The large amount of industrial wastes as increased year by year and disposal becomes a very serious problem. it is necessary to utilize the steel slag waste affectively with technical development in each field. Commonly murrum soil has been used for construction of all categories of roads in our country. Although murrum is a good construction material, due to scarcity they increase the construction cost at some parts of the country , several types of murrum soils are found to be unsuitable for road construction in view of higher finer fraction and excessive plasticity properties. Such as used industrial material like steel slag in construction of road pavement. its disposal causing severe health and environmental hazards in road construction industries is gradually gaining significant importance in India considering the disposal, environmental problems and gradual depletion of natural resources like soil and aggregates. Steel slag is a waste material generated as a by-product during the manufacturing of steel from steel industries. The quantity of generation is around 24 lacs mt per year from (ref.report.crri-2010) different steel industries in the India. Presently, it has no applications and dumped haphazardly on the costly land available near the plants. to improve its geotechnical engineering properties, the steel slag material was mechanically stabilized with locally available soil in the range of 5 - 15%. Geotechnical parameters of these stabilized mixes were evaluated to investigate their suitability in the construction of different layers of road technical specification of steel slag is developed for utilization in the construction of embankment, sub grade and sub base layer of flexible pavement and also as a binder in upper bituminous mix layer. The quantity of generation of this slag is around 24 lacs MT per year from different steel industries in India. Presently, this steel slag isn't utilized and is dumped near the costly plants. Study was carried out to utilize the slag in different layers of road construction. Technical specification of slag were developed for utilization in the construction of embankment, sub-grade, sub-base, upper layers of road pavement

Organizational survival and growth are the most important responsibilities of the top management of all organizations. This responsibility can best be fulfilled by planning management succession to ensure the availability of the right kind of management staff at the right time and in the right positions to provide for continued organizational viability and strength. Career planning involves efforts on the part of the organization to provide avenues for growth to its employees. Certain attitudes formed in early life guide them throughout their career. Certainty this growth should be accompanied by development. Organizations must be in position to provide opportunities for employee's development. It is the individual's responsibility to constantly strive for self-development. It must make consistent efforts at self-development so that development is more rapid than the level of growth reflected in the formal position in the organization. The other side of the coin is the role of employees in career planning. It involves efforts on the part of the employees to clearly think through and decide areas in which they would like to make a career for themselves.

The demand for food supply in India has increased recently due to the country's rapid population expansion and rising life expectancy. The ecological equilibrium has been harmed by overexploitation of natural and non-renewable resources, endangering consumer health. Organic food products are becoming more and more in demand worldwide. Consumers are becoming more aware of and picky about edible goods ever since environmentalists voiced their concerns about the detrimental effects of growing chemical use in farming. Research on Consumer Satisfaction with Organic Food Products In order to determine customer satisfaction with organic food products, a well-structured survey was administered to 100 respondents. This indicates that consumers have certain demands for the products they buy, including those regarding quality and cost.

Plato is one of the world's best known and most widely read and studied philosophers. Plato was born in 427 BC. He was the student of Socrates and the teacher of the Aristotle. The Academy he founded was by some accounts the world's first university and in it he trained his greatest student, the equally influential philosopher Aristotle. Instead of following a political path, Plato thought it more important to educate would-be statesmen. For this reason, he set up a school for future leaders. His school was called the Academy, named for the park in which it was located. Plato's Republic contains a treatise on education. Plato is considered by many to be the most important philosopher who ever lived. He is known as the father of idealism in philosophy. His ideas were elitist, with the philosopher king the ideal ruler. Plato is perhaps best known to college students for his parable of a cave, which appears in Plato's Republic

The present investigation aims to investigate the levels of various mineral nutrients in the different parts of the plant body under NaCl treated Mulberry plants. Because salinity is known to influence the ion uptake through change in the osmotic potential and ion interaction at root zone. Mineral elements are important constituents of protoplasm and cell wall. Mineral salts dissolved in the cell sap partially influence the osmotic pressure of the cell. Imbalance of mineral ions under saline condition generally results into poor crop growth and lesser productivity. The metabolic reactions also get affected due to disturbed ionic concentration. The minerals sodium and chloride are listed among essential trace elements, sodium regulates the transport of amino acids to the nucleus, whereas chloride plays an important role in the transfer of electrons from water to chlorophyll. Even though the higher levels of these elements alter the plant metabolism and reduce the yield. The other macronutrients such as Potassium, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron and micronutrients are essential for various metabolic activities. If all the necessary nutrients available in required amount, then the growth and yield of the plant will be optimum, if any disturbance in the nutrition disturbs the entire metabolic activity of the plant. In the present work an attempt was made to analyse the various macro and micro elementsin under different levels of NaCl stress

Thalassemia is a genetic blood disorder. People with Thalassemia disease are not able to make enough hemoglobin, which causes severe anemia. Hemoglobin is found in red blood cells and carries oxygen to all parts of the body. When there is not enough hemoglobin in the red blood cells, oxygen cannot get to all parts of the body. Organs then become starved for oxygen and are unable to function properly. There are two primary types of Thalassemia disease: Alpha Thalassemia disease and Beta Thalassemia disease. Beta Thalassemia Major (also called Cooley's Anemia) is a serious illness. Symptoms appear in the first two years of life and include paleness of the skin, poor appetite, irritability, and failure to grow. Proper treatment includes routine blood transfusions and other therapies.A study was conducted, "A Study To Assess The Effectiveness Of Structured Teaching Programme On Knowledge Regarding Thalassemia Among B.Sc Nursing Third Year Students In Selected Nursing College At Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh". The study was undertaken with 60 sample.
