Water is the resource that sustains all life on earth and is a key element of sustainable development. Water pollution occurs when unwanted pollutants are discharged directly or indirectly into water bodies without adequate treatment to remove harmful compounds. Water pollution affects plants and organisms living in water bodies and also to the natural biological communities. The direct effect of water pollution results in increased amount of microbial population. In these microbes some species are useful and some are harmful for human being. Present study deals with the isolate and identify microflora species at different levels of Khan River of Ujjain District.Micro floral study of the river also shows that there are number of microbial population present in it, which are all pathogenic and not only harmful for the human health but also for aquatic flora and fauna. The results indicated that therewere different types of bacteria distributed throughout different sampling stations as Pseudomonas (37.79)%, Salmonella (15.74)%,Klebshilla (11.81)%, Enterobactor (7.08)%, Streptococcus (7.34)%, Actenomycetes (5.24)%,and finally E.Coli (5.24)%. We concluded that Pseudomonas were the most dominant followed by salmonella bacterial strain in the sample.

The aim of paper is to propose a different method for measuring and billing of the energy consumed rather the conventional method as well as to minimize the queue at the electricity billing counters. In order to avoid waste of money in this system we have used GSM SMS based billing process. It is possible to recharge the electricity balance through this system just by sending an SMS. An earlier charging will undoubtedly get rid of the issues of unpaid bills and human mistakes in meter readings, along these lines guaranteeing justified income for the utility. Now a days power corporation face many problems such as power theft. Theft of electricity can be a increase the cost of electricity bill. This system will easily detect power theft. This system provides efficient meter reading, avoiding the billing error and reduces the maintenance cost.

Project Management exists way before it has come into existence officially. The making of Pyramids of Giza, Great Wall of China, and Coliseum are all some good examples of project management. The evolution to project management has started around the year 1950, when companies started working with project management tools. Later in the 1970s and 80s some software was developed and gave rise to technological advancement. In the 2000s when the Internet arrived the new project management 2.0 was born, it has increased collaboration between the team members directly by using the project management software. PM 2.0 = PM 1.0 + collaboration. The new age when there was an explosion of mobile phones that had been named the era of Project Management 3.0, the use of mobile devices had given increased efficiency in collaboration, mobility and so on. Project management 4.0 has been defined as the fourth industrial revolution i.e.Industry 4.0, which mainly focuses on the technological tools keeping in mind the fourth industrial revolution. The main focus areas for Project Management 4.0 is the management of time, cost, quality, project team, communication, project risk, procurement and risk.

Evidence suggests that the plants are considered a good source for chemoprevention and cancer therapy due to the high concentration and wide variety of antioxidants such as vitamin A, vitamin C, polyphenols, (?)?Epigallocatechin 3-gallate, flavonoids, polyphenols, gallic acid, glycosides, epicatechin, quercetin. Adhahapushpi(TrichodesmaindicumLinn.RB.)Belonging to Boraginaceae family is traditionally used as anticancer to treat breast cancer in Chattisagharha. It suggests its antioxidant content. The present study is conducted to evaluate antioxidant activity and chemical composition of different parts of Adhahapushpi (Trichodesma indicum Linn R.Br.). DPPH essay is widely used methodology to determine antioxidant capacity which measures the reducing ability of antioxidants toward the DPPH radical. Ethanol, Methanol and Water extracts of different parts of Adhahapushpi are tested for antioxidant activity using in vitro model- DPPH essay. Result showed that the total phenolic content(Gallic acid) ranged between 29.50 to 73.21 mg/gm extract and total flavanoid (Quercitin) ranged between 2.63 to 18.69 mg/gm extract. Inhibition rate in DPPH antioxidant essay ranged between 63.9 to 82.1%. From the study it is concluded that the different parts of Adhahapushpi(TrichodesmaindicumLinn.RBr).can be a good source of natural antioxidant.

The paper is about optical character recognition with image processing and machine learning techniques. The machine learning technique is the core part of this model. Optical character recognition which reads each character through image. here in proposed system our application is designed to work on multiple application like for college, shops, hospitals, ect. by using the smart phone it need to capture real time image of name of place and then this application will extract text from image and predict the match data using different machine learning technique and search for information related to respected place and get entire details. Most of the people in our country love to travel, shopping, etc. and it is commonly seen that we don't have information about some places so it is difficult to ask any person about some place because of language barrier or may be any other problems. As the solution of this problem, we are developing an web application that will help user to get out details of any place such as college, shop, mall, hotel, restaurants, ctc.

Prakasam is one of the major commercial growing districts. In Andhra Pradesh, Prakasam is the second largest producer of commercial crops and holds the same position in the case of fruits with introduction of improved production techniques. Commercial crops occupy a place of special signification in human nutrition. Andhra Pradesh is well known as a cereal producing state. Since the advent of Green Revolution, agriculture of Andhra Pradesh has slowly shifted from subsistence to commercialized one due to good yield and minimum support price. In Prakasam wheat-paddy rotation become most popular rotation which is the root cause of various problems related to the soil and environment. Recently emphasis has been placed on the diversification of Andhra Pradesh agriculture. Commercial crops farming are considered to be good replacement for wheatpaddy rotation. But in Andhra Pradesh farmers are less interested to grow commercial crops as these crops cannot provide assured returns to the farmers on the account of their perishable nature, forces of demand and supply, inefficient marketing system, inadequate storage facilities, processing etc. India produces a wide variety of commercial and has a major position in production among many countries. India is the second largest producer of commercial crops with annual production of 118.60 million tonnes. Area of commercial crops in India is 6.10 million hectares which is more than 11.80% of the total area of the World. India is rich in commercial crops and fruits production because of agro climatic variations, biodiversity, fertility of soil, and cultivable area. In India, commercial crops production has reached the peak of production level. On the other hand farmers can also take various steps to empower themselves through forming co-operative societies and developing organization skills to prevent their exploitation by the middlemen and commission agents.

Power quality issues such as current and voltage harmonics, voltage sag / swell has become major reasons for power failure and power quality degradation in current times. Renewable energy sources are now consuming most of the energy for a day. Power demand is also growing due to an abnormal growth of consumers of electrical energy. There are problems with power quality. As a result, in the installation of custom power devices is a major consideration for improving these power quality issues. This paper therefore, deals with the enhancement power quality problems by means of a Photo-Voltaic -Unified Power Quality Compensator (PV-UPQC) interface with the UPQC DC-link via a DC-DC step up converter. The PV array is interfaced with the UPQC DC-link by means of a DC-DC boost converter. Maximum power extracted from the PV array by means of MPP control is fed to boost the converter. The UPQC Shunt Voltage Source Converter compensates for issues with load power quality issues, such as current harmonics. Apart from this VSC shunt, it supplies the grid with effective active power from the SPV while retaining the DC voltage link at the preset voltage level. The VSC series compensates for issues with grid side voltage PQ such as voltage sag /swell and harmonics at different non-linear loads connected to the (PCC) load bus. The simulation and evaluation of PV-UPQC with various nonlinear load cases such as R-L load, personal computer, fluorescent lamp, television is performed in PSCAD under varying irradiation and grid voltage disturbances such as voltage sag / swell and load bus (PCC) harmonics was validated by IEEE std. 519-2014 and noted that the PCC's harmonics are within the limits.

Since its inception, the Stock market has become a sophisticated way of investing money and a reliable source of income. Performance of stock relies on multiple factors which makes it very unpredictable and volatile. Hence, Prediction can play an important and helpful role here. Predicting markets can offer great profit avenues, and much research is going on for it. For prediction, most researchers use either technical analysis or fundamental analysis. Technical analysis can be referred to as prediction on the basis of previous stock prices while fundamental analysis can be referred to as analysing the unstructured textual data, example: news, tweets, etc. Today the world is digitalized, the market information is accessible to common people as well, this takes it to text mining strategies that would extract significant information to analyse market behaviour. In this project we will be using past prices of stock and news headlines together to predict the stock prices. The project will give recommendations on stock buy /sell on the basis of current news
