Conservative gas supplies impact emissions from traditional energy sources such as carbon dioxide (CO2). These gas emissions threaten global warming and affect the environment and biodiversity. These traditional structures are limited. Then there is the issue of the energy crisis. Because the sun is the best source of energy in the universe. In addition, solar energy is free and unlimited parameters do not damage and can be used for more sophisticated floors. Solar energy also helps improve the security of the power grid. Currently, many companies believe that the solar industry has financial support. Photovoltaic systems require this facility to systematically support the disposal of power generation. The proposed method is a real-time method useful for controlling and monitoring solar power plants using IoT. Solar energy production activity is not accessible or monitored by conventional PLC technology. For this reason, Internet of Things (IoT) and machine learning approaches are being introduced to manage solar energy systems. The Internet of Things is a combination of physical technologies using the cloud. The main requirements are the heterogeneous network of manufacturing object communication required for each object, and the processing power and security of each object/data processor in each IoT element. This new method allows us to monitor and improve our solar system. The rotation of the solar panel can be controlled by the slave according to the direction of the sun. This improves power generation efficiency. This was accomplished by creating a solar power system that builds analog circuits for specific resolutions and currents, and creating a web server to monitor the data used by the graphics device. The web server is located in a WAN (network area) and can be accessed from anywhere in the world with an internet connection

Abstract: Most of the studies on women entrepreneurs from psychological perspective focused on the gender stereotypes, motives and the cognitive aspects with related to demographics. But studies from positive psychology perspective are limited and this paper initiated to study interrelation between grit, life-satisfaction and psychological well-being among women entrepreneurs, as these variables were less studied together in the context of women entrepreneurship. The sample size consists of (N= 30) women of age range 30 to 45. All of the participants pursued either graduation or post-graduation. These women are successfully running their business since 7 to 5 years in the city of Hyderabad. Their businesses fall under the category of micro and small-scale enterprises. Data was analyzed using Mini-tab and findings revealed that there is a significant positive correlation between all the three study variables grit, life satisfaction and psychological well-being.

In this paper, techniques for identifying birds have been researched and an automatic system for recognizing their species has been devised. Significant study on taxonomy and other subfields of ornithology has been a challenging and difficult attempt for automatic identification of bird sounds without physical interaction. A two-stage identification approach is used in this work. The first step was creating an ideal dataset that included all of the bird species' sound recordings. The sound snippets were then put through a variety of sound pre-processing procedures, including pre-emphasis, framing, silence removal, and reconstruction. For each reconstructed sound clip, spectrograms were produced. In the subsequent stage, a neural network was set up and given the spectrograms as input. Using the input characteristics, the sound sample is categorized by Convolutional Neural Network (CNN), which also determines the type of bird. For the system mentioned above, a real-time implementation model was also created and put into practice.

Silymarin is a natural compound derived from the species Silybum marianum, which is commonly known as Milk thistle. This plant contains at least seven flavoligands and the flavonoid taxifolin. The hepatoprotective and antioxidant activity of silymarin is caused by its ability to inhibit the free radicals that are produced from the metabolism of toxic substances such as ethanol, acetaminophen, and carbon tetrachloride. The generation of free radicals is known to damage cellular membranes and cause lipoperoxidation. Silymarin enhances hepatic glutathione and may contribute to the antioxidant defense of the liver. It has also been shown that silymarin increases protein synthesis in hepatocytes by stimulating RNA polymerase I activity. A previous study on humans reported that silymarin treatment caused a slight increase in the survival of patients with cirrhotic alcoholism compared with untreated controls.

Charlotte Perkins Gilman's "The Yellow Wallpaper" is a short story that explores the theme of insanity as a form of escape. The protagonist, a nameless woman, is confined to a room with yellow wallpaper by her physician husband, who believes that isolation and rest will cure her of her nervous disorder. However, the woman's confinement and lack of stimulation drive her to madness, and she becomes obsessed with the wallpaper. As she spends more time alone, she becomes increasingly disconnected from reality, and her thoughts become more chaotic. Through the character of the woman, Gilman examines the themes of freedom, isolation, and becoming. The woman's confinement represents the lack of freedom she experiences in her life as a wife and mother in a patriarchal society. She is isolated from the outside world, and her husband controls every aspect of her life. However, as she descends into madness, the woman experiences a kind of freedom from these constraints. She no longer has to conform to societal expectations, and she can explore her own thoughts and desires without fear of judgment. At the same time, the woman's isolation leads her to a kind of becoming. As she loses touch with reality, she begins to see the world in a different way. She becomes more attuned to her own senses and experiences, and she sees the world in a more vivid and intense way. Ultimately, however, her madness becomes all-consuming, and she loses herself completely. Overall, "The Yellow Wallpaper" is a powerful exploration of the relationship between sanity and madness, and it highlights the importance of freedom, connection, and self-expression in our lives. The story serves as a warning against the dangers of isolation and confinement, and it reminds us of the importance of maintaining a sense of self in the face of oppressive social norms.

In order to help students at higher education institutions pay for their academic and extracurricular expenses, one financial aid option is education loans. Most students leave college with debt, and that debt is growing so quickly that it is hard for graduates to repay it within the allotted time. During the past several years, there has been a large rise in student loan borrowing by nursing students as well as default rates. Wilful defaulting is the growing concern among education loan borrowers. Wilful defaulters, as defined under the act, are borrowers who have the financial capacity to pay back loans but choose not to, or who have acquired loans for one reason but misappropriated the funds, incurred losses, and have no intention of repaying. The rising nursing student debt levels of young borrowers eventually had an impact on the Indian economy, crowding out other investments, postponing economic progress, and altering young families' standard of life. This research, which analyses data from 315 nursing college students who received educational loans from Madurai district of Tamil Nadu, reveals unconventional reasons for wilful default.

Islanding occurs when distributed generators (DGs) only supply electricity to local loads after the disconnected power grid. It has been stated that several islanding detection methods (IDMs) classified as remote, active, and passive can detect this undesirable state. The DG's controller is perturbed in functional approaches, causing a local yardstick to drift outside the acceptable range. Even in well-balanced islands, this disruption improves detection accuracy, but under normal operating conditions, it increases the total harmonic distortion of the output current (THDI). The impact of the modified sliding mode controller on power quality as a novel active IDM for grid-connected photovoltaic systems (GCPVS) with string inverters is investigated in this work. The positive voltage feedback (VPF) approach, a well-known active IDM, compare its performance. This evaluation is carried out for a 1 kW power GCPVS using the MATLAB/Simulink platform by evaluating the output current harmonics, THD, and efficiency under various penetration and disturbance levels. Because it changes the amplitude of the output current, the output data show that the proposed disturbance does not produce harmonics or subharmonics. As a result, it has little effect on power quality. The sliding mode-based IDM's performance is ultimately found to be reliable in terms of islanding detection and power quality

In Cancer Therapy there are many problems like multi drugs therapy, short circulation half-life and nonspecific systemic distribution. Important Process to deal with these concerns is to style a drug delivery vehicle that has versatile functionality, good serum stability, circulates within the body long enough to succeed in the targeting tissues and is biocompatible. These features are overcome by formulating the lipid-polymer hybrid nanoparticles. The surface characteristics of these nanoparticles such as charge, lipid density and targeting ligand can be modified to allow for specific cellular uptake, controlled vincristine sulfate and a lomustine releases kinetics, and enhanced pharmacokinetics. Present study show that the hybrid nanoparticles could easily be formulated with negatively and positively charged lipids in order to change the overall surface charge. The particle size remained in the distribution was narrow and desirable range. The present Formulation has the capacity to co-encapsulate vincristine sulfate and a lomustine. To investigate, vincristine sulfate and a lomustine were dually loaded within the hybrid nanoparticle system. This combination formulation was characterized by dynamic light scattering for zeta potential, particle size and poly-dispersity index, in-vitro vincristine sulfate and a lomustine release and cytotoxicity. The release studies showed that addition of the vincristine sulfate and a lomustine within the lipid-polymer hybrid nanoparticle system didn't affect the vincristine sulfate and a lomustine release profiles of the each vincristine sulfate and a lomustine.

India has an estimated 42 million people suffering from thyroidal disorders. One of the largest endocrine glands in the body, the thyroid gland is crucial to the growth, development, and metabolism of the human body. By continuously releasing a regular amount of thyroid hormones into the bloodstream, it also assists in the regulation of numerous other activities. Hyperthyroidism is due to over and Hyperthyroidism is due to under secretion of thyroid hormones. Hyperthyroidism may cause because of diffused hyperplasia of the thyroid associated with Graves` disease, the ingestion of excess exogenous thyroid hormones, overactive multi nodular goiter and overactive adenoma of thyroid. Hypothyroidism usually develops from iodine deficiency. Hypothyroidism developed from chronic lymphocytic the thyroiditis, is known as Hashimoto`s disease. It can also developed from decreased TSH level. Iodine as an integral part of thyroid hormones plays major role in both hypo and hyperthyroidism. Availability of iodine to thyroid gland is mainly from foods and water and if these sources are deficient in iodine, then problems like hypothyroidism, cretinism and other iodine deficiency disorders can develop. The prevalence of hyperthyroidism/ thyrotoxicosis and hypothyroidism vary in different countries. Hyperthyroidism prevalence was higher in females than males. Similarly, the prevalence of hypothyroidism and sub clinical hypothyroidism was higher in females than males.
