India never can gain an optimum no of population in near future. This is not only for high birth rate but also a rapid growth of migration from different surrounding countries. India has suffered a fever of migration from the period of British rule. Indian liberalization policy and complex politics leads a great role to representing India a surprising place in overall world population in number. Out of this Indian interstate migration and intra state migration played a great role of misbalancing situation of population in India. Diesis of overpopulation creating a handicapped situation of Indian economy by destroying the ratio of Man and Land. As per world research the international migration reached 244 million in 2015 where, 104 million are from Asia (43%), and in this India provide 16 million.

Complex innovative work ventures can be managed effectively if the project managers have the means to plan and control the schedule and cost of the work required to accomplish their technical performance destinations. The direct methods used for solving project management problems are critical path method (CPM) and project evaluation and review technique (PERT). The effectiveness of direct methods in modeling the complex situation is limited when uncertainty in terms of time duration arise in real world situation. Monte Carlo Simulation process for uncertain time duration of activities will be discussed briefly. Furthermore, Optimization methods yield better approximation for the uncertain real-world situations. The ant colony optimization (ACO) algorithms are applied to solve many complex combination optimization problems, such as traveling salesman problem, the vehicle routing problem, the problem of graph coloring, the quadratic assignment problem etc. Here an ant colony optimization (ACO) approach for the PERT network is presented.

Diabetic retinopathy (DR) is a potentially serious eye disease caused by diabetes that affects the retina. It is a light-sensitive tissue at the back of the eye that transmits visual messages to the brain. Damage to this soft tissue may result in visual impairment or blindness. The effect due to DR can reduce by early detection of Hemorrhages and treated at an early stage. In recent year, there is an increased interest in the field of medical image processing. Many researchers have developed advanced methods for Hemorrhage detection using fundus images. In this paper review techniques, and methodologies anteriorly proposed for the detection of hemorrhage from diabetic retinopathy.

Nanofluids are good replacements for cooling fluid in radiators and thermal exchangers. Materials with higher thermal properties are required to increase the performance of radiator. The use of nanofluids is one of the methods to increase heat transfer in radiators. In this research, cooling of car radiator has been investigated by using nanofluids. Reduction in size and weight of the radiators are among the achievements of this research. In addition to reducing the production cost, better designation of cars are possible when the radiator becomes smaller in size. On the other hand, better cooling has positive effects on fuel consumption and the amount of fuel consumption decreases.Nanofluids are produced by stable dispersing of nanoparticles in heat transfer fluids that are usually water or ethylene glycol. In this research, a system similar to car radiator cooling system has been designed and produced. Nanofluid was used instead of radiator cooling fluid. CuO-Water is used as nanoparticles in this project.CuO- nanoparticles, Al2O3 Nanoparticles consisting of 100 nm diameter particles at three different particle mass concentrations of 0.1%, 0.3% and 0.5% are used.

Liver Failure is a serious condition and it affects the patients life time. Disease identification is the most crucial. Al task for treating any disease. Liver disease can be inherited (genetic) or caused by a variety of factors that damage the liver. Machine learning technique is widely used in various fields of science and technology. They have been giving out meaningful and classified information. It also explores in constructing and study of algorithms which can learn from data. Data mining in healthcare is an emerging field of high importance for providing prognosis and a deeper understanding of medical data. Building an effective disease management strategy requires analysis of large amount of data, early detection of the disease, assessment of the severity and early prediction of adverse events. This will inhibit the progression of the disease, will improve the quality of life of the patients and will reduce the associated medical costs. Toward this direction machine learning techniques have been employed. The aim of this paper is to present the state-of-the-art of the machine learning methodologies applied for the valuation of liver failure. The main objective of this research work was to find the best classification algorithm in terms of precision, accuracy, specificity and sensitivity. Therefore, the present investigation was done to determine the relative performance of four classification algorithms namely, Support Vector machine (SVM), Logistic Regression, Random Forest and Decision Tree algorithm based on collected liver patients data.

Transparent concrete is a concrete based building material with light-Tran missive properties due to embedded light optical elements usually Optical fibres. Light is conducted through the stone from one end to the other. Therefore the fibres have to go through the whole object. Transparent concrete is also known as the translucent concrete and light transmitting concrete because of its properties. It is used in fine architecture as a facade material and for cladding of interior walls. In this paper, to integrate the merits of concrete and optical fiber, for developing transparent concrete by arranging the high numerical aperture Plastic Optical Fibres (POF) or big diameter glass optical fiber into concrete. The main purpose is to use sunlight as a light source to reduce the power consumption of illumination and to use the optical fibre to sense the stress of structures and also use this concrete as an architectural purpose for good aesthetical view of the building. The binding material in transparent concrete may be able to transmit light by using clear resins the concrete mix .The Paper confines with the need of transparent concrete at present to utilize the sunlight and for architecture technologies. The new type of concrete can satisfy the green energy saving with its own Natural properties.

Many reinforced concrete structures are deficient in stiffness, ductility, and strength capacity compared to current standards. When a powerful event, such as an earthquake, occurs, un-strengthened and inadequate concrete members may fail and produce catastrophic results. In order to counteract this problem, many different retrofit and repair methods have been studied, implemented and have produced a variety of results. This research is focused on comparing local retrofit and repair methods for reinforced concrete columns in order to analyze the efficacy of these methods. The primary methods compared are reinforced concrete jacketing, steel jacketing and FRP jacketing. A variety of constraints are compared across the methods including the loading capacity, connection methods, deformation, shear stress and shear strain in the member. Each retrofit method functions differently under each constraint, and the benefits and downsides of each were discussed and compared.

This system is based on an android application that converts a captured image to text and also provides a speech output. Currently there are many android applications available for language translation wherein the user has to type the text he wants to interpret. These applications mainly support international languages like Spanish, French, Arabic, etc. Hence they are not of use to speakers of Indian languages like Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, etc. Thus we have devised an android application that aids the comprehension of the Indian vernacular to help guide the local people. Firstly, the user of this application will have to take a photograph of the text that he wants to interpret. The application then extracts the characters from the image captured and translates it to English. This will then be converted to a speech output as well.
