This project is about making organic fertilizer in house using degradable waste materials. These waste creates nuisance to environment. The study consist of a literature review on composting, compost application to agricultural soil, important ingredients for composting, process of composting and phases of composting. The purpose of composting has been used as a means of recycling organic matter back into the soil to improve soil structure and fertility. The composting process has received much attention in recent years because of pollution concerns and the search for environmentally sound methods for treating waste. Waste volumes continue to rise, which leads to loss of resources and increased environmental risks. Composting aims to stabilization of waste for land filling , volume and mass reduction of solid waste and return of organic substances to the natural cycle .This paper reviews information on the composting and preparation of compost in the house for treating waste as a means of addressing the environmental pollution concerns. A pot experiment evaluating the influence of compost, performance was conducted in the house.

In 2006, Takahashi and Yamanaka introduced a breakthrough by generating pluripotent stem cells having properties related to Embryonic Stem Cells (ESCs), by the introduction of four factors (Oct4, Sox2, Klf4, and c-Myc) into mouse fibroblasts and termed as induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs). Since these cells are pluripotent, they can serve as a potential source for the generation of differentiated cells of a specific type from somatic cells of any other kind by employing right set of cytokines along with the appropriate media which make them a precious asset in the fields of regenerative medicine and disease modeling. Many researchers have reported Sox2 to be having essential roles in the regulation of development of an embryo and cell fate determination. The primary function of Sox2 is the maintenance of pluripotency or stemness. Researchers have also found that a transcription factor from same protein family, Sox6 plays a role in the regulation of the differentiation of pluripotent cells to an erythroid lineage which is opposite to the role of Sox2 to maintain stemness. So, an exciting line of work can be whether Sox6 inhibits Sox2 at later stages which decrease the expression level of Sox2 and hence, the pluripotent cells differentiate to erythroid lineage. Our work focuses on studying the interaction of Sox2 with Sox6 to explore the underlying mechanism for the regulation of pluripotency and differentiation. The 3D structures of the proteins Sox2 and Sox6 were predicted by iTasser resulting in C-scores of -2.26 and -0.76 respectively. The Ramachandran plots of both structures were predicted by RAMPAGE. The protein-protein docking of Sox2 and Sox6 was carried out by ClusPro which revealed the interactions between both proteins. The lowest energy score of the docked complex was -1460.4 kcal/mol while being -1218.6 kcal/mol at the center of the complex. The interaction between both the proteins as revealed by docking defines the complex to be having a high number of the residues involved in hydrogen bonding and hydrophobic interactions which can further be utilized to explore the underlying mechanism which allows these proteins to regulate the cell fate.

This paper presents an approach to identify the speaker based on non-acoustic content. However, the present article reports for text-based speaker identification task from dialogues obtained from the TV show called "FRIENDS" which includes only textual features only. In our research, we only focused on what the speaker speak not how the speaker speak. We have used a text corpus of TV show Friends. As we know different characters exhibit different linguistic styles while speaking. We have integrate the stylistic features that are extracted from the turns of various characters. We are using part-of-speech (POS) that reads text in some language and assigns parts of speech to each word. The k-nearest neighbor (k-NN) have been employed for identifying the speakers from the dialogue scripts at turn levels.

Behavioral science is not a new topic for the industry of occupational health and safety, as its roots can be traced to 1876, wherein two different fields of science of behavioral science and industrial safety are combined to create behavior based safety program for increasing safety of the workforce, as it often happens that the worker behavior is often tied to as immediate cause in case of workplace accident or injury. In this study a review on the present behavior based safety program The objectives of the study is to investigate the effects of the fundamentals of the behavior based safety program on the Safety Acts Index, the targeted behavior. Further on, the study also aims to investigate if the process of the behavior based safety program is in control or not using the run charts from Statistical Control Techniques (SPC). It can be deduced that though the percentage on the Safety Act Index has improved, the control charts show a different picture where the entire process is out of control despite there being an improvement on the run charts, which conforms with fact that the port is still in development stage where there is room for immense development. Another problem that was commonly given in the feedback is the lack of management commitment of leadership, inability of the leadership to appreciate the hazards and over importance given to bring productivity as compared to giving equal importance on safety and production.

Public key infrastructure (PKI) is a substitute other option to open key encryption whereas the Identity Based Encryption IBE is open key and confirmation organization. The issue of utilizing Internet of Things (IoT) in healthcare solutions relates to the problems of latency sensitivity, uneven data load diverse user expectations and heterogeneity of the applications. This paper also introduce the Cloud Intrusion Detection Service (CIDS) which detect the different attack and fire the alert to other cloud user. To prevent the untrusted servers from accessing sensitive data, traditional methods usually encrypt the data and only users holding valid keys can access the data. These methods require complicated key management schemes and the data owners have to stay online all the time to deliver keys to new users in the system. Consequently, the user which is removed cannot access the shared data anymore. Which is provide the forward/backward security of cipher text by introducing the functionalities of user revocation and cipher text update simultaneously Service Provider leaving just a dependable number of basic operations for PKG and clients to perform locally. The cracks arriving in the concrete surface due to atmospheric effects such as stains, climate etc. The aim of crack detection is to be monitored and identify the crack to prevent damage very effectively. The image can be processed and displayed by using image processing techniques. The crack detection is useful for predicting the level of damages on concrete surfaces. Conventional crack detection can be performed by manually sketches the pattern of cracks; however, such detecting algorithms had higher cost in nature. Then the automated detection of cracks techniques have been introduced to optimize the resources using image processing methods which concentrates on to maintain accuracy of the detected cracks as well as the time required for computation that is more useful for practical purpose of digital image. The boundaries of crack image on a concrete structure are detected by involving various easier algorithms used for image processing that includes the Pre-processing i.e. by using a simple filters to remove an unwanted noise and equalization is done through Histogram technique. Thus the proposed method is not much complex to execute and maintain the accuracy that implies the detection of crack on the concrete structure is very simple in practical life.

Today, we live in information age because of advances in information & computer technology (ICT). Increasing concern over personal information in computer system has increased interest in data security. This paper reviews and applies the visual cryptography on the biometric authentication. The concept of visual cryptography is divide the secrete images into random shares. Here the encryption technique divide the image into a number of parts i.e., k-n secret sharing schema is used. Decryption is used to decrypt the shares into the secret image. In this paper, I have purposed a new k-n secret sharing schema for black & white image and apply them to biometric data such as finger print image for the purpose of user authentication.

In this project we plan to explain about the construction method using tunnel form technology and design and analyze an S+4 building using ETABS software. The tunnel form technology is one of the advanced methods of construction. Using the tunnel formwork technology the time of construction of a building can be greatly reduced. Due to usage of tunnel form construction we eliminate plastering. The design for the tunnel form construction is quite difficult, but the tunnel form structure can withstand large amount of seismic force. This project we mainly concentrated on analyses the seismic behavior between shear wall structure and the framed structure, and the construction procedure like assembling and handling of the tunnel formwork. These buildings can adopt in the earthquake prone areas and also adopted for the cellular and similar structure.
