This Decade, the limits between web based business and person to person communication have turned out to be progressively obscured. Loads of online business web Application bolsters the procedure of social login where clients can sign on the sites utilizing their informal organization username and secret phrase validation, for example, their Twitter or Face book accounts. Informal community clients can likewise post their recently acquired items on micro blogs with connections to the web based business item website pages. In this paper, propose a novel answer for cross-site cool begin item suggestion. We mean to suggest web based business item from internet business sites to clients at long range informal communication sites in "cool begin" circumstances. Cool begin circumstance is an issue which has once in a while been investigated previously. A noteworthy test is the way to use learning extricated from long range interpersonal communication destinations for cross-site chilly begin item proposal. We propose to utilize the connected clients crosswise over long range interpersonal communication locales and online business sites as a scaffold to delineate's person to person communication highlights to another component portrayal for item suggestion. In particular, we propose learning the two clients' and items' element portrayals from information gathered from online business sites utilizing repetitive neural systems and afterward apply a changed inclination boosting trees technique to change clients' person to person communication highlights into client embeddings. We at that point build up an element based grid factorization approach which can use the educated client embeddings for cool begin item proposal. Test results on a substantial dataset built from the micro blogging administration FACEBOOK and the biggest online business site AMAZON have demonstrated the viability of our proposed structure.

For the economic development of country power is required. At a very high rate power consumption is increasing day by day. We are wasting a part of the electrical energy everyday due to the lagging power factor in the inductive loads. Due to these the power factor goes below the standard limit. If power factor goes below standard limit then electrical company charges the penalty on industry. For improving power factor we are using automatic power factor correction using capacitor bank. APFC device reads power factor by using line voltage and line current. Now a days, embedded system is very important technology and by using embedded technology most of product are developed with microcontroller.

Abstract: The present study was conducted in Nalbari district of Assam state, India to assess the degree of information need of participant farmers of the National Innovations on Climate Resilient Agriculture (NICRA) projectwith reference to climate change adaptation and to identify the factors influencing their degree of information need. Four villages covered under the NICRA project were selected purposively for the study. From each of the four selected villages, 30 respondents, who were participant farmers of the NICRA project, were selected randomly. Thus, 120 participant farmers constituted the sample of respondents for the study. Data were collected by personal interview method with the help of a structured schedule. Findings indicated that majority of the respondents (75.00%) had medium degree of information need with reference to climate change adaptation followed by 16.67% of respondents with high degree of information need and 8.33% of respondents with low degree of information need with reference to climate change adaptation. In order to identify the factors influencing the farmers degree of information need, the correlation of 16 selected independent variables with degree of information need was found out with the help of Pearson Product- Moment Correlation Co-efficient.The significance of an observed correlation co-efficient was ascertained with the help of t test. The decision criterion was stipulated at 0.01 and 0.05 level of probability. Out of 16 selected independent variables, 7 variables, viz., Educational level, Family type, Farm size, Social participation, Management orientation, Innovation proneness and Economic motivation showed significant positive relationship with the degree of information needs of farmers at 0.01 level. While annual income showed significant positive relationship with the information needs of farmers, farming experience showed significant negative relationship with the information needs of farmers at 0.05 level.

Abstract: This paper is an attempt to bring to light the changing dimensions in Karbi culture, Folklore and Literature taking references from various instances drawn from the changes observed in Karbi society consequential to modernism or globalism, and the advent of Christianity and the impacts of the Gospel upon the community as a whole . Herein, I would like to present the various Karbi rites and rituals associated with the Karbi religious festivals, occasions and other culture related instances that have been replaced with new form of rites and rituals due to the acceptance of a new religion i.e. Christianity and how, it has led to the diminishing of this traditional culture in their community lives. However, it is to be mentioned that, changes in the Karbi tradional society have taken place not only because of the acceptance of Christianity. New forms of worship in the Karbi society namely, Aron Kimi, Hemphu Lokhimon are also accountable for the changing culture of the Karbi traditional society. The emphasis of this paper is on some selected few dimensions with regard to the study topic namely, the effects that the acceptance of a new religion, i.e.Christianity had on the peoples religious life, socio-economic life, social customs and culture, education and literature. This paper will also throw light on the real crisis faced by animist Karbis when it comes to declaring their legal status of their religion. The varied changing dimensions in the traditional culture of the Karbis like the change in the culinary practices, dress patterns, language will also be discussed here

The Proton Exchange Membrane Fuel Cell (PEMFC) performance depends on the operating and design parameters like operating pressure, temperature, stoichiometric ratio of hydrogen and oxygen, relative humidity and rib width to channel width (R:C), the shape of the flow channel and the number of passes on the flow channel. In this work, interdigitated flow channel of 16 cm2 (4cm x 4cm) active area model has been created using Creo software and it has been analyzed using CFD fluent software. The power density has been calculated for R:C 1:1 with the effect of various operating temperature (313, 323,333 and 343K), constant pressure of 2 bar and constant inlet reactant mass flow rate of the PEMFC has been considered. The maximum numerical power density of interdigitated flow channel with R:C -1:1 were found to be 0. 301 W/cm2 at temperature of 313 K.

In this article an immigration context is discussed and reviewed with reference to Uma Parameswarans writings. Acculturation is the process of social, psychological, and cultural change that stems from the balancing of two cultures while adapting to the prevailing culture of the society. Individuals of a differing culture try to incorporate themselves into the new more prevalent culture by participating in aspects of the more prevalent culture, such as their traditions, but still hold onto their original cultural values and traditions. The effects of acculturation can be seen at multiple levels in both the devotee of the prevailing culture and those who are assimilating into the culture. At this group level, acculturation often results in changes to culture, religious practices, healthcare, and other social institutions.

Smart automation system is an evolution of human kind to a new era. These systems do all the jobs quickly and efficiently which saves time in our daily life, and in order to make these smart systems work more efficiently, faster and accurately we have used an FPGA Board (Field- Programmable Gate Array) in our thesis project. FPGA is an integrated circuit (IC) that allows programmer to create their own design in the field after manufacture and the core is able to operate different modules simultaneously. The main goal of our thesis is to implement four features that will save us from various accidents and wastage like home on fire or over flow of water and a little bit of smart security where we used PIR motion sensor, fire sensor and water sensor. In order to complete our desired project we had to work in three portions compilation of module, synthesis and hardware implementation. FPGA board works digitally that lead us to converting all the sensor data or outputs to digital. We designed different modules for compiling different sensors on the FPGA board, then synthesis and hardware implementation were carried out accordingly. In spite of facing many challenges up to the hardware implementation we were successfully able to reach our desired goal.

An automatic tree planting robot should be suitable for all kinds of tree plantation work and it should also be reliable and efficient, which is the basic requirement for our project. The main motto of our project is to reduce the man power needed to plant trees. Nowadays humans are too busy with their work that they do not have time to plant trees, in such case we would see a lot of reduction in trees in the near future. So, we thought of implementing a tree planting robot which would reduce the reduction of trees to a great extent. From this we can plant different types of saplings. We have tried to make it cheap by using different process method so that it becomes affordable to one and all. We have made its control very easy so that it does not get difficult for the users.

Abstract: There are a number of conformist skill based forms extensively prevalent in instantaneous circumstances clearly visible for ordinary human beings. As a matter of fact, these innovative forms are part of an average power of human survival and performances of these social mechanisms are unavoidable for its existence. Many mechanisms are invented for reducing difficulties of employment and with use of them strains evacuated to negligible. Apart from useful aspects common man like them to contain a shape enhances aesthetic sensibilities of its beholder. On anticipation of this specific utility these mechanisms well planned before creation. There are several of activities come into ones purview when seriously look at it for its significance. In this study several venues of craft production are elaborately explained and pointed its social relevance on materialistic and Aesthetic utility. The craft productions found in Kerala has two phases, the first one is with excess of labor content in it and other is with more aesthetic or philosophic content. Necessity of further studies in this area is exposed and confirmed.

ABSTRACT-Recently, Machine Learning has got a succeed scope on multi-view representation. Since the performance of data mining methods is heavily dependent on the expressive power of data representation, multi-view representation learning has become a very promising topic with wide applicability. It is an emerging direction in data mining which considers learning with multiple views to improve the generalization performance. Multi-view learning is also known as data fusion or data integration from multiple feature sets. In general, multi-view representation learning is capable of learning more informative and compact representation which leads to an improvement in predictors performance. Thus, multi-view representation learning has been widely applied in numerous real-world applications including cross-media retrieval, natural language processing, video analysis, and recommender system. We propose two major categories for multi-view representation learning: (I) multi-view representation alignment, which aims to capture the relationships among multiple different views through feature alignment; (II) multi-view representation fusion, which seeks to fuse the separate features learned from multiple different views into a single compact representation. Both strategies seek to exploit the complementary knowledge contained in multiple views to comprehensively represent the data. In this project we implement the concept of canonical correlation analysis to retrieve the multi data. Inspired by the success of deep learning, deep multi-view representation learning has attracted much attention in cross media retrieval due to its ability of learning much more expressive cross-view representation.

Resource constrained sensing devices are being used widely to build and deploy self-organizing wireless sensor networks for a variety of critical applications such as smart cities, smart health, precision agriculture and industrial control systems. A Data Stream Manager (DSM) at the server collects the data streams to perform real time analysis and decision-making for these critical applications. A malicious adversary may access or tamper with the data in transit. One of the challenging tasks in such applications is to assure the trustworthiness of the collected data so that any decisions are made on the processing of correct data. Assuring high data trustworthiness requires that the system satisfies two key security properties: confidentiality and integrity. To ensure the confidentiality of collected data, we need to prevent sensitive information from reaching the wrong people by ensuring that the right people are getting it. Sensed data are always associated with different sensitivity levels based on the sensitivity of emerging applications are sensed data types or the sensing devices. Providing multilevel data confidentiality along with data integrity for big sensing data streams in the context of near real time analytics is a challenging problem. We propose a Selective Encryption (SEEN) method to secure big sensing data streams that satisfies the desired multiple levels of confidentiality and data integrity. Our method is based on two key concepts: common shared keys that are initialized and updated by DSM without requiring retransmission and a seamless key refreshment process without interrupting the data stream encryption/decryption. A novel scheme to secure a multi-hop network programming protocol through the use of multiple one-way hash chains is proposed. The scheme is shown to be lower in computational, power consumption and communication costs yet still able to secure multi-hop propagation of program images.

Communication between the Speech-impaired and normal people has always been difficult. It is a challenge to develop an appropriate technology to help these people communicate with others. Recognizing the sign language of deaf and dumb people is the only way that offers speech-impaired a proper platform to easily communicate with the normal people. According to Census 2011, out of 6.79 crore people 21,932 people are speech-impaired in Tamil Nadu who speak Tamil Language. It is a tedious process to make all the normal people learn the sign language, but whereas it is an optimal process for a machine to do this job. There are numerous applications developed for recognizing American Sign Language (ASL), but few efficient applications for recognizing Dravidian Sign Language are developed. So, the goal is to develop a gesture recognition system for Dravidian Sign Language (Tamil) that efficiently translates the sign language into an equivalent Tamil text. This project bridges the communication gap between the speech-impaired and normal people with the help of Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) by using the CNN (Convolutional Neural Networks) technique.
