The concept of interval valued pythagorean fuzzy almost compactness and interval valued pythagorean fuzzy nearly compactness in interval valued pythagorean fuzzy topological spaces is introduced and studied. Besides giving characterizations of these spaces, we study some of their properties. Also, we investigate the behavior of interval valued pythagorean fuzzy compactness, interval valued pythagorean fuzzy almost compactness, and interval valued pythagorean fuzzy nearly compactness under several types of interval valued pythagorean fuzzy continuous mappings.

Devolution of powers, responsibilities and resources to local government promotes better delivery of public services. Devolution of powers deepens democracy and enhances the legitimacy of the political system for promoting peace and prosperity in a plural society like India. Devolution also promotes legitimacy, transparency and accountability of the local government and security and participation of the people in local decision making. It generates incentives for people to own the local government, since newly assigned responsibilities and resources are relevant to them. It promotes representative and responsive grass loot level leadership. It also generates allocative and productive efficiency and accelerated better service delivery.

Human resource potential of individual reaches its peak during youth stage. But, regrettably, much greater number of young people suffers from behavioural problems like substance abuse, panic and anxiety disorders, depression, sleep disorders, adjustment problems, and psychotic disorders etc according to world health organisation which hinder their ability to develop to their full potential. Therefore, the present study attempted to explore the youth problem and self-concept and the correlation between them randomly selecting 120 college going students (60 males and 60 females) aged 18 to 20 years. For the study, Youth Problem Inventory and Self-Concept Questionnaire were used. The study revealed that the college going youths have exhibited problems which are related to their family, school and college, social problems and personal and over sensitivity though they have depicted above average self-concept which is paradoxical and contradicting with many established constructs and theories prompt the future research to investigate the dominant cause of their problems.

Girl Child education not only reduces poverty but also boost the economic growth of the people. India has made considerable strides during the last couple of decades in terms of access to school, development of school infrastructure, enrolment of out of school children and improved pupil teacher ratios. However, gender parity in school education remains elusive. Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) is the brain child of the Government of India to provide free and compulsory education to all school going children by making the community to participate actively and to bring quality basic education to fulfil the international cherished goal of Education for All (EFA). The present study has been taken up with a humble beginning to delineate how far Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan (SSA) could able to reach its goals in terms of providing infrastructural and teaching learning material to girl students. A sample of three hundred girl students were selected through purposive sampling technique. A tool was developed to elicit responses from the sample. Statistical techniques like ANOVA and Scheffe test were used to interpret the data. It was revealed that facilities like laboratory; playground & play material; telephone and internet and computers are far from satisfactory. Further, the supply of free text books to students, individual attention by the teachers and use of technology needs attention. Educational implications were drawn and suggestions were made for future research.

Bodies of freshwater go about as home for various sorts of living beings, including green growth. These green growth assume a vital part in noticing the climate they live in, including as a sign of water quality. Notwithstanding, these green growth can likewise hurt when something many refer to as an unsafe algal sprout happens. A destructive algal sprout happens when there is a quick expansion in the green growth populace making the freshwater conditions harmful. This will bring about the passing of fish and other organisms[1] as well as making drinking water extremely perilous for utilization. Accordingly, it is vital that the green growth living in collections of freshwater be perceived and named a guide for foreseeing unsafe algal blossoms. The review included fundamental stages associated with the system. They are image pre-processing, extraction of four type of harmful algae images, feature extraction, classification of Hemidiscus Wallich,,Ceratium furca, Prorocentrum micans , Gymnodinium catenatum., Four type of harmful algae. For classification neural classifiers in HISTOGRAM or Fast Fourier Transformed (FFT) and WHT are used. The main aim of the method is to develop harmful algae Image Classification which was developed to simulate biologist experience in the recognition of four type Harmful algae.

This is a study to understand the vast effects that took place due to the exponential surge in coronavirus infections during the 2nd wave of COVID-19 battling for oxygen since hospitals in numerous states had run out of medical oxygen. Hundreds of hospitals throughout India were running low on oxygen, forcing relatives of patients to scramble for oxygen cylinders, often in vain. During the peak of the second Covid-19 wave, India experienced a surge in demand for medical oxygen, disrupting the country's supply system. Due to a scarcity of oxygen plants, the country had an oxygen-producing crisis.

Mobile Ad hoc Networks are self- configuring, self-organizing and self-maintaining networks comprising of mobile nodes which are free to pass in and out of the network. A MANET is an interconnection of mobile gadgets through wireless links forming a dynamic topology without lots bodily network infrastructure such as routers, servers, access points/cables or centralized administration. Routing is a mechanism of replacing statistics between the supply node and the vacation spot node. Several protocols are used to function routing the data from the source node to the destination node. The essential goal of this paper is to discover the working concepts of each Uni- course routing protocol. The Uni-path routing protocols are divided into Table-Driven (Proactive), On-demand (Reactive), Hybrid routing protocols.

Abstract: Plant-derived herbal merchandise are giant sources for drug discovery and improvement which includes considerable potentials in stopping and coping with oxidative stress, making them promising applicants in most cancers and different sickness therapeutics. Their results had been related to phytochemicals along with phenolic compounds and their antioxidant activities. The abundance and complexity of those bio-ingredients spotlight the want for well-described in vitro characterization and quantification of the plant extracts/arrangements which could translate to in vivo results and with a bit of luck to scientific use. This evaluate article seeks to offer applicable facts approximately the applicability of cell-primarily based totally assays in assessing anti-cytotoxicity of phytochemicals thinking about numerous conventional and cutting-edge methods.

The main purpose of the study is to identify the problems of gender discrimination that occur in the workplace of public sector organizations and suggest some steps to regulate them. This review focused on conceptualizing, measuring, and investigating various aspects of public sector organizational culture in relation to the performance of female employees. General theoretical and empirical gaps in the field of public sector organizational culture is related to the performance of female employees. The results of an empirical analysis show that women face discrimination in their workplaces and face problems related to work restrictions, poor attitudes and dress codes. Studies confirm empirically and theoretically support that these are important steps in regulating the problem: raising people's awareness of the problem and making gender equality part of the education system.

Gastro retentive drug delivery system are prepared with the intention to retain drug in the gastric region for a prolonged time and release incorporated drug candidates and thereby enable sustained and prolonged input of the drug to the upper part of the gastrointestinal tract (GIT) thus leading its optimal bioavailability. Gastro-retentive drug delivery systems are the system in which drug can be hold in the stomach. These drug delivery Systems is one of the most common gastro-retentive dosage forms used to achieve increased GRT and reduces fluctuation in plasma drug concentration. The main objective of writing this review on floating drug delivery systems was to accomplish the recent literature floating mechanism to achieve gastric retention time. Gastro-intestinal dosage forms provides many advantages like- Improved drug absorption, because of increased gastric residence time and more time spent by the dosage form at its absorption site. This review consist the detailed study of floating drug delivery system, approaches such as Single unit dosage forms, Multiple unit dosage forms and Raft-forming systems, consist advantages and disadvantages of floating drug delivery system, also consist gastric residence time of an oral dosage form contains factors affecting efficacy and various applications of the system like- sustained drug delivery, enhanced bioavailability, enhanced absorption, Reduced fluctuations of drug concentration, Site-specific dosage forms, and decreased undesirable activity at the colon.
