Green audit is a mechanism for the measurement of parameters related to environmental conditions of an area. It consists of flora, fauna, air, soil, water, energy and carbon footprint audit. It helps an institution for evaluating its environmental performance index. If any parameter does not lie within the permissible limits then this audit helps to improve sustainable development practices. It is the duty of an organisation that an environmental policy should be adopted and on the basis of that policy an institution should follow an action plan. According to NAAC quality audits on environment and energy are be regularly undertaken by an institution of higher learning. Action plans should be strictly followed by that institution because green audit is not only a NAAC exercise but it is a way of expressing our gratitude towards mother earth. Conservation and preservation of environment should be our first priority because survival of mankind remains in the root of ecological conditions prevailing on earth.

The article comprehensively reviews some significant trends in the use of phase change materials in textile applications. Efforts have been directed to determine which of the existing PCM families are more suitable for textile thermoregulation while proposing new solutions. Indeed, many of these materials are either limited by their overall enthalpy of phase change or by their thermal window.Clothing that responds to the environmental changes and adapts accordingly to make the wearer comfort this to be a long time challenge to the Textile engineers. Integrating various material sciences with that of textiles have yielded many tailor made intelligent textile structures. The application of phase change materials into the thermal comfort regulation of textile clothing has been considered. Phase change materials (PCMs) are widely being used in thermal energy storage systems for solar engineering, building materials, heat pumps, spacecraft, and in textile field especially smart and technical textiles.

Throughout the world, tourism has emerged as a major sociological and economical factor. The turnover figures are indeed tremendous. Objectives of the study to analyze problems faced by tourists in Kodaikanal. Methodology Data were collected from both primary and secondary sources. The primary data were collected through interview schedule. Journals, newspapers, magazine and e-articles form the secondary source. Data collected from the tourists in Kodaikanal using convenient sampling techniques used. The sample size composed from 100 tourists visiting in Kodaikanal. Stastical tools such as simple percentage, fried man rank test have been used to analyze the primary data. Findings of the study, The tourists have given first rank to parking facilities which has a mean value 6.90, second rank to lack of communication lines at the hills which has a mean value of 6.76 and lack of accommodation and restaurant, no life saving security at the lake, remote location, lack of rest room & sanitation facility and lack of medical facilities problems showing mean ranks of 5.38, 5.38. 5.22. 4.95. 4.50 and 4.20 respectively. Suggested this study, Creation of more hotels and accommodation and improve basic amenities such as roads, electricity, water, transport and communication services as there will bring more tourists come to the destination. Conclude this study. Youngsters visit Kodaikanal more than the children and aged people. The tourists are able to visit Kodaikanal independently without the help of travel arrangements or tour operators.

An investor in the stock market would be interested in analysing the stock price movements. Prices in the stock market fluctuate due to continuous buying and selling in the market. There are basically two approaches used in analysing the share price movements. They are fundamental approach and technical approach. Both these approaches have the same objective of buying at lower price and selling at a higher price to gain good return on investment. It can be said that the end goal of these two methods are one and the same. However, there exists vast difference between the fundamental concepts of these two methods.

In this study we have been faced with an increasing number of people who are spending tremendous amounts of time all around the world on YouTube and Facebook. To date, the factors that persuade customers to accept YouTube and Facebook advertising as an advertising medium are not yet fully understood. We have analysed some factors which may be affected on advertising value as well as brand awareness, and accordingly on purchase intention of consumers. The conceptual model hypothesizes that ad value strategies are positively associated with brand awareness, which in turn influence perceived usefulness of You Tube and Facebook continued purchase behaviour.

ABSTRACT: The present work was carried out in laboratory in order to determine the Effect of potassium humate and deproteinised Juice (DPJ) of Lucerne and Fenugreek applications either separately or in combination on seed germination and seedling growth of Green gram (Vigna radiate) and Ground nut (Arachis hypogaea). Seeds of Green gram and Ground nut were treated with potassium humate (1.0%), either alone or in combination with deproteinised leaf juice (DPJ) of Lucerne and Fenugreek and water served as control. Seeds were then sown on moist blotter papers and percent seed germination (%) and seedling growth (root length and shoot length) of Green gram and Ground nut were recorded at the end of tenth day. Results obtained during this investigation clearly indicated that DPJ with potassium humate treated crop plants showed significant increase on seed germination and seedling growth of Green gram and Ground nut than either potassium humate (1.0%), DPJ or control (untreated).

This paper vividly shows that translation is no longer considered to be only cross-linguistic activity but it significantly is cross-cultural transfer. It has been shown that translating cultural texts not only provides authentic cultural information to the foreign learners but also functions preserving as well as disseminating the cultural identity of the source language. By highlighting the possible procedures of translation, I have also provided two translations of two ancient Manipuri (Meitei) manuscripts in a logical explanation.

National Service Scheme (NSS) which is under the Ministry of Youth Affairs and Sports, Government of India is an extended dimension to the higher education system to orient the student youth to community service. The scheme has been functioning in Manipur with its State Liaison Officer Cell in the University, units in various Colleges and Technical institutions and +2 institutions of Manipur. Performance appraisal plays a key role in achieving the objectives of HRD. It can be used for performance planning, and culture building. Appraisals can help in identifying development areas and growth potential. It can also be used for performance reviews and counselling.

The paper focuses on the task of handling traffic loads in mobility condition. We compared our simulated results in static and mobility conditions with low traffic and high traffic respectively. The results confirm the effectiveness of AZRP protocol. The AZRP protocol maintains all features and benefits of the ZRP protocol. At the same time it becomes obvious that AZRP protocol improves the behavior of ZRP protocol as it has the capability to be adapted at any time to the state of the network, i.e. to the current load and the mobility of the nodes. So, it improves the performance and the delay that introduced by the ZRP protocol
