 Abstract

The Remote Media Immersion (RMI) system is the result of a one-of-a-kind combination of multiple cutting-edge media technologies designed to create the ultimate digital entertainment delivery system. The primary goal is to provide a high-quality interactive user experience. RMI encompasses all aspects of media acquisition, storage, transmitting, and final rendering. We present the architecture, technology, and exploratory implementations of Distributed Immersive Achievement, a real-time, multi-site, interactive, and cooperative environment (DIP). The objective of this endeavor is to create and develop immersive technology: a fully immersive aural and visual environment that immerses a participant or group of participants in a virtual space where they can communicate naturally despite being in different physical locations. RMI technology can effectively overcome time and space barriers, allowing for realistic interaction and collaboration among people in widely separated locations.

 Abstract

A condition in which the heart beats with an irregular or abnormal rhythm is known as Arrhythmia. This paper presents a procedure to extract information from Electrocardiogram (ECG) data and determine types of Arrhythmias. Here Empirical Mode Decomposition (EMD) technique is adopted for noise removal and Artificial Neural Network(ANN) is used for classification. The decisions were achieved by determining different intervals such as PR Interval, RR Interval, QT interval etc. and those intervals were compared with the ideal intervals. The ECG records taken from the MIT BIH arrhythmia database are sampled at 360 Hz (fs =360Hz).During the whole process MATLAB was used and ECG signals were taken from Physio Bank ATM.

 Abstract

Mobile cell capacity can be increased by Space Division multiplexing by reusing frequencies in different directions. But, today's technology cannot provide Tb/s capacity. In this paper, I introduce time-to-space division multiplexing as a new scheme to steer multiple beams simultaneously to different users. The main advantage of the proposed method relies in the fact that simple hardware can be used to generate the beams. In other word, it provides the advantages of space division multiplexing without relying on the complex array feeders that are usually required. Thanks to this advantage, the proposed technique can be easily combined with millimeter Wave systems.

 Abstract

By recommending suitable e-contents from e-learning servers based on an analysis of the learners' preferred learning modes, the quality of e-learners can be raised.. Because psychological balance is variable in nature, and e-learners differ based on their learning patterns, environment, time, and mood, the learning styles had to be carefully predicted. Furthermore, the knowledge about the learners used for learning style prediction is inherently uncertain. This research suggests using survey guidelines to manage the uncertainty in learning style predictions and finds the Felder-Silverman learning style model as a good model for learning style prediction, particularly in web contexts. Fuzzy logic using a Gaussian membership function has been tried in evaluations with students learning the C programming language, and it has been found that the proposed model greatly increased prediction accuracy.

 Abstract

In micro-indentation testing for several types of materials, the indentation size effect (ISE) was noted for a comparatively greater range of applied test loads. Heat-treated plain carbon steels, copper, aluminium, and tool steels were the samples used in this investigation. The analysis made use of a micro-hardness tester with loads ranging from 0.49N to 9.8N. The modified proportional specimen resistance model (MPSR i.e. P = P0+a1 d1+ a2 d2), where P0 accounts for the residual surface stresses generated during the sample preparation process, provided better correlation between literature-cited load-independent hardness values and the measured values among the existing models that relate the indentation load and indentation length. Regardless of the loads applied, the investigation produced the precise hardness values for all the materials. Surface strains or any brittle structures at the surfaces can occasionally cause inconsistencies in the hardness readings.

 Abstract

The present study was carried out to find the population dynamics of whitefly and leafhopper in Bt cotton and Non-Bt cotton agroecosystem in the Hanumangarh district of Rajasthan during the 2022-23, Kharif season. Cotton plants are infested by various sucking insect pests during the growth period. Among all the sucking insect pests whiteflies and leafhoppers cause a noxious effect on cotton plants. During kharif 2022-23, whitefly infestation starts from the 24th SMW in Bt cotton as well as in Non-Bt cotton plants and it remains active till the 45th SMW. The highest activity of whitefly was recorded during the 31st SMW in both types of cotton fields. On the other side, the infestation of leafhoppers started from the 25th SMW in Bt cotton and the 26th SMW in Non-Bt cotton, and its peak activity was recorded during the 33rd SMW and 35th SMW. The leafhopper population remains active till the 43rd SMW and 45th SMW, in Bt cotton and Non-Bt cotton, respectively.

 Abstract

During this paper, for the first time, we tend to outline and solve the difficult downside of privacy preserving Hash Chain based hierarchic search over encrypted cloud data (HRSE).We establish a collection of strict privacy needs for such a secure cloud knowledge utilization system. Among numerous multi- keyword semantics, we decide the economical similarity live of "coordinate matching", i.e., as several matches as potential, to capture the connection of knowledge documents to the search question. We further use "inner product similarity" to quantitatively value such similarity live. we tend to initial propose a basic plan for the HRSE supported secure scalar product computation, then provide two considerably improved HRSE schemes to realize numerous stringent privacy needs in 2 completely different threat models. Thorough analysis work privacy and potency guarantees of planned schemes are given. Experiments on the real-world dataset additional show planned schemes so introduce low overhead on computation and communication.

 Abstract

Due to the quick rise in liver illness caused by excessive alcohol use, contaminated gas inhalation, drug use, tainted food, and pickled food packaging, a doctor can make an automatic forecast with the aid of a medical expert system. Early liver disease prediction is now attainable because to the consistent advancements in machine learning technology, allowing for simple early identification of the fatal condition. This will make healthcare more beneficial, and a medical expert system can be employed in a remote location. The liver is vital to life and promotes the body's ability to rid itself of poisons. Early detection of the condition is therefore crucial for recovery. For the diagnosis of liver illness, several machine learning methods, such as Random Forest, KNN, Logistic Regression, Decision Tree, etc., are utilised. These algorithms have varying degrees of accuracy, precision, and sensitivity.

 Abstract

Construction of high-rise buildings, large-scale apartment blocks, or construction in urban areas (especially busy downtowns) demands increasingly greater use of tower cranes. Therefore, the installation and dismantling of tower cranes on construction sites is an inevitable task, but also one of the most dangerous in the construction industry. Accidents during installation (including assembling and climbing) or dismantling of tower cranes incur the loss of workers' lives as well as delays in construction schedules and/or damage to buildings under construction. The aim of this paper is to investigate factors that contribute to accidents during tower crane installation/dismantling. Accident analysis and focus group interviews (FGIs) were conducted with people involved in crane work. Accidents occurring during installation/dismantling of tower cranes accounted for 68.4% of all fatal accidents. Accident analysis identified "Not following work procedures" as one of the main causes of these accidents, followed by "unsafe acts of workers." The FGIs investigation revealed the following factors that adversely affected the safety of the tower crane installation/dismantling: competence of the workers; roles of stakeholders such as principal contractors in the tasks; deterioration of tower crane components; and working conditions for conducting the tasks. These results may provide regulators as well as practitioners with insights for improving the safety of tower crane installation/dismantling.

 Abstract

The existence of confusing drug names is one of the most common causes of medication error and is of concern worldwide. With tens of thousands of drugs currently on the market, the potential for error due to confusing drug names is significant. This includes nonproprietary names and proprietary (brand or trade marked) names. Many drug names look or sound like other drug names such as Losec(omeprazole) and Lasix(furosemide) Led to the incidents that the patients were given lasix instead of the prescribed losec, which resulted in the patient death. This type of LASA drugs had created vast number of medication errors due to confusion and put a question mark on safety of patients. To combat errors arise due to LASA drugs their identification and adequate policy to manage these errors is required. Along with this, there should be development of such effective methodology such as tall mann lettering and patient education and awareness to decrease negative consequences of look alike sound alike drugs. Therefore, to aware the community and health care workers this present study has been designed to get information about patient safety policy, medication safety, medication error, look- alike/sound-alike medication and risk management system. Also, to discover various strategies to prevent LASA medication errors.
