 Abstract

For years, nature has been considered integral to human existence. The world has looked at nature from all perspectives, as a savior, as a destroyer, and even as a divine being. In India, nature has been worshiped profusely; natural elements have been seen as manifestations of legends, myths, and folktales that have been ingrained in the mindset of the Indian population. For instance, rivers like the Brahmaputra, Ganga, and Yamuna all have religious connotations attached to them, apart from being water sources. Similarly, mountains and forests are often associated with stories of divine beings. This research paper aims to look at the representation of nature in north-east Indian literature, specifically the Nagaland region as depicted in Easterine kire's novels when the river sleeps and Son of the Thundercloud, through an ecocritical lens.

 Abstract

Counterfeit goods have become increasingly important in the creation of products in recent years. The companies' sales and profit are impacted by this phenomenon. Product counterfeiting is prevented by using a functional block chain technology, which guarantees the identification of genuine products along the supply chain. By employing block chain technology, customers may reliably determine the product's origins without depending on reliable third parties. Any application that makes use of block chain technology as its foundational technology guarantees "tamper-resistant" data content. Considering that a block chain is a distributed, decentralized, digital ledger that keeps track of public transaction records called blocks across numerous databases and networks. The problem of product counterfeiting has been addressed in the past by the development of several techniques. The most popular methods include RFID tags, artificial intelligence, and systems based on QR codes. However, there were a few issues with each of them: artificial intelligence uses CNN and machine learning, which are computationally intensive; a QR code can be copied from a legitimate product and used on a phony one, and some other issues. By tracking the origins of the supply chain, this research aims to improve the detection of counterfeit items. This is made feasible by blockchain technology, which ensures the identification and tracking of authentic products across the supply chain. Everything in a blockchain-based system is decentralized and available to multiple parties at once.

 Abstract

HPLC is one of the most important analytical techniques used for both qualitative and quantitative analysis of the compounds. It works on the principle of adsorption where there are two phases one is stationary phase and the other one is the mobile phase. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) is in charge of ensuring the security, safety, and efficacy of pharmaceuticals for humans and animals, biological products, medical equipment, food supplies in the country, cosmetics, and radiation-emitting goods in order to safeguard public health. When a medication is approved by the FDA, it indicates that the FDA has concluded that the drug is safe and effective for the intended use. When the medication is taken as prescribed by a licensed professional, its advantages exceed its drawbacks. The present review highlights the HPLC methods developed for recently approved US-FDA drugs.

 Abstract

: In the contemporary music landscape, it's a fallacy to believe that only those with expert knowledge in music can create high-quality tunes. Music enthusiasts, regardless of their expertise, can produce music that resonates. Music is a universal language that many enjoy, and the advent of automatic music generation stands as a potential revolutionary milestone in the music industry. Traditionally, music was created manually using analog processes. However, recent advancements have seen music production pivot towards digital methodologies, with technology playing a supporting role alongside human creativity. This paper outlines the development of generative neural network frameworks capable of capturing the intricate aspects of harmony and melody autonomously. It provides a concise overview of music's fundamental characteristics, citing relevant sources where necessary. The core aim of the research is to develop a method for generating musical compositions using Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks within the framework of Recurrent Neural Networks (RNNs). The generated compositions are initially in ABC notation, a method for music representation, which is subsequently transformed into MP3 format for broader accessibility. ABC notation serves as the chosen format for training the model, splitting into metadata that details the characteristics of the music, such as index, time signature, default note length, and tune type, and the actual musical notes represented by a series of characters. The algorithm is designed to master the patterns of monophonic music through a trio of single-layered LSTM networks, showcasing its ability to learn and replicate musical sequences efficiently.

 Abstract

In this paper, we are given a graphical presentation of the Falkner-Skan equation for the study of two-dimensional permeable steady boundary-layer viscous over a flat plate in the presence of Non-Newtonian power-law fluid and it is presented by a power-law model. Similarity transformation techniques are used to convert the boundary layer equations into a third order nonlinear differential equation. An equation containing three flow parameters like m is power-law relation parameter, omega is the porous parameter and beta is the Stream-wise pressure gradient. We converted the third order nonlinear differential equation into third order linear differential equation by using Quasi -linearization techniques. Results are obtained for the velocity profile, viscosity profile, and skin frictions for the value of physical parameters are discussed in brief.

 Abstract

The struggles of the LGBT+ community has been a never-ending war for their peaceful existence; the fight for the welfare of the community has been on the streets of New Delhi since 1992 under the leadership of AIDS Bhedbhav Virodhi Andolan. Even with sexual diversity of individuals being a remarkable feature of Indian History, today heterosexuality has been made the norm which resulted in other sexual orientations considered wrong and inferior. Any individual with a different sexual orientation has been subjected to violence, discrimination, ostracization, etc. but studying further, it has been observed the existence of the community is not made difficult by the non-LGBTQ+ people but many a times the members of the community themselves are involved in the violence, discrimination, etc. of the other members due to various reasons. This research has been based on the existing literature, articles and research papers and aims to study the unseen challenges that the community faces daily, the history of the LGBTQ+ Movements in India and the role of the general community in working for the welfare of the community.

S?ri? Ta?l?l?apa?ka Annama?c?a?rya is one of the early va?gge?yaka?ra-s in Telugu. He is well-known as 'Pada Kavita? Pita?maha' and 'Sanki?rtana?c?a?rya'. His Sanki?rtana-s contained the essence of Ve?da-s, Itiha?sa-s and Pura?n?a-s. They were sung by him with great Vis?n?u Bhakti and S?aran?a?gati Bha?va to Lord S?ri? Venkat?e?s?wara of Tirumala. They came out from the depth of his heart and hence are of great interest to the sa?dhaka-s of the Bhakti-cult. Hearing them rendered musically is a great feast to the ears. They bring happiness to the mind. It is therefore no wonder, they are popular. The present paper focuses on throwing some light on the sanki?rtana-s of S?ri? Annamayya, hailing his prowess as 'Sanki?rtana?c?a?rya'.

 Abstract

There are different definitions of "business model". However, most people do believe that the term describes how Entrepreneurs/CEOs create and capture value. The attributes of the model define the proposition of customer value along with the pricing mechanism. They indicate how the entrepreneurs of the organization will organize itself and whom it will partner with to produce value. CFOs and their teams are increasingly being called upon to advise business units on inventive methods of generating value, with the assistance of HR teams. In the age of technological advancement, entrepreneurs need to be adept at using digital technology in all areas of business. With the sheer advancement of technology, fundamental changes have been taking place in the way of operating and delivering value to customers. It is also considered as a cultural change that requires organisations to challenge the status quo. In recent years, the digital transformation has been gaining momentum and it has become a dominant topic in industry and academia. Digital business transformation involves utilizing technology to create innovative business models, streamline processes, and establish systems that generate profitable revenue and provide a competitive edge. The digital transformation of business is facilitated with the increased use of digital technologies that impact organisations and human activity areas. It is disrupting businesses in every industry by breaking down barriers between businesses and people which leads to the creation of new product and service portfolios along with efficient ways of carrying out business activities. In order to facilitate digital business transformation, many organisations integrate new digital technologies into business areas. The study employs a triangulation approach utilizing case studies, academic literature, and expert opinions to ensure robust findings. Focusing on the intersection of finance and HR within digital transformation, case studies are purposively sampled. Data is gathered from expert interviews with key stakeholders, academic databases, and relevant literature. Through integration of findings from these sources, a comprehensive understanding of the role of entrepreneurs in digital transformation is achieved. The study concludes that integrating finance and HR functions is vital for successful digital transformation. Case studies demonstrate improved efficiency, collaboration, and innovation through integrated systems. Academic literature underscores the necessity of this integration for organizational goals. Experts stress the role of entrepreneurs in recognizing and bridging the gap between finance and HR, enabling value creation and strategic decision-making. Overall, integration facilitates operational improvement, collaboration, and innovation, ensuring organizational competitiveness in the digital era. In regards to the implications of the study, it can be said that increased public investment in digital infrastructure and education, alongside fostering public-private partnerships, is crucial for addressing the shifting economic landscape towards automation and high-skilled production, necessitating aligned educational offerings, improved accessibility to training, and adaptable labor market policies. While triangulating data from diverse sources enhances comprehensiveness and validity, limitations such as source bias, expert opinion validity, generalizability, analysis complexity, and resource constraints necessitate rigorous reporting to ensure credibility and robustness in research.

 Abstract

This study delves into the perspectives of students in India regarding forensic accounting, a critical discipline in addressing financial fraud and corruption. Despite various efforts to combat these issues, India continues to face challenges in eradicating corruption. Forensic accounting has emerged as a vital tool in this context, aiming to detect and prevent fraudulent activities within organizations. However, there remains a gap in understanding how Indian students perceive forensic accounting and its role in fraud detection. Through a descriptive research approach, this study aims to assess students' awareness levels, identify challenges perceived by students in forensic accounting, and explore their opinions on incorporating forensic accounting courses into academic syllabi. The findings reveal significant insights, emphasizing the need for educational initiatives to enhance understanding in this field and the importance of targeted interventions to address challenges such as lack of awareness and skilled professionals. Despite these challenges, there is a notable enthusiasm among students for integrating forensic accounting into academic curricula, highlighting its perceived relevance and utility in combating financial fraud.
