This paper presents an extensive summary of the latest developments in low power circuit techniques and methods for static random access (SRAM) memories. SRAM has been a major component in many VLSI chips due to their large storage density and small access time. It has become the topic of substantial research due to the rapid development for low power and low voltage memory design. Low power consumption has been highlighted as one of the most important design features of a system on chip (SoC). SRAM performs both read stability and write ability. It is used for mobile applications as both on chip and off chip memories, because of their ease of use and low standby leakage.

Abstract: Emotional intelligence plays a key role in determining success in life and it becomes more and more important as people progress up the career ladder. Teachers play a vital role in redesigning the society through the development of a child given to them in schools. The child should learn joyfully without any stress with the help of the teachers. Pre-service teacher education programme tries to develop competent, committed, resourceful and effective teachers. An emotionally competent teacher is likely to emphasize on responsible behavior on the part of his/her students by placing himself/herself as a role model. In this regard, the present study aims to identify the level of emotional intelligence among Prospective teachers. In this study survey method has been used. The populations for the present study consist of prospective teachers from Nagapattinam city. The investigator uses the stratified random sampling technique. The sample consisted of 256 student teachers from Nagapatinam city. The findings show that (i) the level of emotional intelligence is above average (ii) There is no significant relationship between gender and Emotional Intelligence of the respondents. (iii) There is no significant relationship between stream of study in B.Ed. and Emotional intelligence of the respondents. (iv) There is no significant relationship between nature of family and Emotional Intelligence of the respondents.

Objective: The purpose of this study was to evaluate efficacy of kshirbalatailaabhynaga on weight gain of LBW babies. Materials and Methods: A randomized clinical trial study was conducted on LBW neonates whom were admitted to bhartihospital Hospital,pune.. Neonates were randomly assigned to two groups. In group one, 15 neonates were received abhyanga one times in a day for consecutive 45 days by their mothers. In group two, intervention consisted of standard and routine care as control group. The primary endpoints were efficacy in increase of mean of weight, height and head circumference that were evaluated 45 days after intervention, at ages one and two months. Secondary outcome was clinical side effects. Results: . In the body massage group, only weight at the age of two months was significantly higher than the control group ( p=0.005). No adverse events were seen in the two groups. Conclusion: Body massage might be used as an effective and safe non-medical intervention for increasing of weight gain velocity in LBW preterm neonates.

The present study mainly involved in the assessment of the performance of the crumb rubber powder as soil stabilizer. For this study, we were added crumb rubber powder to two different types of soils, black cotton soils and red soils. This paper presents the stabilization of soils using crumb rubber powder (CRP) with various proportions of 5%, 10% and 15%. The soil properties, compaction, California bearing ratio (CBR) and direct shear test were used to gauge the behaviour and performance of the stabilized soil. When soil blended with CRP, it is observed that maximum dry density and optimum moisture content decreases with increase in percentage of crumb rubber in soil. Blending has minimal impact on bearing capacity and shear strength. However the values remained within acceptable limits.

Civil construction and Environmental friendly approaches are travelling to reach the destination of Green Building (Eco Friendly). Reinforcement technique is making drastic changes in the civil industries. Number of wastes are increasing daily due to Agriculture waste, Plastic waste, Food waste, liquid waste and so on. This research has taken Reinforcement method and uses the Agriculture waste with chemical properties and Black cotton soil. The Green approach always refers the renewable sources and natural sources, hence here we have chose natural and mostly available Black Cotton soil and coir fiber. The reason of selected Coir fiber is, it is a recyclable one, low cost/waste material, natural cooling one (very low-thermal conduct), low weight and high strength ratio. In the same way these study increases the bearing capacity of black cotton soil. In rapidly growth of population in our country the infrastructures of urban & rural developments are very difficult to build. It is observed that on drying, the black cotton soil develops cracks of varying depth. Most of the constructed buildings and other civil engineering structures have to be carried out on weak or soft soil. The recent development in the use of advanced composites in the improvement of soil is increasing on the basis of specific requirements and national needs. This paper introducing the coir fiber reinforcement for increasing the bearing capacity of the soil and coir fibres are treated with chemicals, it shows the results of increasing the properties of strength of soil.

ABSTRACT: Mobile Ad Hoc Network is a collection of wireless nodes communicating with each other without any wired infrastructure. This is very popular domain of research due to their ad hoc nature. Multiple network hops are required to deliver and exchange data across a network. Each Mobile node is also acting as a router which will forward the packets to their nearest hop and thus finally the packet reaches to the destination. Routing protocols designed for fixed network are not capable to withstand ad hoc nature such as such as mobility and less bandwidth. In this paper, various routing protocols available on ad hoc network are studied.

In this evolving technological environment there are many useful web applications developing at a faster rate. Sentiment analysis is an area of text classification that began around 2001 and has recently been receiving a lot of attention from researchers. Sentiment analysis involves analyzing textual datasets which contain opinions (e.g., social media, blogs, discussion groups, and internet forums) with the objective of classifying the opinions as positive, negative, or neutral. Various measures, including Information gain, simple chi-square, feature relation network, log-likelihood ratio, and minimum frequency thresholds, have previously been used as feature selection methods in sentiment analysis and classification. In this report, we investigate the performance of categorical proportional difference, a novel feature selection method used for text classification. While categorical proportional difference has previously been shown by others to be useful in sentiment classification of text documents, here we apply sentiment on online reviews. Online reviews differ from typical text documents in that they contain few features (i.e., they are short documents). We apply weighting schemes, SentiWordNet scores, information gain to classify the reviews as either positive or negative.

Abstract: This study has been undertaken to investigate the strength improvement in concrete under tension and compression by making the comparative results between conventional and smart concrete. To test the strength of concrete different equipments, materials are utilised in the laboratory. Some of the tests include slump cone test, compressive strength test, and split-tensile strength test. All these test shows the strength improvement ranging between conventional and smart concrete and the graphical representation of the test data is submitted in this framework. The aim of this project is to achieve higher grade strength from the lower grade mix design and to implement the application of tough materials like stones during concrete casting.

DICOM is a medical file format that is been designed in order to eliminate vendor interoperability, hence but this has to be presented without any requirement of any advanced medical applications. WADO specifies a web based service for accessing and viewing DICOM persistent object, which provides a best mean to distribute medical information. This paper analyzes the transfer of medical images from PACS to client using WADO and extension of WADO i.e.., WADA services with a brief over view of REQUEST and RESPONSE model, and Future Enhancements.

There are many forming processes used in the industry for a long time. Many conventional sheet forming processes are deadly, time taking in development and design as well. In order to solve these problems Single Point Incremental Forming (SPIF) is presented which is a modern method for metal sheet forming for prototyping purpose, where parts can be formed without the use of dies.in this present work spif process is carried out on SS316 sheet of 1 mm thickness and hemispherical tool of 16mm is used for the forming process at three different wall angle and find the optimum value of surface finish and thickness distribution.
