To meet the need of growing population economic, effective and reliable control of machines as well as their control system is necessary. Energy saving has become an important factor. So it is necessary to reduce the energy loss. For this the regenerative braking plays an vital part to maintain the vehicles strength and getting better energy. Now-a-days accidents are mostly caused by delay of the driver to hit the brake or due to failure of brakes. For this we are focusing on automatic breaking system which will be operated with the help of sensor an will detect the obstacle. Apart from that the brake fail detection using sensor is also included in our paper.

[ Abstract: Tea and the natural resources play an important role in shaping the destiny of a country. Tea industry besieges a significant position in boosting the economy of Assam even today. The discovery of tea in 1823 in the Brahmaputra valley inspired the British to colonize Assam at the earliest. The first experimental plantation was made by the East India Company in1835 in Lakhimpur and thus, the period of experiment started till 1852. The discovery of tea, its profitability and potentiality had awakened growing interest of the British capitalists in the cultivation of this plant in the Brahmaputra valley from the fifties of the 19th century and this led to confrontation between the indigenous people and the British in Assam as and when the traditional system of crop cultivation started receiving withstand from the Colonial Government. This paper is an attempt throw which some issues are addressed. ]

In day to day life, communication place a major role in this communication we have both wired and wireless communication as a number users rapidly increasing wired communication is difficult to implement So wireless communication plays a significant role .Although in wireless communication(4G LTE) fails in real time application i.e getting high data rates and spectrum sharing.5G is introduced to improve the requirements like spectrum reliability, high data rates, higher bandwidth, high throughput, higher efficiency and that too at lower latency. Channel coding for 5G plays a crucial role for enhanced mobile broad band(eMBB) and also for Ultra Low Latency Communications. Hence efficient error Correction coding is required. Already LDPC codes are finalized for 5G by 3GPP. LDPC codes with Message passing algorithm provides more potential to error correction coding in 5G systems.

Higher Education is a very important sector for short and long term economic growth and development of human resource which can take responsibility for social, economic and scientific development of the country. The countrys Gross Enrolment Ratio (GER) in Higher education stands at 25 % in 2016-17, while Karnataka is 27 percent. Government has set the target of GER in Higher Education of 30 % by 2020. Higher education in Private and private aided colleges is quite expensive and making the poor difficult to access. Government colleges are the cheapest means for the poor to enroll to higher education. The policy of the Govt. of Karnataka is to take higher education to the common man and bring about regional balance. With this great vision to make higher education affordable to the poorest of the poor of all sections of the society the Government of Karnataka started Government First Grade Colleges in Karnataka under the aegis of the Department of Collegiate Education which was established in 1960. It has a mission to take action to make it easier for students of all classes of society to get access to higher education. It is concerned about all-round development of the students, is functioning in the most backward classes, women and rural students in order to encourage opportunities for higher education. GER(Gross Enrolment Ratio) in higher education is a measure of access to higher education by the population belonging to the age group 18 to 23 years. A high GER generally indicates a high degree of participation, whether the pupils belong to the official age group or not (Ghara, Mishra and Singh, 2018) and vice versa. A GER value approaching 100% indicates that the entire population belonging to an official age group corresponding to a level of education has been accommodated.

Nowadays caring disabled and old-age people was very difficult because of someone else need to serve for their basic needs, and we cant be with them always in their room. To resolve this problem. Our major contribution to disabled persons who unable to control their hands. Our development system reads their actions of head like left, right, up and down movement using angle difference in their necks and blinking of an eye link opening and closing of eye balls using eye blink sensor. We have some basic need buttons in screen in which the button contains the information of daily needs like food, water etc.., they can select their need by moving their necks and blinking their eyes. Increasing delay of blinking will differentiate between normal eye blink with our system selection.

Training and Placement activities are very important part of any educational institute, in which most of the work till now is being done manually. The training and placement officer has to inform the number of students about every single training and placement related activity. This application manages the placement activities and also forms the network of training and placement officers within the region so that, every college and students get notified if any placement related activity happens in one college. This web-based application can help the placement officers to provide the details of upcoming companies. Sometimes students prepare for aptitude or technical subject tests by just attempting the quiz based on topic, rather they just click on view answer without solving them because they dont have knowledge of those topics. In this system, we will develop an application for students which will help them to be ready for the campus recruitment process, this system will be helpful in faster management of the placement related activities in the college campus. If the student who wants to go for technical higher education they can prepare from 12th standard. The front end of the system is developed with the help of HTML and CSS. The backend of this system will be managed with the help of PHP. Database management of this system will be done with the help of the MYSQL database.

As a method whose creator is Sigmund Freud and has been used in many different disciplines since 20th century, imagology, when it comes to literary criticism, locates the other in the center of his study area and requires interdisciplinary approach. In this study, first of all, what the imagology is and its working principles will be mentioned, and then two different images which are local and urban people encountered in Yakup Kadris novel Yaban it means wild in English will be identified and examined. In the context of prejudices and stereotypes within the scope of imagology, these images belonging to two different social statuses that share the same geography but are constructed as the other for each other will be tried to reveal and to analyze with their reasons by using pluralistic method.

Regenerative medicine uses MSC as a tool to promote tissue regeneration. A major action of MSC to repair pathological degeneration is secreting paracrine secretory factors to reduce inflammation and accelerating tissue regeneration. MSC from different origins produce different significant trophic factors. Using MSC that fits to the need is a strategy for regenerative therapy. Here, we investigated paracrine bFGF TGF-? and IGF, as significant secretory factors, in MSC derived from human amniotic fluid (AF-MSC), Whartons jelly (WJ-MSC) and endometrium. The work quantified the levels of bFGF TGF-? and IGF gene transcriptions using quantitated real time RT-PCR and the secretory levels of trophic factors using ELISA assay. Our results indicated that bFGF was a significant trophic factor secreted by AF-MSC, whereas, TGF-? was a significant factor in WJ-MSC. AF-MSC secreted bFGF at 3 times over to control human fibroblasts. Secreting of IGF binding protein was found at a low level in AF-MSC, WJ-MSC and EM-MSC as compared to the secreting of control human fibroblast. Moreover, we found that WJ-MSC at late culture had a high level mRNA transcribed in bFGF TGF-? and IGF genes. They showed 2 times of bFGF and TGF-? genes expression and 7 times of IGF-1 gene expression higher than control. However, our study in allelic expression of IGF-2 imprinted gene analysis indicated epigenetic imbalance in WJ-MSC at late cultured passage. We conclude that an optimal MSC type for treatment in different pathologic diseases should be provided regarding a dissimilar significant trophic factor of each MSC origin. We also suggested that MSC in late cultured might great offer in regenerative medicine as cell-free therapy.

Regenerative medicine is a strategy of treat degenerative pathology. Mesenchymal stem cell (MSC) has been used as tool for tissue regeneration. Both MSC embedding in scaffold and MSC from microfracture techniques are presented by previous study for regeneration at site of cartilage injury. To studied and compare cartilage regeneration by MSC embedding in scaffold and microfracture techniques, we contributed a cartilages defect rabbit knee using a stainless steel drill. PEGDA-scaffold, which was embedded with MSC was implanted over the left knee lesion, whereas, the injured right knee was drilled deep into subchondral bone for leaking of bone marrow-MSC. Rabbits were sacrificed at 12 weeks after surgery to examine macroscopic appearance of the articular following the modified ICRS evaluation. Macroscopic appearance was evaluated by immunohistochemistry. We found that cartilage repairs with the uses of microfracture technique showed a better result as compared to the uses of MSC/PEGDA scaffold implantation technique, as seen in ICRs scores. The treatment with microfracture technique improved smooth cartilage surface, subchondral bone formation and reduce inflammation in rabbit knee. We conclude that microfracture technique is an efficient treatment for tissue regeneration in knee injury.

Gandhi and Macaulay both were philosophers and their philosophies are still relevant. Thomas Babington Macaulay, better known as Lord Macaulay, is the man who brought English language and British education to India. Mohandas Karamchand Gandhi gave us the first indigenous education system named Basic Education in the British Raj. The foreign education system makes the Indian weak and fragile. Instruction in the foreign language decreases critical thinking as well as prepares the common masses to follow the guidelines laid down by the Britishers. It took many years for the Indians to overcome the trauma inflicted by their colonizers. The retaliation of the colonized to their colonizers can be seen in the Basic Education of 1937 laid down by M.K. Gandhi in which he had given them the hope of freedom and sovereignty. Gandhi knew that education plays a very effective role in the awakening of Indian masses. He worked even before the Wardha Commission as Britishers were also working on the education of Indians before the Macaulay minutes. This Basic Education or Wardha Commission or The Nai Talim creates a sense of unity and interdependence among fellow Indians by giving the concept of vocational education that was purely indigenous.
