Indoor and outdoor tracking is a variant of wireless tracking. It is an excellent way to monitor and track the location of people or valuable objects within a specific area such as building, hospital etc. Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) is the newly emerged technology in the context of indoor tracking. It is known that the technological advancements are increasing at a faster pace. But the utilization of these technologies are very less in various sectors. It is a common fact that we tend to lose various items inside or outside our room. But because of these facts we may experience various stress and problems related to the loss of those objects. So we propose a system where we can identify the lost objects with the help of ibeacon.

: In present era as we know there is need of fast system which are able to reduce the time complexity issue, because time complexity sis main challenge for any system if time is high so it automatically increase the cost of the entire project. Similar gabor filter is very important filter for many application like texture segmentation, bio metric etc. Now if we are talking about the noisy images which are responsible for reduction in quality for those application. So here we need fast and noise reduction approach for the gabor filter which is able able to reduce all issue like quality and time complexity. Basically In this paper we proposed a new technique which use the error acceptance logic using that logic we are able to achieve time complexity issue. Now for quality level analysis we use PSNR, SSIM, FSIM, RFSIM, GMSD, Similarity (%) parameters. This paper is basically based on MATLAB codes required in computing these parameters are produced. Here calculation is decaying by utilizing of Matlab.

Recently, the renewable energy such as Wind, solar, ocean, Biomass and geothermal powers are getting more attention with the increasing demand on energy, high oil prices and concern of environment impacts increased. Among them Photovoltaic (PV) generation getting more importance due to absence of fuel cost, low maintenance, no noise, no moving parts and long life time. However, the power of PV module is unstable and strongly dependent on Solar insolation and load. Hence, to ensure high efficiency despite these variations, Maximum Power Point Tracking controller is introduced. Traditionally, a maximum power point locus was used to provide a fast response with minimum losses which required extra control loop or intermittent disconnection of PV module. Hence, this report presents a improved maximum power point tracking for standalone PV system with will be simpler Fast Converging and comparatively MPPT technique, in which Perturb and Observe and Particle Swarm Optimization is use. This method is use only for charging the battery at its voltage level so at proper voltage and current battery can fast charge.

Topic modeling is a major technique used in machine learning and natural language processing to discover topics that occur in the collection of documents. Topic models uncover the hidden semantic concepts in the corpora. There are several statistical methods for topic modeling like Latent Semantic Analysis(LSA), Probabilistic LSA(PLSA), Latent Dirichlet Allocation(LDA). Using these methods, we can generate multiple topics from the text corpora. Topic models can also be used for information filtering. But these methods cannot be directly applied in information filtering since topic models only includes group of words which has limited semantic meaning. So pattern based representation is used for information filtering. Pattern based topic modeling is an effective approach for information filtering.

Mammography using digital techniques plays a vital role in mammogram screening at former stage of breast carcinoma. Even though, it is very onerous to find mastery abnormality in prevalent screening by radiologists. But the possibility of precise breast cancer screening is consoled to predict the mastery type of abnormality through Computer Aided Diagnosis (CAD) systems. The two most important indicators of breast cancers are normal and abnormal. This study proposes two complex feature extraction methods to negotiate a complete description of quantitative characteristics. The first feature extraction module adopts GLCM features and optical density features. This is a type of complex texture feature extraction method that extracts the information of local intensity relation and discrete photometric distribution and Support Vector Machine (SVM) classifier is employed for classification with k-fold cross validation. Conclusively, the mammogram is classified as benign or malignant using SVM classifier with the enforcement matrices of accuracy, specificity and sensitivity

This project presents the comparative Experimental study on the performance of the conventional concrete composite beam using various types of reinforcement with and without GFRP wrapping under bending. The price of steel has also rising over the last few years. The main challenge for civil engineers is to provide sustainable, environmental friendly and financially feasible structure to the society. The reinforcement in concrete plays a vital role in increasing its self weight. In order to reduce the weight of the reinforcement is replaced by hollow pipes filled with cement mortar. The hollow pipes are taken in required dimensions according to the structure. The replaced composite reinforcement is used in normal conventional concrete of M20 grade and tested for its strength. In this study, the effects of Glass Fiber Reinforced polymer (GFRP) sheets wrapped over the beam on improving the Mechanical performance of composite steel and concrete beams subjected to hogging moment. Four Specimens with different reinforcements such as Steel bars, Stainless steel Pipes, Mild steel Pipes and PVC Pipes of uniform diameter are being used in the beam and wrapping with GFRP sheets are experimentally studied for its comparative flexural strength. Several tests were conducted on different specimens and the impact of each material was studied on the structural behavior of these members under deflection for comparison purpose between the loads and lateral displacements. The specimens with wrapped GFRP sheets have large initial cracking load and crack width of the concrete have been controlled. The results showed that using hollow tubes with mortar filling and the wrapping of GFRP sheets enhance the load bearing capacity and the flexural strength of the beam.

In the twenty first century, with the advent of new and rapid information and communication technology and its easy access to students, they are now expose to vast pool of knowledge but easy access to technology does not guarantee better learning unless the teachers adjust the classroom learning practices according to the need of the hour. The learning environment refers to the diverse physical locations, contents and culture in which students learn. The term also encompasses the culture of a school or class- its presiding ethos and characteristics, including how individuals interact with and react to each other - as well as the ways in which teachers may organize an educational setting to facilitate learning. With the emergence of new global movement calling for new models of teaching learning, formal education should be transform to enable new forms of learning that is needed to tackle complex global challenges. The paper attempts to explore how the school learning climate can be prepared and enhanced for the future to facilitate teaching learning process and mold students having diverse abilities and competencies such as creativity, problem solving, critical thinking etc. A discussion on the requirements and challenges of such learning climate having futuristic goals in India will also be done.

Abstract: Different methods employed for object detection are widely exploited covering application areas such as traffic monitoring, video surveillance and capturing various human activities and motion. The traditional methods that have earlier been proposed for detection are found to be beneficial if the detected object is properly identified. Moreover, minimizing the effect of dynamic changes as well as development of the algorithm which is robust of intensity variation is a challenging task. So this paper emphasizes on enhancement followed by detection which provide an ease for identification of distant objects. The task of detection was performed on a video using simple detectors and developing an approach for proper segmentation of moving objects. Moving body was detected from a video having a frame rate of 25 frames per second, total bit rate of 234 kbps and having 160x112 as frame width and height. Further operation of enhancement and detection was processed on MATLAB R2013b tool.
