: Protein can be quantified by various biochemical assays but all methods are subjected to artifacts. Also, the nature of the sample governs the selection of appropriate method. Fish visceral extract is a complex mixture of bioactive peptides, polypeptides, lipoproteins, hexopeptides etc. Samples containing higher protein concentration vary the results of Bradford assay. On the other hand, Lowry assay and Biuret assay suffer artifacts by the presence of non-proteinaceous components. In this study, protein content in liver and intestinal extracts of Catla catla and Labeo rohita was determined by the methods of Lowry et al. (1951), Gornall (1949) and Bradford (1976). Highest protein content was found in Catla liver by all the methods (1740 mg ml-1, 580 mg ml-1 and 1450 mg ml-1 resp.). Lowest concentration was found in Catla intestine by all the methods (1290 mg -1 ml, 200 mg ml-1 and 1030 mg ml-1, resp.). A good association (98.6%) was found among the three methods indicates that these are comparable and can be used for protein quantification in fish visceral extract.

Mathematical modeling of physical systems has several advantages most important one is to simulate the system under various operating conditions. It is effectively required design and test the controller algorithm on the computer before actually implementing in the real world. However there are many control design used in automobile which are essential required better performance. The purpose of this project is the model generic engine subsystem is taken and a standard linear PID controller is put to control engine rpm by varying throttle angle as the controllable input variable. PID gains are automatically tuned using PID tuner software. The resultant PID algorithm is tested with sine wave and staircase target variations. The result shows that PID controller gave very satisfactory control performance for controlling engine rpm.

The design of high gain and power of analog components can be designed by using fully differential circuit concepts with the help of Operational Amplifiers (Op-Amps). The Op-Amp can be designed by providing the amplification of input voltages at two stages. The two stage Op-Amp features can be improved by providing the concepts like CS Amplifier , cascade etc. The Op-Amp design for high speed applications requires proper selection of biasing, logic style, and CS Amplifier as the technology is scaling down. This basic Op-Amp performance metrics can be improved by adding the CS Amplifier. The Op-Amps are designed for both with single operational amplifier and CS Amplifier with gain improvement using Cadence full custom design suite for 90nm technology.

: Discrete cosine transform (DCT) is a widely used tool in image and video compression applications. Recently, the high-throughput DCT designs have been adopted to fit the requirements of real-time application. Operating the shifting and addition in parallel, an optimized adder tree (OAT) is proposed to deal with the truncation errors and to achieve low-error and high-speed discrete cosine transform (DCT) design. Instead of the 12 bits used in previous works, 9-bit Distributed Arithmetic was proposed. DA-based DCT design with an optimized adder tree (OAT) is the proposed architecture in which, OAT operates shifting and addition in parallel by unrolling all the words required to be computed. Furthermore, the Error-Compensated Circuit alleviates the truncation error for high accuracy design. Based on low-error OAT, the DA-precision in this work is chosen to be 9 bits instead of the traditional 12 bits. Therefore, the hardware size and cost is reduced, and the speed is improved using the proposed OAT.

This study highlights the importance of ASTER Global Digital Elevation Model (ASTER GDEM) and satellite images for evaluation of drainage and extraction of their relative parameters for the region in Kurnool Town, A.P, India. Hydrological parameters such as drainage analysis, topographic parameters and land use pattern were assessed and interpreted for watershed management of the area. Using ARC GIS software hydrological module to calculate and depict watershed and morphometric analysis of the watershed using ASTER GDEM. The flow sequence of the watershed shows the dendritic type drainage network from the first to the sixth order which is a sign of the homogeneity of the watershed and the lack of structural control. It was found that the drainage density of the area was low to moderate, indicating that the area had high permeable soils and low fluctuations. The bifurcation ratio was 9.32, and the elongation was 0.39, which indicated that the basin belonged to the elongated basin type. Land use map of the watershed was generated from latest available multispectral satellite data and entire watershed covers in agricultural land, rocks, fallow, residential areas and water bodies. Current research shows that compared with other existing technologies, watershed scale hydrological assessment based on Aster GDEM is more accurate.

These days, the generation of construction materials is diminishing the regular assets which built up a need to discover the new powerful and practical materials for the development work. This paper presents the regression analysis to anticipate the compressive strength of Mortar. Used foundry sand generated from metal casting industry as waste material. Usage of utilized foundry sand in mortar can be the most ideal route for the use of waste in construction activity. Used foundry sand is replaced with the natural sand and the conduct of mortar is observed at 7 and 28 days. A total 30 mortar cubes were casted and tested at 7 and 28 days of five mortar mix i.e. 0%,25%,50%,75%.100% of used foundry sand was replaced by weight of natural sand) .The outcomes demonstrated that consolidation of the used foundry sand respects increment compressive quality with the age (28 days) in examination with the regular mortar. In the wake of expanding the amount of used foundry sand in mortar the compressive quality shows steady decrease.

Sanitary landfilling is one the most common and oldest method for disposal of the solid waste worldwide. Landfill site has many advantages. In spite of the major disadvantage is production of the by-products like bio-gas and leachate. Leachate is main and major polluted which have heavy metal, chemical composition. It is creating adverted impact on the environment. Many distinctive methods are used to treat the landfill leachate. Major treatment processing has divided into two categories like biological and physical/ chemical treatments. But all these strategies are less compelling for treated the leachate. Advanced Oxidation process is new way to treated landfill leachate. In this process, photocatalyst is mainly used with TiO2 nanoparticle as catalyst and UV light source as irradiation source. These nanoparticles are synthesis by sol-gel method. These nanoparticles are Characterization by XRD and DLS method. Finally, study and get resulted of photocatalyst degradation of leachate by synthesis TiO2 nanoparticle. Which give best results at acidic media at 6 pH with maximum 3 hours contacted time.
