Karnataka is identified as one of mineral rich states of the country. Mining provides substantial non-tax revenue to the states exchequer. Since Karnataka is one of most biodiversity rich state, it is important to preserve these natural resources for the wellbeing of the coming generations. Mining is viewed as one of the important economic activities which have the potential of contributing to the development of economies. At the same time, its impact on labourers and surrounding communities have been a major concerns to government, the general public and stakeholders and individuals. The objectives: of this paper is to understand the nature of work, causes, and hazardous situations labourers confronted with. This also analyses the health conditions socio-economic background of mining labourers of HK region in particular and Karnataka state in general. Methodology: The study is based on primary and secondary data collected from mining prone areas. Though, mines have some positive impact, such as employment opportunity and infrastructural development but their impact on health is negative, which can occur through both environmental and health channels. The impacts of mining on the health are magnified. The mining damages health in many ways dust, chemical spills, harmful fumes, heavy metals and radiation can poison labourers and cause life-long health problems to them. The present study paper says if a mine labourer met an accident at work place, he may ends up with losing his limbs. Whereas the dust contaminated with noxious elements that he inhales it troubles health. The mine labourer may suffer by asthma, tuberculosis and other diseases and loses his eyesight. Conclusion: The study findings indicate the need for regular health check-ups, health education, personal protective devices and engineering control for better health and productivity of the labourers.

The main motive of this concept is to change the world and the engineering to make the life easy and better in future. The modification of towers and the skyscrapers on eath in future may change the thinking and designing concept of human being. Theres about 100 lightning bolts strike the earths surface every second& if calculated it may about 8 million per day and 3 billion each year. lightning stirkes the ground approximately 25 million times each year in the U.S. states such as Tampa, Cape coral, norman, Houston, Oklahoma, etc& theres big source of producing the electricity from the skylightning. Many theories have came from many researchers. capturing the sky lightning for the use of electricity for the city may produce much more economical than the producing of electricity from the any other source. Second the technique of getting pure water for fulfilling the various use of human needs. This technique is based on the principle of suction machine. This technique uses the cloud sucker machine within the skyscraper at some height from the ground. The cloud sucker machine is used for inhaling the clouds from the sky. This is the easiest and the cheapest way of getting pure water in huge quantity for human needs. The use of skyscraper in modern era for getting water from the clouds is the biggest deal. As from the stone age to now we all depends on ground water but now when there is deficiency in ground water or when the ground water table goes on deceasing day by day may cause problem of deficiency of pure water for human need and may cause draughts. This innovation is better way of getting pure water in easiest way without any treatment and this innovation produces electricity from water without any water ponding method.

The overwhelming victory for the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) with 62 seats out of 70 in Delhi Assembly polls did not surprise the nation as all exit polls had already pointed to the absolute majority mark. People proved their maturity by casting votes for continuing the AAP Government sidelining the national and emotional assurances promised by the BJP, as good governance of the Delhi Government remained intact among the people. Though, the BJP did not omit any opportunity to portray the AAP as insensitive and insensible towards national security and sovereignty by setting it up as a supporter of the Tukde-Tukde gang. The verdict of the Delhi Assembly elections 2020 could be viewed as a foundation-stone for projecting secular and issue-based politics as the thumping victory of the AAP. AAP won on its governance record, but its tactics do not undermine the BJPs politics. Hence, this study attempts to analyze the character and sense of the election campaign and how the AAP romped home victorious. The study further deciphering the BJP loss and the message from the Delhi assembly conveys to the political parties.

Abstract: Thus we manufactured polymer matrix composites of different combinations of vinyl ester and polyurethane successfully. And also the heat distortion test is done. The heat distortion temperature for every specimen is found by using the warmth distortion kit and therefore the readings are tabulated and compared by graph. The proportion 40:60 and 20:80 doesn't formed as perfect IPN hence it's found that 80% vinyl ester and 20%polyurethane have good elasticity and toughness as compared with other proportions.

Radicular Cysts are believed to be formed from epithelial cell rests of Malassez (ERM), which are remnants of Hertwigs epithelial root sheath, present within the periodontal ligament.(1) Radicular cyst is one of the most frequently occurring cysts in the oral cavity usually accompanied by infection or an infectious disease that is followed by enlargement. They are the most common odontogenic cyst affecting Maxilla more than three times the mandible.(2) Around 60% of all jaw cysts are radicular or residual cysts. The cyst reflects a chronic inflammatory cycle and only grows over an extended time period. Some studies in the UK and South Africa have shown that radicular cysts occur more frequently in males between the third and fifth decades of life and more frequently found in the anterior maxilla than other parts of the mouth.(3) Cyst treatment may be done by surgical or non-surgical methods; either by marsupilization or enucleation, depending on the size and location of the lesion, the bone integrity of the cystic wall and its proximity to vital structures. (4) After the marsupilization or enucleation of the cyst ,moderate to large cystic cavity remains which can be either left to heal by itself or filled with various types of bone grafts are used such as autogenous graft, allogeneic graft, alloplastic graft and Xenogeneic graft to promote sufficient periapical wound healing.

Since we are in the twenty first century parents of small child are do jobs or work. They might have work to be done at home also. So simultaneously doing work and monitoring the baby could be trouble. So, for these many kinds of parent we are developing a cradle which consist of too many useful features. Cradle system has ability to send alert when baby is crying, it can also swing automatically when baby is crying. Cradle system also gives alert when baby does potty in the cradle. Cradle also has the ability to send alert regarding body temperature of the baby. There is some High alert also available regarding babies health. Likewise, there are multiple features in the cradle system. For sending the alert we are using GSM module. Cradle system is the solution of the multiple problems.

A Grain of Wheat is a committed political novel balanced against the exploitation of human fallibility instead of just a work of historical fiction offering illustrations and interpretations of Kenya's struggle for freedom. Ngugi's humanism, revealed by his care for his people and his understanding of what prompts them to action, dominates the novel.

The equal participation of men and women in decision making bodies and vital policy makings is an indicator of the maturity and efficacy of democracy in any country. India is considered as the largest democracy in the world and the constitution of India attempts to remove gender inequalities by banning discrimination based on sex and class. An analysis of the womens voting pattern in India reveals that there has been an increasing female turnout in recent years. However they continue to be under-represented in legislative bodies. This paper analysis the socio-cultural and economic factors responsible for meager political participation of women in India. And the paper concludes Quota for women as only means through which women can secure a rightful place in society.

Discourse analysis can be characterised as the study of relationship between language and the contexts in which it is used. The focus of discourse is on context and on the behavioural patterns that structure the social functions of a language, above and beyond the construction of structural models. For discourse analysts, context is of primary importance. Michel Foucault described discourse as a whole field or domain within which language is used in particular ways. This field or domain is produced in and through social practices, institutions, and actions. Language learning cannot be divorces from social context and the environment in which the learning takes place. The present study seeks to understand the various discourses at play in an English as second language classroom teaching. For this purpose, students of Class IX of a government school and their teacher has been selected to evaluate and unravel the interaction in the classroom and the dialogue of individual discourses with the larger social discourse of the classroom. The main focus of the study was to explore if and how gender and socio-economic status of the students impacts the learning in an ESL classroom.

India is the 3rd largest garbage generator in the world and by 2050 waste is expected to rise to 436 million tons up. Around 64 million tons of solid waste is produced in our country every year, of which less than 20% or only 12 million tons are treated, remaining 52 million tons of waste are remain untreated and contaminate land or make it is way into rivers, lakes, and wetlands. Effective waste management is to ensure proper segregation of waste and ensure that the waste goes through the recycling and resource recovery process. Sanitary landfills are the means of disposal for unutilized municipal solid waste from waste processing facilities and other types of inorganic waste that cannot be reused or recycled. Here the problem is solved, by designing an embedded system that will monitor each dumpster automatically by detecting the amount of waste deposited using a robotic arm. Here moisture sensors can be used for segregating wet and dry waste. For detecting the presence of any waste IR sensor is used and for detecting wet or dry waste a moister sensor can be used. In this process, if moisture sensor output is HIGH then the robotic arm moves towards WET dumpster else it moves towards the DRY dumpster. Both the dumpster are embedded with infrared sensors at the top, to measure the level of waste in the dumpsters. If the dumpsters reach their maximum level then an alert message using the GSM module along with buzzer sound is generated

There are many geological faults which were created during evolution of Deccan peninsula. Through these faults geothermal fluid flows. Here in SONATA (Son-Narmada-Tapti river) region near Jalgaon nearly 7 geothermal hot springs were detected in 1991 study [1]. In this paper, particularly the study of Unabdeo is conducted. This study focuses on the amount of energy which can be effectively utilized or can be extracted for the beneficial of local Adiwasi people. The study conducted shows that the available discharge on the surface is naturally17280-69120 LPD at an average temperature of 500C, this study also focuses on the temperature variation with day hours, and also to check viability of this heat energy utilization for commercial use.
