 Abstract

Multiply and Accumulate operation is one of the fundamental methods in signal processing and other areas (MAC). A digital signal processor's (DSP's) multiplier is the device's single most important physical component. Power consumption, LUT use, and latency are the limited factors in Digital signal processors performance. The development of a low-power, low-latency multiplier is so essential. The study's focus is on finding the best design for a 16-bit MAC unit that employs a multiplier and a carry save adder with a bit depth of 8. We may make use of the booth multiplier as a benchmark. Verilog HDL is used throughout the whole of the design's implementation. Vivado 2018.2 was used for both the synthesis and the simulation. The proposed architecture provides a means of drastically cutting down on the waiting time. The energy consumption is reduced by almost 15% as a result.

 Abstract

In order to provide long distance endurance and ensure the minimization of a cost function for electric vehicles, a new hybrid energy storage system for electric vehicle is designed in this paper. For the hybrid energy storage system, the paper proposes an optimal control algorithm designed using a Li-ion battery power dynamic limitation rule-based control based on the SOC of the super-capacitor. At the same time, the magnetic integration technology adding a second-order Bessel low-pass filter is introduced to DC-DC converters of electric vehicles. As a result, the size of battery is reduced, and the power quality of the hybrid energy storage system is optimized. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed method is validated by simulation and experiment.

 Abstract

Infidelity of women is a recurrent topic throughout fiction. Attitudes toward this infidelity always mark a woman with grave accusations. In human history to look for love or comfort elsewhere when it is lacking in your own home or to take a stand for yourself against the attitude of your partner is forbidden. Look what happened to Ophelia when she returned all the favors made by Hamlet in order to break off what they had, she was asked to leave for a 'nunnery.' She was called an immoral and cold-hearted beast. It gave rise to wild speculation among readers. This paper discusses R.K. Narayan's efforts to redefine the stand of women in society in the 1960s through his character Rosie in The Guide. It exhibits the helplessness or deprecated situation of women under the purview of a patriarchal society. Throughout his fiction, Narayan held Rosie in defence of her actions. He did not approve of the socially approved method of subduing women by denying them decision-making powers, dignity, pride and self-esteem.

 Abstract

The founder of psycho-analysis movement was Sigmund Freud (1856-1939). The present conceptual paper throws light on his views on different aspects of psychoanalysis. According to him, each behaviour of the individual is the resultant of the dynamic interaction among three forces: id, ego and super ego at the conscious, sub-conscious and unconscious level. He had always considered the influence of the sexual drive as absolutely crucial point in his theory. Freud also placed great importance on two instincts: 'Eros' and 'Thanatos' as the ultimate cause of all human actions. He developed his own techniques of free association and dream analysis to explore and fathom into the unconscious motives of the individual's personality. Freud organized his personality theory around five psycho-sexual stages of development which affect the individual's whole life. He opined that all behaviour is caused or motivated even forgetting is also motivated. This paper also focuses on critical evaluation of Freud's theory by Neo-Freudians who deviate from Freud but claim to be psychoanalysts. Though Freud's theory of psychoanalysis is vehemently criticized still his views continue to influence modern education.

 Abstract

Bengaluru city is one of the major fastest growing metropolises, with an 8.50% economic growth, and has world-class housing, education, and research facilities in the country. Over 36% of the economy of the State of Karnataka and 98% of the State's software exports come from Bangalore, making it a significant contributor to the economy of all of India. In the past 20 years, the population is growing at faster pace and almost has doubled facing the challenges of traffic and transportation problems. The existing BMTC (Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation) is working hard to meet the demands of the increasingly growing commuter population for a quick, more efficient, and user-friendly method of public transportation but is still unable to accomplish, hence there is need for developing an efficient MRTS (Mass Rail transit System). Namma metro is one of the few MRTS projects undertaken in India and perhaps to became the first underground metro system in South India. The objective of the study is to understand the benefits that the metro projects provide are more important from the government's economic and social point of view compared to the financial benefits that accrue from implementing the project. This paper discusses about the Namma Metro improving the traffic and transportation problems in Bangalore city providing numerous benefits to the citizens and society, such as. savings in fuel consumption, vehicle operating costs, travel time, reduction in road accidents and air pollution etc. These economic benefits would overweigh the financial benefits and hence assessing the same would also be of more significance. It further attempts to investigate the Economic Analysis using Framework for Economic Appraisal based on MOHAU (Ministry of Housing & urban affairs) Appraisal Guidelines for metro rail projects to enumerate all benefits and the economic viability of the project of Namma Metro Phase- I.

 Abstract

Dostarlimab (JEMPERLI), a PD-1 monoclonal antibody, is used to treat adult patients with advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer who have progressed while receiving treatment with a platinum-containing regimen or after receiving prior therapy. This application was swiftly approved based on the rate of tumour response and the length of the response, both of which were determined using an FDA-approved test. The continuation of approval for this indication is dependent on additional confirmatory trials proving and proving therapeutic benefit. The clinical trial NCT04165772 showed a rectal cancer remission rate of 100% in June 2022. This clinical trial demonstrated that it is possible to match a tumor's genetics with its treatment. Patients are still being enrolled in this research trial, A few decades ago, the incidence of colorectal cancer was low. Nonetheless, it has emerged as a common malignancy and now represents 10% of cancer-related deaths in western nations. The "surge" in colorectal cancer cases in developed nations is thought to be caused by an ageing population, poor modern eating practises, and an increase in risk factors like smoking, inactivity, and obesity. Laparoscopic surgery for primary disease, more aggressive resection of metastatic disease (such as liver and pulmonary metastases), radiotherapy for rectal cancer, and neoadjuvant and palliative chemotherapies are some of the new treatments for primary and metastatic colorectal cancer that have emerged, giving patients more options. On cure rates and long-term survival, these new therapy alternatives haven't made much of a difference.

 Abstract

Single complete denture reinforced with metal can be an amicable solution in various challenging clinical cases specially where midline fracture is a regular occurrence due to heavy occlusal load from opposing arch. A metal denture base due to its superior mechanical properties can be a promising alternative in such cases. This article describes a case report of successful oral rehabilitation of a patient with maxillary single metal based complete denture.

 Abstract

PNEUMONOULTRAMICROSCOPICSILICOVOLCANOCONIOSIS the biggest English word, has 45 letters and is used to describe silicosis, a lung condition brought on by breathing in extremely fine silica dust that inflames the lungs. Silicosis is a type of occupational lung illness brought on by breathing in crystalline silica (also known as silicon dioxide, or SiO2). Workplaces include quartz crushing plants (which grind quartz into flour), ceramic, glass, stone quarries and mines, among other places. This fibrotic and inflammatory process involved silicosis is a result of both humoral and cell-mediated immunological responses. This silica dust can result in fluid retention and scar tissue formation in the lungs, which impairs breathing. Four different forms of silicosis exist: classical, complicated, accelerated and acute. The idea that the pathophysiology of silicosis (black lung disease) involves interactions between silica and pulmonary macrophages. Silica probably affects macrophages via changing how they operate while they are still living rather than just by disrupting them. The release of mediator molecules from macrophages, including interleukin-1 (IL-1), that change other cells behaviour and function is thought to be promoted. In growing silicotic nodules, lymphocytes and macrophages can be seen in close proximity to one another, and bronchoalveolar lavage samples from animals and people who have been exposed to silica dust include higher proportions of lymphocytes than normal. The macrophage has been identified as a key contributor to the accompanying fibrosis to silicosis. Silicosis is a chronic condition that is incurable. Therapies alleviate symptoms and manage infections that silicosis sufferers are susceptible to. Any person with silicosis may experience a number of complications: increased chance of TB, COPD and lung infections. Massive progressive fibrosis, scarring and stiffness of the lung, which makes breathing difficult. Increasing massive fibrosis can manifest as simple or accelerated silicosis, with the accelerated variant with respiratory failure being more typical.

 Abstract

In this Paper I have tried to demonstrate how trauma fiction serves several valuable functions. It is an important way of witnessing or testifying for the history and experience of historically marginalized people. Further, it chronicles lives under pressure that need the powers of literary imagination and character development .These imaginative literary approaches provide a necessary supplement to coping up with psychological situation. The texts considered in this study explore traumatic events like World War and Partition and their lingering consequences, both were events of incredible scope and complexity, impossible to define satisfactorily why these happened and involve differing circumstances, populations, ideologies, intentions and effects

 Abstract

The current study examines changes over time in the combined, individual, and incremental value relevance of accounting information generated by businesses listed on the S&P BSE-500 during the fiscal years FY-2017 to FY-2021. Results offer convincing proof that accounting information is important for BSE-listed companies. Earnings per share and book value per share, which together represent the combined value relevance of accounting information, have decreased; while there have been negligible changes in the incremental value relevance of accounting information.

 Abstract

Antibody microarrays in a patent-pending series may be initiated and validated using microarray technology. A Microarray Data Analysis (MDA) is used to determine the patterns of hundreds of genes within a single experiment. There is a vast amount of gene expression data in the MD that may be used to diagnose malignancy. However, over-fitting and under-fitting issues arise due to the unbalanced class label instances present in microarray gene datasets and the initialization parameter value for the classifier. To get over this obstacle, this study proposes a stacking ensemble of Deep cluster-based DL systems for Cancer Classification. This system combines many learning models into a single, highly accurate prediction model. There are three distinct parts to the created model. To begin, we create a Modified Harmony Search Algorithm and a Modified Kernel-based Fuzzy C-Means (MHSAMKFC) to efficiently remove massive duplicate features. Second, to deal with uncertainties in the labeled training dataset and boost classifier performance, the MHSAMKFC with Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) classifier is suggested. Third, the ensemble technique, which employs several learning models to improve prediction accuracy, mitigates MHSAMKF0C over-fitting CNNs and under-fitting issues. En-MHSAMKFC-CNN describes the whole operation. In a conclusion, experiments are run on four Gene Expression Microarray (GEM) datasets to confirm that the En-MHSAMKFC-CNN enhances the classification performance of SVM, KNN, RF, and ANN classifiers.

 Abstract

Alzheimer's infection is a neurological sickness that bit by bit kills off synapses and makes the cerebrum decay. It's the main source of dementia, which is described by a continuous loss of mental, conduct, and social capacities and at last prompts reliance on others. Early and correct identification of Alzheimer's Disease (AD) is crucial to effective patient care because it empowers individuals to take preventative actions before any permanent brain damage has been done. Early-stage AD may be identified, but not predicted, since prediction is only useful before symptoms appear. Alzheimer's disease (AD), mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and non-AD data are categorised using biomarkers such amyloid PET and cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) biomarkers, among others. In order to detect Alzheimer's disease (AD) in its earliest stages, deep learning (DL) is an excellent method. In this article, we investigate how early illness detection may be facilitated by Deep Learning methods.

Title: A COMPARATIVE STUDY OF IMMEDIATE EFFECT OF MUSCLE ENERGY TECHNIQUE (MET) AND POSITIONAL RELEASE THERAPY (PRT) ON PECTORALIS MINOR TIGHTNESS IN HEALTHY COLLEGIATE INDIVIDUALS Abstract : Pectoralis Minor muscle shortening is associated with common shoulder pathologies like impingement syndrome and postural changes like stooped shoulder or forward head posture. Muscle Energy Technique and Positional Release Therapy have known to be effective in reducing pectoralis minor tightness than conventional methods like stretching, thus reducing the incidences of pathologies.Muscle Energy Technique (MET) is more effective than Positional Release Therapy (PRT) in reducing Pectoralis Minor tightness in healthy collegiate individuals.

 Abstract

Abstract: The present work is carried out to assess and document the information's about the medicinal plants used by the local people to cure several diseases in Jangal Mahal, district Paschim Medinipur. Tribal groups have known about and made use of the medicinal potential of plants for thousands of years. There is a wealth of information about medicinal plants and medications for treating potentially fatal ailments among the tribal elders. The whole Jangal Mahal in Paschim Medinipur is the focus of this investigation on how different ethnic groups perceive and utilise plants in their natural environments. The variety of plant life in the region has been investigated in this research. Appropriate utilization of the resources and the consultation process of the region are ultimately determined by this comprehensive perspective. In this study, we recorded 46 plant species from 28 different families that have been utilised traditionally for medicinal purposes.

 Abstract

Background - Cardiorespiratory fitness states to the capacity of the circulatory and respiratory systems to deliver oxygen to skeletal muscles during extended physical activity. The most essential statistic is VO2MAX. IN 2016, THE AMERICAN HEART ASSOCIATION released an official scientific statement claiming that cardiorespiratory fitness is a critical marker that should be assessed frequently in clinical practice. Materials & Methods: A cross-sectional study was undertaken among the printing factory's employees. A total of 40 volunteers, both male and female, ranging in age from 18 to 45 years, took part in the study. The physical health facility in Delhi NCR conducted the research. The Astrand Treadmill Test was used to determine VO2max. The formula for calculating VO2max is VO2max = (Time 1.444) + 14.99. Data was gathered using Google Forms and analyzed using SPSS 21 and MS Excel. Results: The results are quite apparent and reveal that there is an influence on the printing industry's lung health since the VO2 max is lower than it should be. (35-45 ml/kg/min>27.4721.0381) Vo2max vs Age has a negative correlation of -.206 (Negative correlation), meaning that as age increases, the Vo2 max level decreases, and Vo2 max vs BMI has a negative correlation of -.148 (Negative correlation), meaning that as BMI rises, the Vo2 max level decreases Conclusion: As a result of the research, we can conclude that printing plant workers' lung health is affected and that their health is related to their age and body weight. Their gowns and pulmonary health must be addressed.
