Liposome are microscopic spherical vesicles together of one or more outer shell consisting of lipid arranged in bilayers configuration .which are under extensive investigation as drug carrier for improving the delivery of bioactive agent and many different compound in biological ,pharmaceutical, medical and nutritional research .it also utilized in a broad range of pharmaceutical application .liposome were first describe in 1965 and initially as model for studying the biological membrane as drug carrier for several drug to reduce side effect or to deliver the drug at the site of action. Liposome are considered as superior carriers having ability to encapsulated hydrophilic and lipophilic drugs and protect from the degradation. topical liposome formulation might be simpler and fewer toxic than conventional formulation, as a prolonged and controlled drug release. topical dosage form, which may be lead to improved efficiency and better patient compliance. But they have less half-life and poor solubility. The amount of phospholipid and cholesterol, are taken and formulated by using different method like thin film hydration method, sonication method, reverse phase evaporation method, ethanol injection method etc. the liposome formulation characterized by their vesicles size, shape, pH, solubility studies, % of encapsulation efficiency, % of drug content, stability studies, zeta potential, rheology study, in vitro drug release study of liposome formulation.

In the last few years, the death rate in men and women increased due to lung cancer. Thus, early detection of lung cancer increases the chances of survival of patients. In this paper, we have designed a method by hybrid the support vector machine and firefly algorithm to detect and classify lung cancer. The proposed method contains three steps, namely, pre-processing, appropriate parameter value selection, and classification. We have used the median filter in the pre-processing step to remove noise. After that, the SVM algorithm is applied to detect and classify lung cancer. In the last, the firefly algorithm is used to select appropriate parameter value selection for the SVM algorithm to enhance accuracy. The experimental results were performed on the standard dataset. The performance analysis of the proposed method was done using various parameters. The results show that the proposed method is superior as compared to the existing methods such as SVM, KNN, RF, and GNB.

Osteoarthritis is a degenerative non-inflammatory joint disease that results in pain and restricted movement of affected joints. It is a condition causing the deterioration of the cartilage protecting cushion lining the ends of the bones where two bones meet to form a joint. Studies indicate that there is a gradual growth in OA prevalence from age 30, so that 65, 80% of people have radiographic OA data, but only 25-30% are symptomatic. It's a slow-moving degenerative disease. Potent analgesics and anti-inflammatory medications are present on the market which are at risk of causing adverse effects such as gastric erosion, hepatic and nephrotoxicity, etc. Even surgery has scientifically found to have a 10% failure rate in knee replacements. Contemporary research is limited to offering detailed, efficient management. Study in Ayurveda, therefore, has apparent potential in this condition. Osteoarthritis of the knee can be very linked to Sandhivata due to similarity in signs and symptoms. Sandhivata is one among the most common Vata Vyadhi. This Sandhivata is usually presented in Janusandhi, which is one of the most important weight bearing joints in the body. According to Ayurveda Snehana, Svedana, Dahana and Upanaha are the main care modalities in the management of Sandhivata, most of which are aimed at Brimhana. Janubasti is the procedures having Bramhana action where Sneha is allowed to stay for a stipulated duration in the affected joint. Patra Pinda Sweda is type of Sankara Sweda helps in pacifying of both Vata and Kapha. It also acts as Srothoshodhaka.

Agriculture is one of the main needs for human to survive. Agriculture has to face many problems like changing soil quality, water shortage, changing climate, etc. Due to the increasing in population demand for cereals and other crops for daily usage by the consumers is also increased so there is a need for smarter implementation of irrigation and also develop farming methods that reduce human efforts and alter the basic eco systems this is less harmful to other creatures too. India is one of highest farming dependent county and producing countries all over the world. At the same time, India is facing the challenge of farmers committing suicide because of crop failure and liability. Most of the land in India is used for agriculture purposes. Still there exists several places that uses primitive methods for irrigation, fertilization etc. This leads to the decline in the crop yield and eventually less income for the farmers. This paper discusses the design and development of an IoT based module that helps farmers to improvise their methods of farming and also make the best use of their land for a better income. The main goal of this IoT module is to sense agriculture parameter and advice farmers to properly grow and treat the crops. Also in this project we are going to implement a irrigation control i.e. motor control through android app. To avoid animal interference flasher are also going to implement in the filed. This will reduce human efforts.

The Corona virus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic, which originated in Wuhan China, has had disastrous effects on the global community and has overburdened advanced healthcare systems throughout the world. Globally; over 4,063,525 confirmed cases and 282,244 deaths have been recorded as of 11th May 2020, according to the European Centre for Disease Prevention and Control agency. However, the current rapid and exponential rise in the number of patients has necessitated efficient and quick prediction of the possible outcome of an infected patient for appropriate treatment using AI techniques. This paper proposes a fine-tuned Random Forest model boosted by the Ada Boost algorithm. The model uses the COVID-19 patient's geographical, travel, health, and demographic data to predict the severity of the case and the possible outcome, recovery, or death. The model has an accuracy of 94% on the dataset used.

The study is aimed to understand whether the charting patterns (Japanese candlesticks and classical price patterns) work for the charts of smallcap and midcap companies. Also, whether charting patterns can be relied upon as a tool for technical analysis or not. The study takes into account various charting patterns (both, Japanese candlestick patterns and classical price patterns) and sees if they work for these companies as well. Systematic sampling was chosen and companies were categorised on the basis of their market capitalization. Three companies from both, midcap and smallcap categories were considered as the sample of the study. Upon analysis, it was found that the 16 patterns (11 Japanese candlestick patterns and 5 classical price patterns) existed in the sample considered for the purpose of study and those patterns had a success rate of 75% and the number of patterns so found were more in the smallcap companies than the midcap companies. Japanese Candlesticks had a success rate of 72%, whereas the classical price patterns had a success rate of 80%. If the patterns are observed correctly and a person enters (and exits) into trades timely, then he/she can reward himself tremendously with just little work and practice.

With the evolution and development of man and society, crime also grew in diverse forms and degrees. People were prone to do crime for certain reasons or needs. Crime was not something peculiar to Travancore. When we analyze history, we can find that there is no organized crime, nor even professional criminals. The commonest offences were those against the person, against property and those involving disputes regarding the possession of land with cases of smuggling and forgery. There are, both criminal and civil, crimes were happened. But there were any distinction in early days regarding the criminal and civil offences. In that time heinous offences were crime against the King, assemblies and the temples etc.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) is the order of the day; there is no dimension of life (including organizational ecosystems) that has not been permeated by AI. While AI is making its mark in almost every role in an organization, it must critically examine its effect on the function of Human Resource (HR), especially as this is the most 'human' of all verticals in an organization. Undoubtedly, the method of discovering, recruiting, engaging, maintaining and cultivating talent is the cornerstone of organizations' good economic health. In processes such as talent screening, recruiting, engaging, re-engaging, employee relationships, on-boarding, etc., which used to consume many working hours in the past, AI-based systems currently allow HR automate a wide segment of routine activities, allowing the HR department to be more effective and focus on building compliant and regulatory policies. Talent Acquisition is one of the influential fields within the HR feature that affects AI, for which AI has been nothing short of a game changer - Talent Acquisition is at the height of the organizations' talent management lifecycle. This paper investigates the cascading effect of Artificially Intelligent Systems on organizational talent acquisition processes. It provides a deeper understanding of current AI frameworks and their ability to automate repetitive TA procedures to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the operation. The paper documents the current, also extrapolating the future of Talent Development in AI assisted professional settings, through many case studies of existing AI programs in TA from around the world.
