Today, there is a lot of interest in the use of the nasal route for the delivery of difficult-to-deliver medications including tiny polar compounds, vaccines, hormones, peptides, and proteins. The nasal cavity is ideally suited for systemic drug delivery because of its high permeability, high vasculature, low enzymatic environment, and avoidance of hepatic first pass metabolism. Due to the need for quick and/or precise therapeutic targeting of the brain, numerous drug delivery methods for nasal application of liquid, semisolid, and solid formulation are being researched. These disorders include Parkinson's disease and Alzheimer's disease. The distribution of biotechnological products such proteins, peptides, hormones, and DNA plasmids for DNA vaccines to provide increased bioavailability is ideally suited for it. . This study aims to cover various aspects of nasal absorption, bioavailability barriers, techniques to enhance nasal absorption, current advancements in nasal dosage form design, and applications of nasal drug delivery system.

Angie Thomas, as a modern novelist, has carved a niche for herself on depicting the reality of racism as an important subject in her novels. More importantly, she has spotlighted the psychological impact of racial discrimination in her novel 'On The Come Up' (2019). The novel has brought to the fore the subconscious fear that black teenagers live with, and the constant anxiety that hovers on their psyche due to it. The portrayal of teens who think and make decisions, behave and act, with a sense of trepidation, all because of the color of their skin, is very realistically narrated with the incidents that take place with them. Overall, the ongoings on the minds of black teenagers in the novel are related to the perspectives of people who have preconceived notions about the black race. The present paper focuses on taking a psychological take on the minds of the lead characters - Brianna and Malik - that have been shaped due to racist incident and examines their effects.

The advent of English language along with the Western Education System through the colonists has made a colossal change in the thought process of the natives in Tamil Nadu. Though the Colonists have left the nation, the colonial mindset of condescending English and disdaining indigenous culture has not left India even today. The colonial causes include incorporating exotic elements in the educational syllabus followed by the native students and distancing them from the indigenous knowledge which is essential for any native. The English language has muddled the indigenous languages in India to an extent that, the Indians are feeling comfortable in using the English language than their mother tongue. The native people of Tamil Nadu cannot differentiate English and unmixed Tamil. If the same condition persists, every colonized nation will become a country without a consciousness of its past. The objective of this research paper is to delineate how English language has subjugated the age-old Tamil language and its culture in the place of its origin.

Art is produced for the purpose of society and artists as members of society, create art according to the type of relations they have with the society. The relationship between art and society cannot be ignored, because art in itself is a social phenomenon: first, because the artist is a social being; second, because his work, however will be marked from his personal experience, would be easily perceived, but it will always act as a bridge, a link that connects the artist to the other members of the society; third, because a work of art always affects the people who perceive it, which again belong to the society and it contributes in making positive assertions to their ideas, goals or values. Thus we can say that the relationship between art and society might not always be mutual, sometimes they would try to find each other, sometimes they would try to avoid each other but they can't completely turn their backs on each other. In this paper, I will not only lay emphasis on the interrelation between art and society but will also try to find answer to questions like- 'Is art accorded important roles in a particular society or do they operate merely at the sidelines?', 'Does the nature of society impact the nature of art?' etc.

The term "software-defined network" (SDN) refers to a network architecture that is used to digitally construct and create hardware components. The network connection settings can be changed dynamically. Because the link is fixed in the traditional network, dynamic change is not possible. SDN is a wonderful strategy, but DDoS attacks can still happen. The DDoS assault poses a threat to the internet. The machine learning algorithm can be used to stop DDoS attacks. The DDoS attack is when several systems work together to simultaneously target a certain host. In SDN, the infrastructure layer's devices are controlled by software from the control layer, which sits in the middle of the application and infrastructure layers. We suggest a machine learning method called Decision Tree in this research to identify malicious communications. The results of our test indicate that the Decision Tree can determine if an attack is safe or not.

Organic farming not only fulfill the good food conditions but also provides healthy life to consumers. Organic husbandry minimize all forms of pollution. It's free from all dangerous chemicals, Fungicides etc. Health is the most important aspect of living systems. Organic husbandry should sustain and enhance the health of factory, creatures, humans and soil. ultramodern husbandry involves the use of dangerous chemicals like synthetic chemical diseases and Fungicides which isn't only causes the poisonous goods on mortal health but also affects soil fertility and terrain. Organic husbandry is terrain friendly and produces high- quality food and also maintains long term fertility of soil. [1] Organic farming enhances soil organic carbon, available phosphorus content and microbial population/ enzymatic exertion of soil and therefore making it sustainable for organic crop product. operation of different organic emendations in combinations and in a accretive manner can supply the nutrient demand of organic medicinal shops cropping system. The used main weed control strategies in organic cropping system is frequently the combination of artistic or husbandry ways with direct mechanical and thermal styles. Pests are generally not a significant problem in organic system, since healthy shops living in good soil with the balanced nutrition are more suitable to repel against pest and complaint attacks. still, marketable product of bio fungicides containing different bacteria, fungi and contagions has been accepted to control certain insects, pests and conditions in organic crop product systems. Owing to positive influence of organic factors in medicinal shops cropping system, it's thus, be assumed that those growers who espoused organic operation practices, have set up a way to ameliorate the quality of their soil, or at least stemmed the deterioration icing productive capacity for unborn generations. From this review, specialized aspects of medicinal shops organic husbandry shows ultramodern conception and environmentally friendly. By these ways, the profitable aspects in the agrarian sector are being better. [2] Key words: Organic farming, long term soil fertility, free of dangerous fertilizers and chemicals.

In developed countries, women participate actively in business and other activities without social or other constraints. But in developing countries like India, the situation is different for women. Women are generally perceived as housewives who have little to do with business or commerce. The purpose of this research is to explore how the term has changed over time as more and more women enter the business world with ideas for starting small and medium-sized businesses. They find the entrepreneurial spirit rewarding and see it as an alternative to limited career advancement opportunities. At the same time, however, it also draws attention to the fact that women continue to be discriminated against, making it difficult to transition from a full-time housewife to a well-educated businesswoman. Women entrepreneurs not only contribute to improving their own economic prosperity, but also to the economic and social fabric of society through job creation, innovative products, processes and services. Therefore, they can serve as important human resources for the nation and be used as agents of economic growth and development. The study highlights that countries should recognize the need for women to be part of mainstream economic development and support creating an environment that is more conducive to women's entrepreneurship as well as the increase in women entrepreneurs through multiple eras

KNOWLEDGE OF ICU-AW AMONG PHYSIOTHERAPIST Kalindi Dev1, Chetna Singh2 1. Ph.D, Assistant Professor, Department of Physiotherapy, GJUS&T, Hisar 2. MPT Cardiothoracic disorders, GJUS&T, Hisar Objectives of the study: To find out the knowledge of ICU-AW among physiotherapists. The prevalence of ICU-acquired weakness was underestimated by physiotherapists working in intensive care units, and feel ill-prepared to treat patients on mechanical ventilation. The need of this study to investigate the knowledge of physiotherapists as an initial step towards implementing strategies aimed at preventing ICU-AW. The study may help physiotherapist to recognize their duties and make them more aware towards their role in ICUs. Sample size: Out of 300 google forms sent 150 responses came. Since providing care for the critically ill involves specialized staffing and training, this study evaluated how well physiotherapists knew about the ICU-AW (L Ebirim, 2012). Participants in this study are 3rd year bachelor's student (6.7%), 4th year bachelors' student (8.7%), interns (8%), post-graduation student (36.7%) and physiotherapy professionals (40%). 51.7% physiotherapist feels barriers in implementing physiotherapy treatment in ICU. The main three components of barriers were lack of decision-making authority (65.8%), dependence on physician's order to initiate early mobilization (55.7%) and lack of written guidelines and protocols (76.7%). These findings imply that further education is required to advance technical knowledge and enable early mobility in the ICU. Many respondents believed that the best instruments for ICU-AW evaluation may be assessment scales (MRC scale, 59.5%; NCV, 53.7%; and EMG, 63.5%). In order to quantify muscular strength, mobility, or activity, these scales need active patient engagement. The patient must demonstrate awareness, active collaboration, and sensitive reactions, in particular, for the MRC scale. High sensitivity and specificity can be achieved using electrophysiological examination, musculoskeletal ultrasonography, electromyography, and muscle biopsy, but these procedures are costly and need for a qualified technician.
