The Precautionary Principle is a tool for making better health and environmental decisions. It aims to prevent harm from the outset rather than manage it after the fact. In common language, this means "better safe than sorry." It is one of the important principles of Sustainable Development. Precautionary Principle denotes a duty to prevent harm, when it is within our power to do so, even when all the evidence is not in. In short, the "precautionary principle" is a notion which supports taking protective action before there is complete scientific proof of a risk; that is, action should not be delayed simply because full scientific information is lacking.

Abstract : Khuswant Singh is at his best in his novel, "Train to Pakistan." It is simply pristine in its beauty. The ending is bound to leave you in tears, showing the unity of Hindus and Muslims. This book is a poignant pointer towards the contemporary state of affairs. Nevertheless, it is a highly recommended saga on the ill fated vivisection of India and a heart-rending document of a gory time which makes it a enthralling read. It captures the essence of Indian soil in an amazing way. It's quite surprising that what Mr Singh wrote during the partitioning years, is quite relevant even today. Cops were abusing their powers then and even now continue doing that. People followed religion blindly and still tend to do so. Nothing's changed much even with the advent of science and technology. The story of this book revolves around a village- Mano Majra,a borderly village between India and Pakistan. The beautiful description of the nature and the harmony with which Sikhs and the Muslims live makes it stand out from the other villages. However in the post-partition era, things start changing when Sikhs and Hindus from Pakistan are butchered and sent in trains to India.

Background: Single parents strive to fulfill the fundamental needs of their children despite obstacles and limitations caused by marital and external issues. The pandemic increased the difficulty to meet these responsibilities, especially the parents' ability to assist in online learning. Method: This is a qualitative study that uses the phenomenological research design to gain an understanding of each participant's experiences. A semi-structured interview was held with the ten participants to gather the data. After transcribing, the data is analyzed and coded to be able to pull out specific themes for the simulacrum. The study aims to answer the central question: "How do annulled single parents describe their lived experiences in online learning?" Findings: The results entail that the given circumstances affect single parents in several aspects which are classified into three themes: Insufficiencies of Annulled Single Parenting, Compromised Aspects of Annulled Single Parenting, and Coping Mechanisms of Annulled Single Parenting. Conclusion: The study concludes that single parents are still independent despite the challenges they faced in online learning. Recommendations: The researchers recommend that future studies around the same topic gather responses from a more diverse sample size for improved data dependability and a more detailed comparison between participants' lived experiences.

In its entirety, "T?la? " is a word originated from Indian language and it synonymizes with the English word "Rhythm", which is not an unfamiliar term to a layman. According to Oxford dictionary, rhythm (t?la? ) is "a strong, regular repeated pattern of movement or sound". Rhythm is indispensable according to a lot of studies. However, the people at large may not have perceived the different dimensions of this word, because, more than a word or function, "T?la? " could be considered a phenomenon that has different dimensions in several walks of life. In architecture, for instance, "rhythm" is defined as a unifying movement characterised by a patterned repetition or alteration of formal elements or motifs in the same or a modified form. Here, rhythm can be expressed as a repetition of elements such as lines, shapes, forms or colours, leading to organized movement in space and time. The legendary German poet, playwright, novelist, theatre director and critic, Johann Wolfgang von Goethe, referred architecture as a wonderful piece of "frozen music".

The Carvaka, is an ancient school of Indian materialism. According to Carvaka perception is the only and proper source of knowledge. Carvaka rejected other means of valid knowledge, notion of karma, liberation, rebirth, the authority of the secret scriptures, the vedas, and the immortality of self. They believe that this world is an aggregate of four elements, earth, water, air and fire. Present life is most important, so people should enjoy pleasure in the world. Aloe vera is a perennial , drought, resisting succulent herb that belongs to the asphodelacea family. Aloe vera contains numerous vitamins and minerals, enzymes, amino acids, natural sugars and agents which may be anti-inflammatory& anti-microbial. Hence, it is called "THE HEALING PLANT" (or) "THE SILENT HEALER" because of its healing properties. The combination & balance of the plant's ingredients are what purportedly gives it it's healing properties. Aloe vera has been known and used for centuries for its health, beauty, medicinal and skin care attributes and is used in a variety of commercial products. The aloe is an emollient, purgative&vulnerary. It is a good to use as a tool for restoring the tissue. It also has vast traditional role in indigenous system of medicine like ayurveda, siddha, unani and homeopathy. The pharmacologically active ingredients of aloe are concentrated in inner parenchymatous tissue, called aloe gel and outer pericyclic tubules called aloe sap or aloe juice. It's most used for various treatments such as burns, allergic reactions, rheumatoid arthritis, rheumatic fever, acid indigestion, ulcers, diabetes, skin diseases, dysentary, diarrhoea, piles, inflammatory conditions of the digestive system. Aloe be made into a warm tea, made from juice as a wash for eyes. Washing with aloe protects the eyes from ultraviolet rays from the sun. Most of the health benefits associated with aloevera have been attributed to the polysaccharides contain in the gel of the leaf. Cosmetic products made from aloe give a healthy and supple look to the skin by reducing the wrinkles, curing acne, rejuvenating and giving it a youthful glow. Aloe is also an extremely powerful laxative and it is not recommended that it is taken internally. It is recommended that the fresh juice from the plant is used, and not the store brought juice within the other products. The reason for that is that the medicinal use of the plant diminishes with time and there is much questioning about whether or not you can receive benefits from the store brought aloe, even if the product has been filled with preservatives. In the pharmaceutical industry, it has been used for the manufacture for topical products such as ointment & gel preparations as well as in production of tablets and capsules.

Abstract: For many decades in India there is a need of getting a good education policy as every parent is seeking that education should fulfil all basic skill requirements as per the human potential. Education should be based on interest and provide job opportunities for the survival of life. Education along with technology must be with high-quality content so that every stakeholder can face global challenges. At the time of Covid -19, there is a big change came in the education system and digitalization give a new impact on all Indian societies. The new education policy 2020 came with the proposal of quality education and this also will collect all big bodies of education on one platform. Many people were caught off guard when it was announced that NEP 2020 had been proposed. The drastic changes that were recommended were something that many education experts never expected. Though the policy influences both school and college education, this paper focuses on NEP 2020 and its impact on engineering education. I also outline the salient features of NEP and provide a statistical test based on my analysis of them. Finally, I discuss the implications of these proposals on the existing educational system.

Conservative gas supplies impact emissions from traditional energy sources such as carbon dioxide (CO2). These gas emissions threaten global warming and affect the environment and biodiversity. These traditional structures are limited. Then there is the issue of the energy crisis. Because the sun is the best source of energy in the universe. In addition, solar energy is free and unlimited parameters do not damage and can be used for more sophisticated floors. Solar energy also helps improve the security of the power grid. Currently, many companies believe that the solar industry has financial support. Photovoltaic systems require this facility to systematically support the disposal of power generation. The proposed method is a real-time method useful for controlling and monitoring solar power plants using IoT. Solar energy production activity is not accessible or monitored by conventional PLC technology. For this reason, Internet of Things (IoT) and machine learning approaches are being introduced to manage solar energy systems. The Internet of Things is a combination of physical technologies using the cloud. The main requirements are the heterogeneous network of manufacturing object communication required for each object, and the processing power and security of each object/data processor in each IoT element. This new method allows us to monitor and improve our solar system. The rotation of the solar panel can be controlled by the slave according to the direction of the sun. This improves power generation efficiency. This was accomplished by creating a solar power system that builds analog circuits for specific resolutions and currents, and creating a web server to monitor the data used by the graphics device. The web server is located in a WAN (network area) and can be accessed from anywhere in the world with an internet connection
