Digital marketing as the use of digital technologies to support profit acquisition and customer retention by enhancing customer knowledge and delivering integrated communications and online services tailored to individual customer needs(Dave Chaffey D. , 2002).' With digital platforms becoming integral to everyday life and consumer behavior shifting towards digital interactions, digital marketing campaigns have become increasingly prevalent and effective. Digital marketing has become a pivotal strategy for modern marketers, leveraging various online channels to retain existing customers and attract new ones. It's not just beneficial but essential for businesses striving to maintain competitiveness in an increasingly digital world. s marketing techniques evolve rapidly, the study attempts to understand digital marketing's effectiveness in influencing consumer behavior, especially among youth.

The Academic Libraries have been described as the "heart" of the learning community, providing a place for students and faculty to conduct their research and advance their knowledge. In the education system, an academic library is the centre of academic life. A library attached to a institution of higher education exists to support the goals of its parent organization. It is the libraries responsibility to provide better services to its clients to make sure that information sources, services and resources are well utilized for user's benefits. Hence user education program is very crucial for library user's achievements. User education is nothing but creating awareness to the users about the utilization of the facilities and services available in a particular library. The user education is mainly concerned with providing guidance and instruction to the user about proper use of library collection and services. The paper explores need for user education and the objectives of user education, types of library users; the paper describes the role of library professionals in the promotion of user educational programmes. Further it also focuses problems and barriers in user education.

It is unfortunate that for most people in India, history stops at 1947. Few school textbooks talk about the developments that took place after independence which made history. This Paper is a small attempt to analyze the developmental movements and many a time's obstacles that provided a platform for the rapid growth of Gujarat since its inception on 1st may 1960. Developmental movements like Green Revolution, Operation Flood, Industrialization and Infrastructural developments though tax concessions and incentives or Vibrant Gujarat Global Investor's Summit and Social developments has been due to several governmental, NGO and corporate initiatives in the field of education & health over the last 50 years. Along with developmental movements many a time's obstacles to rapid growth were created naturally in form of floods, storms, earthquakes and epidemics etc. While man made obstacles were created in form of political conflicts, Riots, and environmental degradation due to industrialization and urbanization. Though scars of the earthquake tragedy still linger and religious sentiments are not so good then also the Gujarati spirit remains indomitable. To put it in short, Gujarat represents a state of business both in the physical and mental form. Its strength lies in catching the ideas and converting them into business propositions. With these and several similar indicators, Gujarat is already regarded as the "Growth Engine of India". (JEL O10, O13, O14, O15, O18)

Tamil cinema because of its origin is mostly preoccupied with Tamil culture, people and society. Since the 1990s, driven by rising production costs, dwindling audiences and fickle markets, Bollywood began targeting the Indian diaspora as a potential market for its films. Bollywood immediately captured the imagination of overseas Indians, who are often depicted as successful migrants and having strong national allegiances to India. In this context, the ways in which diasporic Tamils are represented in Tamil cinema, especially the Sri Lankan or Eelam Tamils, who constitute the largest market and most proximate diasporic Tamil community outside Tamil Nadu, remain largely unexamined. The shifts and changes in the India-Sri Lanka political relations in light of the ethnic conflict coupled with the nebulous articulation of ethnic affinity between Indian Tamils and Sri Lankan Tamils greatly impacted on the ways in which Eelam Tamils were depicted in Tamil cinema.

The purpose of this paper is to conduct empirical research to find out is "financial deepening" effect economic growth in India ? Unlike many earlier research, focus of this Paper is on the "causal relationship between financial deepening and economic growth" in order to distinguish between numerous alternative theoretical ideas. The improved "Granger Causality Test" Method established by "Toda and Yamamoto (1995)" is used in this Paper. Variables such as "private sector credit, wide money, credit deposit ratio, and bank deposit liabilities" are used to describe "financial deepening". The findings largely support the concept that "financial deepening" is a key determinant of "economic growth", despite the fact that economic growth determines "financial deepening". The results do not differ much across the proxies considered for financial depth. The causal links are also demonstrated to be primarily long-term in character. As a result, to be able to develop "financial deepening" in India, government policies targeted at supporting economic growth must be consistent and long-term.

The international regime of civil liability for marine pollution damage from ships carrying hazardous and dangerous cargo evolved as a response to various hurdles in claiming compensation which were governed by the ordinary principles of civil law. The scheme offered the victims of pollution damage to pursue and contest financial claims against ship owners, the cargo industry and producers or manufacturers of hazardous cargo like petroleum products, hazardous substances likes acids, chemicals and other noxious substances. The evolving and contested parameters of civil liability for accidental pollution damage set by the international pollution liability conventions needs a critical analysis in this context.

We know the Carbon nanotubes (CNTs) are nanostructures derived from rolled graphene planes and possess various interesting chemical and physical properties. CNTs can be conjugated with various biological molecules including drugs, proteins and nucleic acid to afford bio-functionalities. CNTs exist as single (SWNTs), and multi-walled (MWNTs) structures. They present several interesting properties, such as high aspect-ratio, ultra-light weight, strength, high thermal conductivity and electronic properties ranging from metallic to semiconducting. The production of carbon nanotubes can be done by plasma based synthesis method or arc discharge evaporation method, laser ablation method, thermal synthesis process, chemical vapour deposition and by plasma-enhanced chemical vapour deposition. The CNTs are valuable in the field of drug delivery, blood cancer, breast cancer, brain cancer, liver cancer, cervical cancer, gene therapy, immune therapy, biomedical imaging, biosensors and tissue engineering. This paper leads to a useful knowledge related to general overview, types, preparation methods and applications of CNTs.

The literary exercise of writing autobiography has been widely practiced since very early times. An autobiography is a powerful and effective medium of self-expression and a vivid record of the writer's life and times. Jawaharlal Nehru's an Autobiography ranks among the best of the genre and is a testimony to the superior literary skill of Nehru as well as his minute observations of people and social as well as natural phenomena and his transparent enquiries into the social and political upheavals of his time.

This paper comprises the studies of micro-emulsion. The surfactants, oil and water were mixed together to form milky emulsion, which was then titrated with the fourth component (alcohol) till mixture became transparent clear. The role of alcohol in particular is interpreted by means of its auto association in the organic pseudo-phase and its position between core, membrane, and continuous phase of micro-emulsion. Main role of alcohol addition is not only increase interfacial pressure to a level where final interfacial tension could reach zero or below by penetration of alcohol into interfacial layer by means of alcohol-surfactant association but also cause initial reduction of oil-water interface. Two effects would be expected on addition of hydrocarbon to the system (i) Solubility region may be changed (ii)Association concentration within the solubility region may be altered.
