The concept of precarious employment has received considerable attention in light of the increase in flexible forms of employment in the last three decades. Studies show that individuals employed precariously can experience adverse health and well-being outcomes, with both physical and mental health indicators like depression, fatigue, etc. being affected. The pandemic and ensuing lockdowns and health scare has aggravated the lived realities of precarious employees with many of them falling through the fault lines. While researchers have attempted to study the influence of Pandemic on the well-being of precarious employees, a review of such information is not available. The purpose of the current study is to conduct a systematic review and qualitative synthesis on the lived experiences of individuals with precarious employment and related health and well-being consequences in the context of the COVID-19 Pandemic. Thematic synthesis has identified themes around the changing nature of work and resulting psychological outcomes. It is seen that the pandemic has exacerbated the experiences of precarious employment. Results can inform labor market policy making and organizational practices to improve employee well-being.

The variant is characterized by 30 mutations, three small extracts and one small insertion into the spike protein, of which, 15 are the receptor binding domain. This variation was first obtained from samples collected on 11 November 2021 in Botswana and 14 November 2021 in South Africa. As of November 26, 2021, travel-related cases have been found in Belgium, Hong Kong and Israel. The Omicron variant is a very different variant found in significant numbers during the epidemic so far, raising concerns that it may be associated with increased infection, a significant reduction in vaccine efficacy and an increased risk of re-infection. As of November 26, 2021, the ECDC has listed this variant as a variance of concern (VOC) due to concerns about immune defenses and potentially potent infections compared to the Delta variant.

Sulphur is an essential nutrient for all the plants. It is constituent of essential amino acids (cysteine, cystine and methionine), several coenzymes (biotin, coenzyme A, thiamine pyrophosphate, lipoic acid and thioredoxin) and sulpholipids. Application of sulphur fertilizers to rapeseed and mustard can lead to increased glucosinolate, protein and glucoside. It has important role in improving the quality and marketability of produce (seed & oil). The quality decides the market price and output of the end product i.e. Oil per unit of economic yield. Sulphur application increases plant height, leaves per plant, dry matter production besides increasing yield attributes and yield of mustard. Rapeseed and mustard are the third most important edible oilseed crops of India after soybean and ground nut. Importance of mustard as sources of both fats, proteins is well known the annual requirement of oilseed in India. In India, a variety of oilseed such as groundnut, sesamum, mustard, soybean, safflower etc. are grown. However, about 88% of edible oils are derived from soybean, groundnut, mustard crops. The nutrient which plays multiple role in the nutrition of oilseed cops is sulphur. It is an essential constituent of Sulphur containing amino acids, protein as well as several fatty acids (oils).

The world's population is growing at a rapid pace, and population growth is making it difficult to provide quality food to this growing population. But at the same time, the world's agricultural land is limited, and the land also faces serious pollution, salinization and drought problems, making it unsuitable for crop production. This need of food security had given birth to soilless cultivation, which further become popular in urban area and became a part of urban farming. (Bhargaw and chauhan.2020). Soilless cultivation refers to the cultivation of plants without using soil as a rooting material, and is divided into hydroponics and substrate cultivation. Among the water culture techniques, float hydroponics is adopted for the cultivation of fresh-cut leafy vegetables and aromatic plants (Tuzel et al., 2019). This soilless cultivation has a great prospect in many countries along with high space research to fulfill the lack of arable land where proper cultivable land is not available (Ahngar et al., 2020). This kind of agriculture may sound doubtful regarding the plant quality but 100% results are seen (Abinaya et al., 2021). A experiment was conducted in Spinacia oleracea in that the hydroponic system has a better effect as it makes the plant grow faster and more efficiently (Chakrabart et al., 2020). In this review attempts were made to review the research related to various soil-less cultures with different media for the plant growth.

The study, design, fabrication, synthesis, manufacture, and application of nanoscale materials, devices, and systems are known as nanotechnology. Nano is derived from the Greek word dwarf. One billionth of a meter, or 109 m, is a nanometer. Because of the prominence of particles in this range, they can have unique and better properties as compared to bigger materials. Nanomaterials are distinguished from ordinary materials by their increased surface area and quantum effects. It's still difficult to deliver anti-cancer medications to cancer cells specifically. Conventional therapy has failed to appropriately treat cancer due to drug availability, unfavorable side effects, and drug resistance. Nanotechnology holds a lot of promise for revolutionizing how doctors diagnose and treat cancer patients. Nanotechnology is already having a substantial impact on patient care, posing major future problems such as improving the design and engineering of cancer-targeting materials. One of the most terrible diseases of our day is cancer. A world in which millions of people are killed every year. cancer, uncontrolled apoptotic cell proliferation It frequently vanishes and necessitates a lengthy procedure. It demonstrates clinical variability and treatment resistance because of its genetic and phenotypic complexity. In recent years, a lot of work has been put in. Dedicated to creating nanotechnology to improve and decrease anticancer drug delivery to tumor tissue, as well as the distribution and toxicity of anticancer treatments in healthy tissues. Much has changed. Polymers Nanoparticles, liposomes, dendrimers, nanoshells, carbon Nanotubes, superparamagnetic nanoparticles, and nuclei Acid-based nanoparticles are examples of innovative nanotechnology platforms.

This research paper titled Employee Attrition and its effects in IT Sector is an attempt to acknowledge the merits and demerits of employee attrition. Looking at the worldwide serious situation, there are ocean of opportunities for gifted people who are skilled, talented, capable people on the planet, and given a decent possibility, employees start moving with one company then onto the next. Employee Attrition is viewed as the main point of contention for all companies nowadays, considering its unfavorable impacts on work environment, workplace productivity, profitability of the company, and achieving hierarchical targets on schedule. Any sort of attrition is classically perceived to have a financial expense. Additionally, it is workable for an organization to utilize employee attrition to its advantage only in certain conditions, depending on that the working costs are managed without giving any mass layoffs.

There have been many criticisms about the low performance of students in mathematics by the examinations conducted by the West African Secondary School Certificate Examination (WASSCE). Comparing the performance of students in mathematics in the district to their performance in the WASSCE leaves some discrepancies. This study, therefore, examined the distracter efficiency and reliability coefficient of teacher made achievement test of senior high schools in Ghana . The research design adopted for the study was a descriptive survey. Purposive sampling was used to select the school for the study. The data was gathered from an adopted teacher-made test developed from the mathematics syllabus of the Ghana Education Service by the teachers. The fifty items were randomly sampled from the previous (2018-2021) end-of-term mathematics test of Brakwa Senior High and Technical School teachers. Kuder Richardson version 20 (KR20) statistics was used to check for the reliability of the study instrument and percentages for the functional distractors and non-functional distractors. The finding revealed that out of fifty (50) items, 38 were good, and 12 were poor as indicated by the distracter efficiency. It could be concluded from the findings that generally the distractor and reliability analyses result of the teacher-made test of Brakwa Senior High and Technical in mathematics was better. It was recommended that heads of the mathematics department of Brakwa Senior High and Technical School should organise more in-service training on item analysis for mathematics teachers to upgrade and improve their test construction skills.
