Hypertension will increase with growing age. Optimal remedy of high blood pressure is critical to lessen cardiovascular disease. Recent pointers for high blood pressure have made pointers for older adults however are supported through proof that consists of more youthful individuals. This systematic evaluation evaluates the harms of antihypertensive marketers in adults elderly C65 years. Eligible research covered contributors elderly C65 years with high blood pressure. Eligible research had truly described remedy assignments, blood pressure (BP) targets, and evaluated endpoints of cardiovascular morbidity, mortality, and/or harms of antihypertensive medications. We abstracted take a look at characteristics, cardiovascular blessings, and harms. Most studies as compared distinctive antihypertensive agents and/or placebo groups. These research constantly confirmed decreased cardiovascular morbidity and mortality as compared with out a treatment. Seven research tested optimal BP targets. Strict manipulate [systolic BP (SBP) 140 mmHg] became not constantly higher than mild manipulate (SBP 150 mmHg) for adults aged C65 years. Mild SBP manipulate benefitted topics in all age levels over 65 years. Few research assessed and explicitly reported harms. Hypertensive issues of pregnancy (HDP) constitute a primary purpose of maternal, fetal and neonatal morbidity and mortality and identifies women at risk for cardiovascular and different continual sicknesses later in life. The formulation development is important part of pharmaceutical development and essential for therapeutic and commercial success of product by providing quality, safety and efficiency. The various parts of formulation development interact with product development processes like discovery research all the way up to and after market approval. Every drug product demands a tailor-made formulation, due to the difficulty of various pathways potentially affecting product stability, the specific characteristics drug molecule, special patient needs, and even marketing considerations. Formulation development can be approached using various paths , based on a rational design, depending on scientific theories applying these knowledge on thousands of components In this article review of formulation development, pre-formulation and sop handling is explain so that its important and procedures can be recognize, admire, understand by all

Despite high overall economic growth rates in many Asian countries in the past two decades, many policy makers in Asia and in international organizations have become increasingly concerned that this growth has been too uneven and often accompanied by rising income inequality. In addition, it appeared that disadvantaged groups, people in remote rural locations have not benefited proportionately from this rapid economic growth. Agriculture continues to play a predominant role in influencing the overall performance of the Indian economic. Agriculture is the main occupation for majority of Indian population. Indian agriculture has been passing through a phase of serious crisis. The crisis in agriculture has many manifestations, of which suicides of farmers one. An important cause of this crisis is the lack of alternative opportunities in the rural areas. According to an NSS survey on Some Characteristics of Agricultural Households in India 50 percent of the members of the agricultural households were estimated to be either unemployed or out of labour force during the survey period. How can the problem of this agrarian economy be solved? How can the rural population be brought into the mainstream of the process of economic growth by providing an alternative source of employment for them? These are some of the questions that need probing. The answer lies in providing alternative employment opportunities to this section of the society. The rural non-farm sector plays a vital role in promoting growth and welfare by slowing rural-urban migration, providing alternative employment for those left out of agriculture, and improving household security through diversification. The non-farm economy has been gaining a wider acceptance in issues of rural development due to its positive implication in poverty reduction. According to a World Bank report non-agricultural activities account for 30 percent to 50 percent of income in rural areas. In view of this it is important to understand role of the non-farm sector particularly in the rural areas in solving many of the problems of rural economy such as poverty, unemployment and rise in income. What is the role of the rural non-farm sector in generating employment for the rural unemployed? Or alternatively, to what extent can the growth of rural non-farm sector help in promoting entrepreneurship in rural areas? Can the growth of this sector bring rural vulnerable section of the society in the mainstream of the process of economic growth? The present study is aimed at answering these questions.

An investigation was made to study the effect of time management competency and gender on test anxiety of students. The sample of the present study consisted of 100 cases. Participants (50 Males and 50 Females) were randomly selected and their age range was between 18-25 years who were pursuing graduation. Time Management Competency Scale by Sansanwal and Parashar (2007) and Test Anxiety Scale by Sharma (1980) were used. Two Way Analysis of Variance was employed to see the effect of time management competency on test anxiety of students. The result indicates that there is a significant effect of time management competency on test anxiety (F = 13.56, p < .01). There is a significant effect of gender on test anxiety (F = 10.31, p < .01). It is observed with the present finding that the students of high time management competency are low in test anxiety compared to students with low time management competency.

In current scenario Pharmaceutical industries have different modified method for drying and other process. Lyophilization is one of the most promising methods for Drying. Lyophilization or freeze drying is a process in which water is frozen, followed by its removal from the sample, initially by sublimation (primary drying) and then by desorption (secondary drying). In this review we focused on basic principles of lyophilisation, process in detail along with advantages and disadvantages.
