Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) is a strategic approach that emphasizes the coordination of various marketing elements to deliver unified messages to consumers. This paper explores the effectiveness of IMC and the challenges associated with its implementation. Through a review of theoretical foundations, case studies, and emerging trends, the paper highlights the importance of IMC in enhancing brand visibility, driving customer engagement, and achieving business objectives. Numerical data from studies conducted prior to 2015 demonstrate the impact of IMC on brand awareness, sales revenue, and customer loyalty. The paper also identifies organizational barriers, communication issues, and resource constraints as challenges to IMC implementation. Strategies for overcoming these challenges, such as leadership support, cross-functional collaboration, and technology integration, are discussed. Furthermore, emerging trends in IMC, including advancements in technology, personalization, and sustainability messaging, are examined. By embracing these trends and integrating them into their strategies, marketers can navigate the evolving landscape of modern marketing and deliver more impactful brand experiences to consumers.

The Arms Trade Treaty (ATT) aims to reduce human suffering; prevent the illicit trade in arms; contribute to international and regional peace, security, and stability; and promote transparency and cooperation among States Parties. It requires States Parties to conduct good-faith assessments of the likely end use of arms transfers and the effects of those transfers in destination countries and obligates States Parties to refuse authorization for certain arms transfers. India is not a signatory to this important treaty and as a victim of cross border terrorism, it is in the interest of India to sign this all important treaty.

In the year 2007, the Government of Karnataka implemented the English as a second language from the first standard in Non-English Medium schools. Here, I try to analyze the opinions of the stakeholders such as teachers, parents, learners, inspecting authorities and administrators in this article. The opinions of the stake holders that I sketch here are based on the data that I have collected through the questionnaires and ethnographic interviews. My intention here is to test whether the opinions of the stakeholders meet the objectives set by the Government and policy makers or not. The Government has already declared that it had passed the order after the serious discussions relating to the implementation of the policy of teaching English from the first standard on the public demand, and it has quoted the findings of surveys in the field of English language teaching. But some of the intellectuals blamed the Government's action and complained that it was an act to secure vote bank and it did it to please capitalists. So, here I want to know the mindset of public/stakeholders towards English language and correlate it with the official objectives.

A DC generator is an essential electrical machine that converts mechanical energy into direct current electrical energy. This device operates on the principle of Faraday's electromagnetic induction, where the relative motion between a magnetic field and a conductor generates an electromotive force (EMF) in the conductor. DC generators find applications in various industries and are critical components in power generation and electric motor systems. This abstract provides an overview of the key components and principles underlying the operation of a DC generator. It discusses the essential components, including the armature, field windings, commutator, and brushes, which play crucial roles in its functionality. The constant direction of current flow in a DC generator distinguishes it from an alternating current (AC) generator

The first condition for any political system to be democratic is the freedom of the press. If a nation is considered a democratic nation, then it must necessarily have freedom of the press. Anyway, media is considered as the fourth pillar of a democratic nation after legislature, executive and judiciary and thus it is an integral part of democracy. In a democracy, the security and freedom of the public is ensured only through mass media. That is why the media is also considered as the 'security guard' of the public. The importance of freedom of the press in a vast developing nation like India, full of diversities, increases even more when most of the people here are unaware of the role of the media. On the other hand, when we look at the role of the media, it appears that the watchdog of democracy, the media has not yet become democratic. At present, due to the development of technology and communication technology, there has been a huge positive change in the role of media. Despite this, due to the conservative thinking of the people, illiteracy, ignorance and increasing side effects of social media, the role of media also seems suspicious and sometimes we see many of its side effects. This research article of mine is based on a critical study regarding the impact and new challenges of the increasing role of media in the Indian democratic system at present.

Social Media have gained more attention nowadays. Public and confidential opinions about a huge variety of matters are expressed via countless social media. Twitter is one of the most popular social media that is growing exponentially. Twitter gives organizations a fast and efficient way to analyze customers opinions toward critical success in the market. Constructing a program for sentiment analysis is an approach to be used to computationally estimate customers opinions. This paper describes the design of sentiment analysis, extracting a large size of tweets. Prototyping has been used in this design. Results classify customers opinions with the help of tweets into positive and negative, represented in the form of a pie chart and html page. However, the program has planned to construct on a web application system, but due to the restraint of Django which can be worked on a Linux server or LAMP, for further, this approach need to be done.

Abstract The studies of faunal diversity in Tal Chhapar wildlife sanctuary were undertaken from May 2013 to June 2016. During the study 82 species belonging to 42 families of insects, 65 species belonging to 31 families of birds, 9 species belonging to 6 families of reptiles and 14 species belonging to 10 families of mammals were identified in the Tal Chhapar sanctuary and surrounding area. The antelope species Black buck, Antelope cervicapra is very common and abundant in the area, whereas other mammalian species are occasionally seen. The reptile species were mostly seen during the summer and rainy seasons. The results indicates that insects and Aves diversity are enough here but other faunal species of mammals, reptiles are moderate. Blackbuck, Uromastix and Demoiselle Crane are found in large number and these species along with other desert adapted mammals and birds exhibits a vivid and spectacular biodiversity which attract to visitors here. Insect diversity reveals that Lepidopteran and Coleopteran species are abundant and dominant in this area. According to the avian diversity index, the Accipitridae were the dominant family in the study area, followed by the Columbidae, Alaudidae, and Phasianidae. There were 52 resident species, 4 winter visitors, and remaining are occasional and migratory species surviving here. Five Accipitridae species are listed as endangered Vultures (Gyps bengalensis and Neophron Pecopteris) and a few other bird species are among those at risk. The study provides basic information on faunal diversity in the Tal Chhapar wildlife sanctuary of Churu district in Thar Desert.
