In independent India, the sources of inspiration of all social legislations are inherent in the Constitution. The feelings of social welfare were inspired by the Constitution. It is only on the ideals of the constitution that India has adopted a social welfare programme. Schemes were enacted for the welfare of women, children, adolescents and old persons, for prevention of crimes and provided proper medical enactments. To provide security to the disabled persons, etc. the Constitution of India, through Fundamental Rights and Directive Principles, has proclaimed adequate legislations. In independent India, laws related to marriage and families have been passed. The Parliament enacted three Acts and they were Hindu Marriage Act, Special Marriage Act and Hindu Inheritance Act. Social legislations have been mainly passed relating to marriage, uplift of women, child welfare and rights and their reforms. Thus, social legislations have left great impact mainly on Indian institutions.

Due to cosmetic concerns and the unpleasant appearance of skin patches, Vitiligo/ Shwitra has an impact on the affected person's psychological health and social relationships. Because of all of these factors, a person suffering from this disease may face social exclusion. Vitiligo has a significant impact on a person's quality of life; many Vitiligo sufferers are upset and stigmatized as a result of their condition. In today's world, bad eating habits and irregular living patterns are very widespread, and these may be the cause of the "Viruddhaahar-viharjanya" sickness. Vitiligo (Shwitra) and leukoderma affect a large portion of the population in the pediatric age group as a result of poor lifestyle and eating habits. Two types of Ayurvedic treatment principles, Shodhan and Shaman have to be followed while treating Shwitra Roga. The patient should be treated with Shodhana when the morbid Dosha is more powerful. General line of treatment of Kushta, also can be adopted in this condition i.e. Rakta-Mokshana is to be done at every six months, Virechana is to be given at every one month; Vamana is to be given at every 15th day respectively. Roga Bala, Rogi Bala, Kala, Vaya, Agni, and Vyadhi-Avastha are some of the factors that influence which line of treatment has to be chosen. This long-term treatment aims to eradicate vitiated Dosha and bring the Doshas back into balance. Shwitra may become Asadhya with time so the patients those suffering with Shwitra requires a quick and effective line of management.

In the present scenario, there are very large numbers of patients in rural areas need good healthcare support services at home. Tele monitoring is a medical practice that involves remotely monitoring patients who are living at remote locations as a healthcare provider. In some emergency case of a patient, it is necessary to monitor continuously vital signs of which are most important such as Temperature. Also, this paper presents development of a remote vital sign monitoring system by using a biomedical sensors and microcontroller unit with Wi-Fi module. The main objective of present work is to develop a body Temperature monitoring system in real time by using a smartphone, the system is tested and implemented successfully.

Global environmental change and sustainable development have become major issues receiving worldwide attention. Land use/land cover is one of the major causes of changes in the land surface environment and has become an important component of research on global environmental change and sustainable development. A land use and land cover change are the study of changes in the land cover pattern of a particular area. This study is concerned with mapping the extent of built-up area and detection of change in land use through land cover maps and it also studies the features of course change of river basin. The study is conducted in the Koshi river basin, India. The Koshi river basin is in the middle of the Himalayas, a tributary of the Ganges River, and is a very important cross-border watershed. The movement of the river has not been gradual but of a degrading nature arising from a nodal point. For this we have used Remote Sensing Data (2000-2020), DEM (Digital Elevation Model) data, Geographic Information System (GIS) techniques for mapping, and also used statistical methods. The proposed study will provide a baseline of land use and cover. Important areas will also be identified based on the extent of built-up area and LULC changes and their impacts on the Koshi river ecosystem.

The main objective of this article to study the links between Green Supply Chain Management (GSCM) methods and performance outcomes have been studied by previous scholars. However, just a few studies have been done to look into the link between GSCM and product quality improvement. In Malaysia, there is a low degree of participation in green projects, and there is also a lack of research on GSCM. As a result, the goal of this study is to look into the link between GSCM and product quality improvement. This study took a quantitative approach, with a questionnaire serving as the primary data collection tool. The sample size for this study was 425 manufacturing companies in Peninsular Malaysia with ISO 14001 certification. This study used simple random sampling with a sample size of 208 people. This study accepted all three hypotheses, proving that there was a substantial association between eco-design, green purchasing, and reverse logistics and product quality improvement. Overall, the accepted hypotheses and modest correlation coefficient value show that there is a moderate association between GSCM and product quality improvement. Implementing GSCM methods has been shown to improve the quality of a product. Peninsular Malaysia's GSCM techniques include eco-design, green purchasing, and reverse logistics. These three principles operate best when they are implemented into the operation and production line as much as feasible.

The devastating impact of pandemic COVID-19 has reached every nook and corner of the world. The deadly virus has paralysed and crippled every human activity. Education sector is also no exception. In India since March, 2020 all the schools, colleges and universities have remained closed. Under the given circumstances, having no other alternative- schools, colleges, universities and other educational institutions regularised academic activities through various online platforms. For the students belonging to affluent class it was a welcome relief. But in a vast demographically diverse country like India- where most of the students live in rural areas, where numerous students come from a poor economic background- the success and credibility of online mode of education is a matter of debate. This paper, therefore, attempts to investigate the plural dimensions of online mode of education with special reference to the factors affecting online education in rural and urban regions of West Bengal.

Reverse Osmosis (RO) is a membrane based process technology to purify water by separating the dissolved solids from feed stream resulting in permeate and reject stream for a wide range of applications in domestic as well as industrial applications. It is seen from literature review that RO technology is used to remove dissolved solids, colour, organic contaminants, and nitrate from feed stream. Hence RO technology used in the treatment of water and hazardous waste, separation processes in the food, beverage and paper industry, as well as recovery of organic and inorganic materials from chemical processes as an alternative method . This paper intends to provide an overall vision of RO technology as an alternative method for treating wastewater in different Industrial applications. The present short review shows applicability of RO system for treating effluents from beverage industry, distillery spent wash, ground water treatment, recovery of phenol compounds, and reclamation of wastewater and sea water reverse osmosis (SWRO) treatment indicating efficiency and applicability of RO technology.

Nowadays, we as students are facing difficulties in finding a platform which can help them in tackling all the challenges related to academics, projects and solving their doubts online and also related to getting guidance for which course or university to apply or which course/ university is best for him/her based on the preference. So, we have come with a solution of creating a platform which can solve most of the challenges faced by the students. Our proposed solution is a platform that can connect for the thoughts of teachers and students to collide with you and you can interact with the teachers or teachers can interact with users by sending them the connection request. If you are thinking about a new project but want some suggestions along the way our platform is there for you. You can post your project details like project name, project description, project repository. And the other users can like your project and have a discussion on the same. If you are having some questions regarding the academics or want someone to solve your doubt right away, you can post your doubt related to academics and there always will be a person to help you out with the difficulty.

In our male dominated society, a woman plays a very significant role. The qualities of women are stereotyped in our society. They are always bound to take care of their children and husbands, they are treated as the cook of the family. They do not have any freedom. They are always considered as weak. And we find this theme in most of the writings of Mahasweta Devi. In the novel Mother of 1084, Mahasweta Devi has highlighted two dominated women in the patriarchal society. They are Sujata and Somu's mother. Sujata was Brati's mother. Brati and Somu were killed in the Naxalite Movement.
