Rainfall patterns usually have spatial and temporal variability. This variability affects the agricultural production, water supply, transportation, the entire economy of a region, and the existence of its people. Agriculture would be seriously affected by increased variability and trends in the seasonal characteristics of rainfall in an environment where one of the major limiting factors of agricultural production is the amount of water available through rainfall. This dissertation work is an analysis of variations and trends in rainfall for Belgaum district, Karnataka. Some parts of Belgaum district receive annual rainfall less than 750 mm and hence are drought prone.

Face detection and film or video recognition could be a fashionable subject of analysis on biometry. Face recognition is a real-time period setting has an exciting space and a space growing challenge. Framework for the employment of face recognition application authentication. This proposes the PCA (Principal element Analysis) face recognition system. The key element analysis (PCA) could be a method underneath the broad heading of correlational analysis. The aim of the PCA is to cut back the big quantity of knowledge storage to the dimensions of the feature area that's needed to represent the info economically. The wide 1-D pel vector product of the 2-D face image in compact main components of the area perform is meant for face recognition by the PCA. This is often referred to as a projection of self-space. The right area is set with the identification of the variance matrix's own vectors, that area unit targeted on a set of fingerprint pictures. I have built a camera-based time period face recognition system and set a rule by developing programming on OpenCV, Haar Cascade, LBPH, and Python.

Abstract: The current paper investigates study of ambient air quality of Jalna city in which an effort has been made to prepare an account of pollutants (PM10, PM2.5, SO2, NOx) at regional level to know the recent increasing air pollution load in the study area by means of Air Quality index determination. Monitoring stations were set up at two different locations i.e. industrial and residential and samples have been analyzed, subsequently air quality index has been computed. The result reveals that gaseous pollutants such as SO2 and NOx are within the permissible limits prescribed by National Ambient Air Quality standards (NAAQS) at both the monitoring locations. The calculated AQIs value for SO2 and NOx falls under good category. PM2.5 levels and also PM10 levels exceeded the prescribed standards of NAAQS at both the monitoring locations, thus particulate matter is the principal source of air pollution in the study area. The calculated AQI values of PM10 and PM2.5 falls under moderate and poor categories. The overall AQI was found to fall under poor category owing to PM2.5. Thus it is observed that PM2.5 and to some extent PM10 are responsible pollutants at both these locations of Jalna city. Members of sensitive groups like older adults and children may experience health effects like heart or lung disease on prolong exposure and at greater risk compared to general public.

In this paper, an attempt has been made to study the morphometric characteristics of the Karha river basin which is a left-bank tributary of the Nira River in Maharashtra. The Alos Palsar DEM data having a spatial resolution of 12.5 meters and SOI Toposheet 1:50000 scale were used for quantification of morphometric parameters. The Karha valley is considered to have a 7th order trunk stream according to this study. It has a total of 5096 streams whose total stream length is 3781.7 km. The mean bifurcation ratio is 3.71. The basin area of the Karha River is 1342.65 Km2 which is covered by hard massive and vesicular amyloidal basalt rocks. Its circulatory ratio is 0.28, the form factor is 0.11, elongation ratio is 0.30, and drainage density is 2.82. The relief aspect of the Karha river watershed revealed that the relief ratio is 0.0074, absolute relief is 830M, ruggedness number is 2.34, and the channel gradient is 2.36. It is observed that the Karha watershed has a dendritic type drainage pattern. It is highly eroded and elongated in a shape manner.

Solar energy has emerged as viable source of renewable energy over the past few decades and is now used for various applications such as emergency lighting, water heaters and industrial application. This project proposes a solar based automatic irrigation system. The main objective is to design a low cost and time based irrigation system with the help of Arduino and monitoring the security of the field by monitoring animal presence . Irrigation scheduler measures various parameters such as humidity, temperature and soil moisture. This automatic irrigation system uses alternative energy that drives water pump to pump water from bore well to a tank and therefore the outlet valve of tank is automatically regulated exploitation controller. In this irrigation system the irrigation pump controlled in two modes: Automatic mode and WIFI mode.

Individual nodes in a wireless sensor network can interact with the physical environment statically or dynamically by sensing or manipulating physical parameters. In several critical applications, such as intrusion detection, target tracking, and industrial automation, wireless sensor networks have emerged as a prominent option. One of the most difficult aspects of WSN is determining the most efficient procedure for preserving power source energy. One of the primary difficulties in wireless sensor networks is the creation of an energy-efficient Medium Access Control (MAC) protocol (WSN). In this work, we look at certain WSN properties that are relevant for the design of MAC layer protocols, as well as a brief overview of some recently developed MAC protocols with regard to WSN energy efficiency. MAC protocols are grouped into four types based on channel access policies: cross layer protocols, TDMA-based, contention-based, and hybrid, which are covered in this work.

Girish Raghunath Karnad was an actor, film director, and Kannada writer from India. He is the recipient of the Jnanpith Award for Kannada, Nation's highest literary honour. Karnad has been writing plays for four decades, typically employing history and mythology to address modern challenges. He also worked in Indian cinema as an actor, director, and screenwriter, winning various accolades along the way. Karnad is most known for his work as a playwright. His Kannada-language plays have been widely translated into English and other major Indian languages. In light of their limited freedom and insular way of life, the female protagonists in Girish Karnad's Plays will be examined in this article. Pretending that Karnad's female characters are incapable of asserting their femininity and identity reduces them to silent victims in the face of an aggressive and hostile patriarchy. The goal of this essay is to look at Girish Karnad's female characters' love problems and psychological truths. Girish Karnad is one of the most important writers in contemporary Indian drama. In addition, the article will look at women's marginalisation and female sensibility in Indian society
