 Abstract

Technology, which is increasing with time, entirely controls how people live nowadays. It is used all throughout daily life to suit our demands. By utilizing cutting-edge technology, we may enhance both living comfort and measures for health monitoring. In this study, we are using technology to spot serious health conditions so that the patient can get the best treatment possible at the correct moment. While a person is alone at home or on the road, alerting messages about their position are delivered to their mobile phone when their body temperature or heart rate changes. To retrieve the recipient's heart rate, we may also send an SMS using a pre-defined syntax. Here, the GSM modem sends us a warning message, and GPS may be used to determine the person's location. This GPS receiver may provide latitude and longitude information about the place where it was located.

 Abstract

Datafication has become an increasingly prevalent trend in the digital age, transforming the way we interact with technology and consume media. One industry that has been heavily impacted by datafication is Over-the-Top (OTT) services, which leverage user data to generate personalized content recommendations. While these recommendations have improved the viewing experience for many users, there are also concerns around privacy and security risks associated with datafication. This research paper examines the impact of datafication on OTT services and the experiences and perceptions of users towards personalized content recommendations. A survey and interviews were conducted with OTT users to gather insights into their usage habits, level of comfort with data collection, trust in algorithms, and more. The findings suggest that while users generally appreciate the benefits of personalized recommendations, they also desire more transparency and control over their data. This paper contributes to the growing literature on datafication and its impact on user privacy, offering insights into the ethical implications of data-driven technologies in the context of OTT services.

 Abstract

The temperature of turbine blades in advanced gas turbines is above the melting point of the blade material. To ensure continuous safe operation of high- performance gas turbines, a cooling scheme must be developed. A radial hole to pass high velocity cooling air along the blade span is one of the suggested methods. In this project NACA 6409 airfoil is taking for turbine blade. Turbine blade is designed in CATIA V5R19 and for analysis we are using ANSYS 18.1 software. The turbine blades are cooled using convection cooling and radial holes to pass cooling air along the blade span. The heat transfer analysis of gas turbine with 6 different models consisting of No hole, 3, 5 and 7 inline one row of holes and compared with 7 and 9 models in staggered holes with different types of materials. Here we are using chromium steel, inconel-718 and inconel-625 as turbine blade material. CFD, Thermal and structural analysis is performing to determine the heat transfer rates, temperature distribution and stress of the blade.

 Abstract

The Airline Industry is one of the top financial sectors of India. India is expected to overtake China and the United States as the world's third-largest air passenger market in the next ten years, by 2030, according to the International Air Transport Association (IATA). India is coming up as one of the fastest growing Aviation sectors in the world. The sector was adversely impacted during the outbreak of the Covid-19 pandemic and hasn't recovered since then. Thus, the importance of using Operational Research to minimize the cost and increase profits signifies even more. Despite all this in most airlines, crew costs are the second largest direct operation cost next to the fuel costs. But unlike the fuel costs, a considerable portion of the crew costs can be saved through optimized utilization of the internal resources of an airline company. And the saving is largely realized through solving the crew pairing problem. In this paper, we present a comprehensive problem definition for the airline crew scheduling problem by taking one of the airlines as a case study and try to get an optimal solution.

 Abstract

This paper is proposed with a plan to identify the crisis vehicle particularly the rescue vehicle by utilizing the signal produced from the crisis vehicle to the traffic signal control unit. Ambulances are normally found out by the alarm sound, yet in some time where the drivers in the shut vehicle couldn't hear the sound appropriately and furthermore there exists confusion in the path in which the rescue vehicle is showing up. Some time, the alarm is switched off to decrease the strain on the patients. The proposed framework would give an answer for this issue This framework utilizes a sensor that distinguishes the traffic density on the lane from the signal of the vehicle a ways off from the traffic signal to get out the traffic congestion on the lane and to give a quicker development of the crisis vehicle to serve the patients needing crisis. The lead of utilizing this framework is that signal have more high frequency and it is simple recognized from a good distance. We directed a study at various seasons of a day and furthermore at various climatic circumstances to study the detection of the signal from the ZigBee.

 Abstract

Abstract Maize is an important cereal crop for domestic markets as well as foreign trade in several developing countries. In India, it is the most valuable cash crop. Aspergillus flavus is commonly present in the soil. It produces a highly carcinogenic toxin called aflatoxins which are health hazardous to animals. Due to the presence of A. flavus, aflatoxin affected the germination of maize (Zea mays L.). There are vast economical losses due to aflatoxin infection in maize seeds. During the investigation, Study was done about the contamination during the germination of maize seeds and the expected trial steps of elimination from infection of aflatoxinB1, Aflatoxin B1 (AFB1) produced by A. flavus linked with seed affect amylase activity that inhibits the starch hydrolysis and consequent unavailability of sucrose to the axis of the embryo during the period of imbibition and investigation about the effect of moringa leaf Extract on that type of seeds.

 Abstract

The 73 Amendment aimed to lay down in the Constitution certain essential features of PRIs to enable them to acquire the status and dignity of viable and responsive people's bodies. This paper argues that more than two decades after the passage of this amendment, there is a clear indication that decentralization did not end up achieving the objectives it has visualized. In particular, Karnataka's political vision of democratic decentralization in rural areas has not been adequately and rationally operationalized through the process of fiscal devolution. However, the problem is not unique to Karnataka. In this context, the paper provides certain important recommendations to strengthen the democratic decentralization and make the intergovernmental fiscal transfer system rational, simple and transparent.

 Abstract

Segmental Spinal anaesthesia is reported to be having excellent results in terms of post-operative pain, analgesia requirement, relatively less complications in several comorbidities and reduced hospital stay. It is blocking of the required dermatomes essential for the proposed surgical procedure with very low local anaesthetic drug dose. This requires Dural puncture at thoracic or higher lumber levels. We conducted a case of a patient posted for emergency exploratory laparotomy with known case of hypertension and COPD with active lower respiratory tract infection under Segmental spinal anaesthesia. Subarachnoid block was given with 27 gauge spinal needle at level of T9-T10 by central approach. Throughout procedure patient was hemodynamically stable. After surgery, B/L Transverse abdominis plane block (TAP block) & Rectus Sheath Block (RSB) was given for postoperative analgesia.

 Abstract

The blood present in the vessels of the umbilical cord and placenta is known as umbilical cord blood. This blood has at least three distinct populations of stem cells, each with its own set of characteristics and properties. The second most popular source of stem cells for cell therapy is umbilical cord blood (UCB). As a result, regenerative medicine and the use of umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell (UC-MSC) treatments have lately emerged as viable alternatives. UC-MSCs are multifunctional stem cells found in newborn umbilical cord tissue that can develop into a variety of cells with a wide range of therapeutic applications.

 Abstract

Introduction: According to the WHO, anaemia is a disorder when the blood's haemoglobin concentration is lower than usual due to a lack of one or more crucial nutrients. The WHO recommends a cut-off threshold of 13g/dl for adult men, 12g/dl for adult non-pregnant women, 11g/dl for pregnant women and children between the ages of 6 months and 6 years, and 12 for children between the ages of 6 years and 14 years. Aim: "A study to assess the knowledge regarding prevention of anaemia among pregnant women at Government District Hospital, Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh." Objectives: 1) To assess the pre-test level of knowledge regarding prevention of anaemia among pregnant women. 2) To find out the association between the pre-test level of knowledge regarding prevention of anaemia among pregnant women with their selected demographic variables. Method: Quantitative research approach was adopted. In this study, non - Experimental Descriptive Research Design was adopted to determine the knowledge regarding prevention of anaemia among pregnant women at Government District Hospital, Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh." Result: The majority of respondents (21, or 70%) had insufficient understanding, while nine respondents, or 30%, had moderate knowledge. The current study shows that Chi-square was calculated to determine the relationship between pregnant women's level of knowledge on the prevention of anaemia and their chosen demographic characteristics. There was a significant correlation between knowledge level and family type, but not between knowledge level and age, religion, education, career, place of residence, family income, prior knowledge of anaemia, or information source.

 Abstract

In different fields the field of mathematics plays key role. In mathematics, graph theory is one of the important fields used in structural models. The field graph theory began in 1735 with the Konigsberg Bridge problem. This paper provides a description of implementations of graphical theory in a number on information science, electrical engineering, physics and chemistry, computer network science, biotechnology and graphical theoretical applications. Several articles focused on graph theory have been studied concerning scheduling principles, engineering technology implementations and an outline. A graph is an abstraction of relationships that emerge in nature.
