If the volume of literature in the popular and practitioner press is any guide, practitioners in the field of human resources are now primarily in the business of talent management. But what is talent management and what basis does it have in scientific principles of human resources and management? In this paper we address this question by reviewing problems with the definition of talent management and the lack of data supporting many practitioner claims. We then outline research that supports a systems-oriented definition of talent management that focuses on the strategic management of talent. We then outline future avenues of research to further develop the field of talent management and tie it more closely to the large volume of work in strategic human resources management.

Cryptocurrency,an encrypted, peer-to-peer network for facilitating digital barter, is a technology developed eight years ago. Bitcoin, the first and most popular cryptocurrency, is paving the way as a disruptive technology to long-standing and unchanged financial payment systems that have been in place for many decades. While cryptocurrencies are not likely to replace traditional fiat currency, they could change the way Internet-connected global markets interact with each other, clearing away barriers surrounding normative national currencies and exchange rates. Cryptocurrencies may revolutionize digital trade markets by creating a free-flowing trading system without fees. A SWOT analysis of Bitcoin is presented, which illuminates some of the recent events and movements that could influence whether Bitcoin contributes to a shift in economic paradigms.

Mucoadhesive drug system interact with the mucus layer covering the mucosal epithelial surface, mucin molecular and increase the residence time of the dosage form at the site of absorption. Mucosal adhesion is backed by several theories which include electronic, absorption, wetting, diffusion, fracture and mechanical. Stages of mucoadhesion include contact stage and consolidation stage. Mucoadhesion while considering drug delivery is having several merits, because of the ideal physiochemical characters of the mucosal membrane by ionic bonds, covalent bonds, van-der-waal bonds and hydrogen bond. Various sites for mucoadhesive drug delivery system are ocular, nasal, buccal cavity; GIT, vaginal, rectal and several specific dosage forms have been reported. Factors affecting mucoadhesion are , presence of carboxylate group and density. several synthetic and natural polymers are identified assuitable candidates for mucoadhesive formulation. EX-vivo/in-vitro studies utilizing gut sac of rate provides indepth knowledge about the adhesive property of the dosage form as well as polymers.

The goal of this study is to study the process in the OPD of Lilavati Hospital & Research Centre. It includes Factors Affecting Patient flow, Reasons for Delay in patient flow, Ways to improve the patient flow and also Patient waiting time. The purpose of this audit is to assess patient waiting time and doctor consultation time in a Super Speciality Hospital and to formulate strategies to improve the waiting time and consultation time. The utilization of many of the other services provided by the hospital, often depend on how satisfied the patient is with the outpatient services provided. In a competitively managed healthcare environment, long waiting time of patients in an OPD adversely affects the hospitals ability to attract new increased business. It is difficult to sell services if the individuals are dissatisfied with the delayed process and increased waiting time. The service can be improved by effective communication, providing enough man power and educating patient about the importance of taking an appointment before arriving at the hospital. Because of large number of ambulant patients, an efficient and up to the mark Outpatient Department(OPD) in a hospital of critical importance. This is mainly because the cost of OPD services is less than that of IPD services.

Construction and non-construction projects both account for a large portion of Iran's yearly budget for infrastructure development. The lack of a specific system for tracking the real expenses of different operations is one of the major weaknesses of the country's management construction. Forecasting, planning, controlling, determining costs, analysing, and evaluating are all aspects of project cost management (PcM). Because of poor cost management, all of a project's components are affected by a lack of financial resources. If you need to monitor rework occurrences and make sure projects are running well, managers might be a great help to you. People's happiness and project costs are negatively affected by rework. In order to determine the true cost of rework projects, several research have been carried out. It is possible to identify three main reasons of rework: variables relating to customers, design, and subcontractors. Cost management and rework are examined in this study. Management expenses and rework factors are covered in great depth, and the right strategies for detecting and managing rework to lower the overall cost of building projects are referred to
