 Abstract

Global warming is considered the major environmental challenge for the world. Rapid industrialization and technical evolution have resulted in larger production in various sectors. The cement industry plays a vital role in sustainable development, growth improving living standards all over the globe by creating larger scale job opportunities and providing multiple cascading economic benefits to associated industries. But the cement industry is an energy enormous intensive and produces many dusts, emissions, odors, and noise. It is a major source of emissions such as CO2, NOX, SOX, VOCs, Particulate matter etc. The present study evaluated the effect of cement industries on the environment in eight villages in Damaracherla and Nereducherla mandals. Result concluded that the maximum incidence of environmental pollution such as soil, water and pollution due to the cement factories in this region. This study has highlighted the problem of agriculture production, groundwater, transportation, education and health risks of residents living Wadapally, Ganeshphad, Thalla Veerappa Gudem and Irkigudem of Damarcherla mandal and Sunya Pahad, Ravi Pahad, Ganga Bhavani Puram and Mahankaligudem of Nereducherla Mandal villages near Penna and Deccan Cements factory, and its effect on the environment and livelihood of this area.

 Abstract

The solubility of medication is defined as the highest quantity of solute that will disintegrate in a particular amount of solvent at a fixed temperature and pressure under equilibrium conditions. Solubility is a crucial factor for a drug before the absorption takes place the drug must be perfectly soluble. The development of amorphous solid dispersions, salt formation, crystallization, prodrug production, and particle size reduction are all common strategies for increasing an API's dissolving rate and/or solubility.(1) API's dissolving rate and solubility are increased, its stability is boosted, and subsequent processing is enhanced without any chemical modifications. Solid dispersion has got a lot of attention as a way to improve the dissolution rate and thus the bioavailability of hydrophobic medicines.

 Abstract

If the volume of literature in the popular and practitioner press is any guide, practitioners in the field of human resources are now primarily in the business of talent management. But what is talent management and what basis does it have in scientific principles of human resources and management? In this paper we address this question by reviewing problems with the definition of talent management and the lack of data supporting many practitioner claims. We then outline research that supports a systems-oriented definition of talent management that focuses on the strategic management of talent. We then outline future avenues of research to further develop the field of talent management and tie it more closely to the large volume of work in strategic human resources management.

 Abstract

Cryptocurrency,an encrypted, peer-to-peer network for facilitating digital barter, is a technology developed eight years ago. Bitcoin, the first and most popular cryptocurrency, is paving the way as a disruptive technology to long-standing and unchanged financial payment systems that have been in place for many decades. While cryptocurrencies are not likely to replace traditional fiat currency, they could change the way Internet-connected global markets interact with each other, clearing away barriers surrounding normative national currencies and exchange rates. Cryptocurrencies may revolutionize digital trade markets by creating a free-flowing trading system without fees. A SWOT analysis of Bitcoin is presented, which illuminates some of the recent events and movements that could influence whether Bitcoin contributes to a shift in economic paradigms.

 Abstract

-: SARS-CoV-2 infection has spread worldwide, and insights in its pathogenic mechanism have been evolving through investigation. The role of ferritin as a marker of inflammation is already known, and whether it changes differently between COVID and non-COVID patients remains unclear. The aim of this retrospective analysis is to understand whether the inflammatory process in these two types is different.

 Abstract

Fauna Diversity is unique in itself, especially the aquatic creatures that live in a certain habitat, such as fish, in which a lot of diversity is found. Biodiversity is found in the Chhura forest area of Gariaband where naturally occurring ponds, Rasela pond, Kansinghi pond, Bhaismida pond, Chhura pond and Kharkhra pond showed good richness of different species, some parameters Fish growth was aided by pH, water depth, and dissolved oxygen. There were a total of 44 species seen in the area.. A total of 44 species were seen in the area. 2 belong to the order osteoglossiformes (2 species of notopteride), some parameters Fish growth was aided by pH, water depth, and dissolved oxygen. There were a total of 44 species seen in the area. 6 species of bagridae, 1 species of schilbeidae, 9 species belong to the order perciformes (2 species of centtropomidae, 1 species of saccobranchidae, and 2 species of claride), and 9 species belong to the order pagasiidae (1 species of pagasiidae, 1 species of saccobranchidae, and 2 species of claride). 1 species of nandidae , 2 species of cichilidae, 3 species of anabantidae and 1 species of gobiidae) and 1 species belong to the order mastacembeliformes (1 species of mastacembelide). Approximately 70% of the fishes are caught. Among them three well-known major carps of high cultivable value were recorded in good numbers. Besides native fishes, some exotic fishes and minor carps were also observed in the reservoir. Silver carp, Hypophthalmichthys molitrix, and common carp, Cyprinus carpio, were doing exceptionally well.. Among minor and medium sized carps Labeobata, Labeocalbasu, Cirrhinusreba, Labeoboga, Puntius ticto, Puntius sophore, and Puntius chola were also observed.
