The sewage from colonies as well effluent from industrial units has been identified as main cause for water pollution across our country. The contaminants in wastewater are removed by physical, chemical, and biological means. The individual methods usually are classified as physical unit operations, chemical unit processes, and biological unit processes. The BOD, COD, TSS concentration of sewage ranges from 180-200 mg/l, 300- 440 mg/l and 150-200 mg/l respectively. Under this project report a suit treatment technology has been developed to treat sewage. Treatment technologies consist of filtration, chlorination and biological treatment. The results were very encouraging. The treatment system achieved 94% COD and 95% TSS removal respectively. The treated sewage can be reused for various purpose like cooling water make up, gardening, landscape development, toilet flushing, road washing etc. thus leading towards water conservation.

Introduction Financial inclusion means availability of financial services in the unbanked area where people are depressed and deprived of banking services and facilities. So the basic aim of financial inclusion is to extend financial services to the large hitherto un-served population. RBI has initiated several measure to achieve greater Financial Inclusion such as facilitating no-frill accounts, relaxation on KYC norms, engaging Business Facilitators (BFs) and Business Correspondents (BCs), use of technology, adoption on EBT, GCC, opening of branches in unbanked rural centre etc. The paper highlights the proper progress and benefit assessment in the tribal areas. Against this background, the article concentrates here four objectives 1. To explore the need of financial inclusion for the economic and social development in the backward areas. 2. To analyse various schemes adopted by the government for benefit of all strata of the society including tribals to achieve financial inclusion. 3. To know the nature and extent of financial inclusion implemented in India. 4. To assess the current financial inclusion status in the backward tribal area. The methodology here is analytical and descriptive, which is based on primary and secondary data. To provide financial services to the housesholds and enterprises to make them bankable including savings, short and long term credit, leasing and factoring, mortgages, insurance, pensions, payments local money transfers and international remittances. For economic development equitable growth in the society will achieve through reduction of disparities in terms of income and saving. It is found from the observation that financial inclusion reached to the door steps to the tribal people after 2012 but initiative to invest in different sector is not seen due to illiteracy, unavailability of financial instituition, lack of coordination among the people and financial institution etc. Apart from formal banking system, Financial Inclusion looks both business opportunity and social responsibility. Financial Inclusion Improves the SHG groups and micro-financial institutions.

Abstract: Background & objectives: The health care organizations generate tremendous hospital waste and existing methods for its management are costlier and liberate toxic byproducts causing ailments in the nearby residents. This study involves the use of fungus Periconiella sp. grown on Khillar Deshi Indian cow dung to degrade hospital waste. Method: Dung from 10 Khillar breed cows was used to grow the fungus Periconiella sp which was subcultured on Sabouraud dextrose agar. It was morphologically confirmed on the basis of 10% Potassium Hydroxide (KOH), Lactophenol Cotton Blue (LCB) preparation & slide culture. Its role in degradation of soiled cotton, soiled gauze pieces, and tissue pieces was studied. Results: The fungus Periconiella sp. was found to degrade 5g.of hospital waste containing soiled cotton gauze and tissue pieces in a span of 35 days. Interpretation & conclusion: Fungus Periconiella sp. is a good degrader of soiled cotton, gauze, bandage; tissue pieces requiring Indian Deshi Khillar breed cow dung, helping to develop cheap microbial based method for hospital waste management.
