift towards the nuclear family system. This transformation has been driven by factors such as urbanization, industrialization, education, economic independence, and changing social values. The present paper examines the transition from joint family to nuclear family in Indian society, analyzes its major causes, and evaluates its social implications. The study highlights both the positive and negative consequences of this shift and emphasizes the need to balance modern lifestyles with traditional family values.

Unemployment has been perceived as a challenging as well as serious problem throughout the world. In India unemployment is not only a burning problem but it has become a source of various unexpected deviant behaviours among youth reflected in their activities in form of separatism, antinationalism, terrorism, regionalism etc. Unemployment exerts economic social and psychological pressures, results in deviant behavior and mental ill-health. Shelton (1985) reported the social and psychological impact of unemployment in terms of increased stress, depression, anxiety and interpersonal problems unemployment led to decrease in perceived competence, activity and life satisfaction and increase in depressive affect (feather and O' Brien, 1986). Macky (1984) found that unemployed were possessing poorer mental health than their counterparts.

The fashion industry has recently experienced increasing pressure to adopt environmentally responsible practices due to growing concerns about climate change, textile waste, and unethical labor practices. Sustainable fashion has emerged as a response to these challenges by promoting environmentally friendly materials, ethical production processes, and responsible consumption patterns. The purpose of this research is to examine consumer perception and purchase intention toward sustainable fashion in Gujarat, India. The study aims to understand how consumers view sustainable clothing, the factors that influence their buying decisions, and the barriers that prevent them from purchasing eco-friendly apparel. Primary data was collected from 300 respondents across various cities in Gujarat using a structured questionnaire. The research used a descriptive research design while applying quantitative analysis methods to examine consumer responses. The researchers used statistical methods which included frequency distribution and correlation analysis and regression analysis to assess how awareness and environmental concern and price perception affected purchase intention. The study results demonstrate that Gujarat consumers possess a favorable attitude toward sustainable fashion because they recognize its environmental advantages yet they only buy sustainable products at a moderate level. Price sensitivity and product unavailability and insufficient awareness about sustainable brands emerged as the primary obstacles. The research discovered that environmental awareness together with product quality perception managed to determine customers' buying behavior. The research recommends that sustainable fashion companies need to establish more affordable products while educating customers about their offerings and developing more distribution points to increase sustainable clothing use throughout the area. The research study helps people understand how consumers in developing economies behave toward sustainable fashion by providing valuable information to businesses and policymakers and researchers who want to promote sustainable consumption.
