This study examined the usage patterns and perceptions of ChatGPT among university students. A sample predominantly comprised of 21-25-year-olds (75%) and 25-35-year-olds (25%) was surveyed, with a female majority (69%). The participants hailed from diverse academic streams: Arts (28%), Science (29%), Commerce (21%), and Technical (22%), primarily at the postgraduate level (80%). Notably, 25-35-year-olds used ChatGPT more frequently, potentially due to research commitments compared to their younger counterparts. Friends (32.66%) and YouTube videos (30%) were the primary sources of ChatGPT awareness. The majority (46%) had been using ChatGPT for less than six months for various purposes including idea generation (32%) and academic ideation (30%). Interestingly, 91% of students endorsed ChatGPT's recommendations. Significant differences were observed in divergent thinking abilities between masters and research scholars, and among students from different universities. Usage duration also influenced divergent thinking, with longer durations correlating with increased creative output.

Slimes from iron ore processing plant were gathered and put through a number of tests to see if they could be used to make iron powders that are good for iron making. A reddish-brown, powdery, slimy sample of tails from iron ore beneficiation plants in the Ballari area was studied. It showed 35.64% Fe(T), 23.61% SiO2, 10.28% Al2O3, 6.09% alkalies, and 6.70% Loss on Ignition [LOI]. The iron ore materials were mostly hematite, goethite, and limonite (50-55%). There were also small amounts of ferruginous clay (15-20%), feldspar (20%), and quartz (10-15%). Magnetite that had been mixed with martite was also found. After being hydrocycloned, the sample was split stronger WHIMS at 10,000 gauss. made an O/F and U/F magnetic concentrate blend that met the requirements and helped with the tricky issues of controlling the environment in slimy tails and protecting minerals. The combination test showed that 15% SiO2, 43% Fe, and 78.7% Fe were spread out, with a 65.7 weight percent yield.

The concept of attitude encapsulates a multifaceted mental state comprising beliefs, feelings, and behaviours towards objects, individuals, ideas, or situations. Attitudes can be positive, negative, or neutral, formed through a complex interplay of personal experiences, social influences, and cognitive processes. While they can be relatively stable, attitudes are also subject to change and adaptation over time. They profoundly influence how individuals perceive, interpret, and respond to their environment, shaping their behaviours, decisions, and interactions. Understanding attitudes is crucial in fields such as psychology, sociology, marketing, and communication, as they play a pivotal role in determining human behaviour and societal dynamics.

Automatic target detection holds a pivotal purpose in military operations, involving the recognition of military assets from captured imagery. The core idea in the realm of automatic target detection in warfare is to recognize military assets within the acquired images. To achieve this, efficient utilization of Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architectures is employed for object recognition in the given images. Due to legal constraints and security considerations associated with military data usage, we have accessed diverse datasets obtained from platforms such as Kaggle, ImageNet, GitHub, and Roboflow. To enhance the automatic target detection process, the integration of the YOLO (You Only Look Once) algorithm is employed. YOLO, a real-time object detection algorithm, is utilized efficiently to processes images, allowing for the rapid identification and localization of military objects within the captured scenes. This integration of YOLO algorithm enhances the speed and accuracy of military object recognition, contributing to the overall effectiveness of automatic target detection in war operations. Training a deep learning model involves feeding it data and adjusting its parameters so that it can make accurate predictions. Train mode in ultralytics YOLOv8 is engineered for effective and efficient training of object detection models, fully utilizing modern hardware capabilities.

Recently face recognition has become an important area of research in computer vision, neuroscience, and psychology. In this process a new colour face recognition (FR) method is introduced. The effectiveness of colour information plays an important role when face images are taken under strong variations in illumination, as well as with low spatial resolutions. The proposed method has 3 steps. In the first step the input colour image is converted into various colour space models. In the second step eigen values and eigen vectors are extracted from each colour space models. In the final step a nearest neighbour classifier is designed for classifying the face images based on the extracted features.

Roland Barthes in his book Mythologies (1957) mentioned that myths are all about countermanding culture into common sense, norms and general opinion. This concept can be taken up to understand how dominant ideology functions. 'Hegemony', like myths, translates the perspective and opinions of the ruling class into common sense. This process is so gradual, natural and apolitical that it seems as if it never happened. The apparatuses that are responsible for this, are termed as 'ideological apparatuses" by Gramsci and one such major apparatus is 'advertisement'. Commercials can be collated into myths where they often resolve social contradictions, provide stringent framework of identity and very strategically celebrate the existing social order. In the technology driven world, advertisements and commercials are present everywhere. It is impossible to imagine contemporary Indian modern society without advertisements. They influence the social behavior of people, shape their opinion about everything from products to politics and impact the public sphere with powerful intensity. At present, they are playing a key role in the ideological transformation of public discourse and acting as a genuine mediator of hegemony. They are changing the contemporary public space, creating a framework of identity and celebrating the dominant. In this process, gender representation is a critical aspect to focus on. The Indian advertising industry has evolved into a humongous zone, modern day adverts have taken a complete makeover and an unceasing narrative of virtual reality led to genesis of characters that seem to belong to a parallel world. The predefined image of males and females represented through advertisements initiates the process of hegemony where these perspectives get transformed into common accepted behavior. Women are always represented in a particular shape, size and color. They, in most of the advertisements are treated as sexual objects whose job is to only woo a man. They are provided space either in a brand promoting domestic chores (dishwash, washing machines, cooking items) or as eye candy. These misrepresentations gradually change the public discourse and make people think along these predetermined lines. Through this paper, I intend to focus on the impact of modern-day advertisements on the public discourse. By taking print, digital and social media advertisement into consideration, the paper will highlight & critically analyze representation of Indian contemporary women in adverts and how these misrepresentations transform contemporary Indian public discourse.

During the Stone Age, the nomadic man was moving from one place to another for the three basic needs of food, clothing and shelter. He faced many obstacles when he got these three requirements. He learned to grow his own food as he was forced to deal with various situations like weather and animals. Realizing that rain and sun are essential for the yield of crops, man worshiped rain and sun as gods. He worshiped as gods the natural forces like the moon that gives light at night, thunder, lightning that creates fear in animals and the fire that he finds. At the time when he lived as an individual and started to live in a community, he worshiped the people who sacrificed their lives to save his community as gods. He took the middle stone and worshiped them. This Nadukal worship has changed from being a major deity worship to a minor deity worship. This article is about such minor deities.

The implementation of the Goods and Services Tax has resulted in significant changes to the tax code, compliance requirements, and rates for several industries, including the restaurant and hotel industries. The regulations and rates of GST for restaurants and hotel businesses have undergone numerous changes since the tax's implementation on July 1st, 2017. Before the introduction of the Goods and Services Tax (GST), hotels and restaurants were subject to many indirect taxes. The VAT rate for hotel rooms was around 12% to 14.5% and additionally liable to pay a service charge of 15%. However, for restaurant business service tax rate was 6% and apart from that 12% to 14.5% VAT was levied. At the initial stage of the introduction of GST, the tax rates for restaurant and hotel business were quite high but with time various amendments have been made regarding tax rates and provisions regarding input tax credit and tariff-based GST rates for hotel rooms. This primary data-based study tries to measure the perception of hotel and restaurant owners regarding the impact of Goods and Services Tax on various areas such as taxation, owners and customers of hotels and restaurants, Accounting procedures, and the whole economy from the viewpoint of restaurant and hotel owners in Ahmedabad.
