 Abstract

E-governance refers to the rendering of services and information to the citizens using electronic means. E-governance is increasingly being used in the process of governance in India. However, there still remain many problems in the effective implementation of e-governance in India. These include the digital divide, cost factor, lack of awareness, language problem, lack of literacy, inadequate coverage and upgradation, lack of trained staff, data privacy and security, lack of integrated services, resistance to change, and lack of user-friendliness of government websites. There is thus an urgent need to fix the problems related to e-governance in India so that citizens can avail of its full benefits. Solutions would include availability of internet, awareness generation, training of government staff, ease of access of e-governance, integration of e-governance services, content in local languages and data protection.

 Abstract

In medicine, predicting and accurately diagnosing heart disease is a huge problem, and cardiovascular disease predetermine in health services is considered an important problem. In these growing health-care organizations, more expensive surgeries are offered to patients. Recently, heart disease has become a common disease, that is, even though medicine is growing on one side, cardiovascular disease are growing exponentially on other side. The main cause of these diseases is poor lifestyle, alcohol consumption, lack of physical activity and tobacco consumption. Thus, there is a need for a cloud-based framework (CBF) for monitoring health information and predicting it efficiently. Recently, machine learning methods have been used to solve these types of problems. But in this proposed system, to improve the process of predicting patients' health information and cloud-based four steps are also used to improve monitoring. So here are two types of methods used in machine learning to detect and classify heart disease. Then the accuracy of those methods is examined. Evaluation criteria are used to examine their effectiveness.

 Abstract

In advanced gas turbines, the turbine blade operated temperature is for above the melting point of blade material. A cooling scheme must be developed for continuous safe operation of gas turbines with high performance. A vital role is played by the compressor on jet engine as it concerns about the initial compression on engine bleed system and aircraft cooling. Two types of compressor are used in jet engine and that is axial compressor and centrifugal compressor. Here we work on axial compressor. As its major application, gas turbine engines are in large use. In this project NACA6409, NACA6412 and NACA64012 airfoil is taking for turbine blade. Turbine blade is designed in CATIA V5R19 and for analysis we are using ANSYS 18.1 software. Here we are using chromium steel, inconel-718 and inconel-625 as turbine blade material. Thermal and structural analysis is performing to determine the heat flux, temperature distribution and stress of the blade. And finally conclude which material is better with blade.

 Abstract

Opioids are frequently used as analgesics by HIV patients. Contrary to popular belief, new clinical data show that using opioid analgesics frequently really worsens the state of chronic pain. The World Health Organization's most recent study estimates that there are roughly 37.9 million HIV/AIDS patients worldwide. Around 30- 40% of them experience HIV-related discomfort. A significant percentage of chronic pain is neuropathic pain, which is described as chronic pain brought on by diseases or lesions of the nerve system and manifesting as a variety of symptoms of the neurological system, including both positive and negative signals. HIV-related neuropathic pain is believed to be generated by a maladaptive process that initially served to promote regeneration and healing injury induced by HIV protein, central and peripheral sensitization, and side effects of antiretroviral medication. It has been discovered that Gp120, an HIV envelope protein, is the main toxin that causes neuropathic pain. In particular, during HIV infection, the microglia, which release a variety of pro-inflammatory molecules (including TNF, IL-1, and IL-6), not only cause the neurons to become more sensitive, but they also play a key role in the cross-talk connecting the astrocytes and oligodendrocytes to create the central sensitization. This review mainly focus on the mechanism of hiv related neuropathic pain and association with opioids

Industrialization changing the gaseous composition of earth's atmosphere. Air pollution affects both plants and animals. Pollutants causes change in stomatal pores seems to be adverse effect with respect to survival of the plant during stress. In this study estimate chlorophyll of green leaves taken from urban area and garden area. It is well known that chlorophyll is essential for photosynthesis, allowing plants to absorb light energy and transformed into chemical energy. Respiration and other metabolic activities also get affected by air pollutants. Paper chromatography method used in this work. The qualitative comparisons of chlorophyll content between garden area and urban area leaves were observed. Four plant species were selected namely (Pluoneria acutifolia) Champa, (Bougainville glabra) Bougainvillea, (Tecoma gaudichaudi) Tecoma, (Senna siamea) Cassia for this analysis.

 Abstract

Background: Forward head posture is being seen as one of the most common postural problems in the general population. Despite much research on this sensitive variable, there is no clear-cut correlation regarding these. Moreover, with the increased usage of computers mainly in the area of banking where a person sits in a computer for several hours raises several health issues, resulting in FHP, Neck pain, and various other problems. The main objective of this observational study is to assess the correlation among forward head posture, and functional status associated with neck pain in bankers working in Arunachal Pradesh. The study is based on an observational based design, (n=100) was taken randomly. Method: Banking professional workers (n=100) participated in this study on the basis of inclusion and exclusion criteria. The data collection was done via tragus-to-wall test for the measurement of FHP, NPRS for pain measurement, and NDI for Functional Disability. Results: This observational study states that there is a significant negative correlation of FHP, Neck pain associated with Functional status. This may be said that there are other factors that may have a direct response of correlation with these variables. Conclusion: The study signifies that the variables FHP, and Functional status related to neck pain in banking professionals almost had no direct effect on relation to one another. The decisive reason for their poor health issues may be due to including the absence of ergonomic training, working hours, and no physical workout.

 Abstract

Based on the Elliott Wave, the market goes in predictable ways in response to shifting investor sentiment and price momentum. Crowd behaviour will mainly shift from optimism to pessimism and around again, allowing for the prediction of the development of some market movements. R.N Elliott discovered The Wave Principle, which states, social or crowd behaviour shifts and trends in observable patterns. The Wave Principle offers a thorough explanation of how markets function, not just a technique for predicting. This Wave Principle is employed in numerous areas of widespread human behaviour, but the financial sector is the area where it is frequently used. In fact, the stock market is much more significant when looked at in isolation than casual speculators might think along with Elliott's theory this paper includes timings of wave completion of impulsive and corrective waves from the technical study of 3-4 thousand charts.
