 Abstract

The competitive inhibitors of cyclooxygenase (COX), the enzyme that facilitates the bioconversion of arachidonic acid to inflammatory prostaglandins (PGs), are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory medicines (NSAIDs). The usage of them is linked to side effects like renal and gastrointestinal toxicity. While the undesirable side effects of NSAIDs result from the suppression of COX-1 activity, the therapeutic anti-inflammatory impact is provided by the inhibition of COX-2. Therefore, it was assumed that side effects would be lower with more specific COX-2 inhibitors. As safer NSAIDs with an enhanced stomach safety profile, a variety of selective COX-2 inhibitors (rofecoxib, celecoxib, valdecoxib, etc.) were developed. Nonetheless, the recent withdrawal of some COXIBs from the market, including rofecoxib, because of their detrimental effects on the cardiovascular system obviously motivates researchers to investigate and assess substitute templates has inhibiting action on COX-2. Research on the development of selective COX-2 inhibitors is still being drawn by the discovery of novel applications for these drugs in cancer treatment and neurological conditions including Parkinson's.

 Abstract

Homoeopathy system of medicine is gaining faith in treating as well as curing chronic diseases, but as our literatures guides and our day to day clinical practice shows homoeopathy has immense capability to treat acute diseases as well. Cough is the most common symptom for which patients or parents seek medical attention. The aim of homoeopathy is not only to treat cough but to address its underlying cause and individual susceptibility. As far as therapeutic medication is concerned, homoeopathic remedies are available to cure cough that can be selected on the basis of cause, sensations and modalities of the complaints

 Abstract

Abstract: Occupational structure refers to those activities, which are carried out by the population in the area to get livelihood. It is referred to as trade or profession in general scenes' whose distribution among the population depends on degree of the social and economic development of the particular area. The study of occupational structure of the population in the particular area and society is of great importance. It is also important tool that assesses the ratio of the entire working and non-working population and present a clear picture of its entire work force. It is also providing insights of level of socio-economic development and future planning. The basic objective of the present research paper is to access the change in the agriculture sector and other occupations, which is mainly based on the secondary data published in the district census handbook 2001 and 2011. Katihar district is basically a district with an agrarian rural economy. Most of its working population depends on agriculture and agro-based industries for livelihood, because there is a complete lack of minerals and minerals - based industries. Which are the factors responsible for the low socio-economic development of the entire region. In order to assess the change taken place in the district. The working population classified under different categories mentioned in the census has been analysed with the help of various statistical techniques. This clearly shows the substantial difference between 2001-2011 in the occupational structure of study area.

 Abstract

Abstract: Promoting social sustainability requires a healthy environment. People who work in sanitation, sometimes called the "beauticians of the city," are crucial in creating a peaceful community. Work in sanitation can be especially exploitative for vulnerable populations like bonded laborers, indigenous peoples, and nomadic communities. The study evaluated the challenges that sanitary workers face in carrying out their duties in an environmentally sustainable manner and suggested strategies for overcoming these obstacles. A total of 50 sanitary workers were chosen by using a random sampling method. The results revealed that there is a significant difference in the Educational status of sanitary workers, and the reasons for doing this work are identified in the case of the variables "Lack of education," "Easy to work," "Government job," and "For better wages," respectively. It is suggested that investing in Educational programs could empower sanitary workers with fundamental skills and provide them with more diverse job opportunities.

 Abstract

Education develops an effective future citizen. Human beings learn through 4 different styles; named thus: auditory learner, visual learner, reading/writing learner and kinesthetic learner. The focus of this study is on the fourth category of learners, the Kinesthetic Learners. Based on the NEP 2020 innovative pedagogy clusters, various innovative teaching techniques have been identified. Of the many innovative teaching learning strategies devised, the Kinesthetic learning activity has been researched in this paper to teach 'Emission and Lasing action" in Physics to senior secondary students and to further analyse statistically the effect of KLA. The Paired t test conducted pre and post KLA gave a mean score of 7.552 and 19.018 respectively with the standard deviation being 2.9315 and 0.7975 respectively, the r value is 0.517, p< 0.01.The calculated value of t was 65.301 with p value 0.000 by using p value at 5% level of significance. Such a value of t indicates a highly significant statistical difference between the pre and post KLA scores. The score shows that students have comprehended the topic extremely well. KLAs method of teaching the topic "Emission and Laser" and other such topics in Physics, is a valuable tool for "content related" exercises having high ambiguity, which many students struggle with.

 Abstract

Proniosomes, a potentially useful drug carrier, have been developed as result of strategies that maintain the niosomal delivery mechanism while retaining their beneficial characteristics. Proniosomes are a dry formulation made with an appropriate carrier coated in nonionic surfactants. It is hydrated right before usage to transform into niosomes. These proniosomes derived niosomes are just as effective as regular niosomes, if not more so. This review aims to highlight many topics including the manufacture, characterization, entrapment efficiency, factors affecting, recent developments, uses, and benefits of proniosomes.

 Abstract

In order to fully understand the rich tapestry of religious experiences and ideas held by people worldwide, this research paper compares and contrasts Christianity and Hinduism. The study offers insights into the internal and outward aspects of these two ancient faiths by navigating the historical, anthropological, and psychological dimensions of religion. The study explores the historical foundations before examining the writings of significant individuals like Andrew Lang, Herbert Spencer, Max Muller, Edward B. Tylor, and Father Wilhelm Schmidt. It investigates how early religious conceptions were shaped by the connections between ancestor worship, animism, and the idea of a High God. The views on sacrifice rituals and the function of religion in society provided by Emile Durkheim and William Robertson Smith are invaluable. The study, which focuses on Hinduism, emphasizes how distinct it is as the oldest religion in the world and how it lacks a founder or sacred text. The dynamic character of Hinduism, its multiplicity of practices and beliefs, and the inclusiveness of its spiritual terrain are emphasized. The study examines Hindu beliefs on karma, the soul's immortality, and the quest for Moksha in order to clarify the various routes that lead to spiritual enlightenment. Turning to Christianity, the study places its foundation in the teachings of Jesus Christ and recognizes its widespread influence. Its theological ramifications are studied in relation to the unique notion of the Trinity, which includes God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit. The paper explores Christian origin myths, Original Sin, and many viewpoints on salvation and human suffering. In conclusion, the study finds similarities between Christianity and Hinduism, especially with regard to their shared pursuit of spiritual emancipation and belief in a supreme deity. The study emphasizes the value of religious tolerance and respect for one another while highlighting the common objective of fostering humanity's spiritual nature. Through an examination of these basic themes, the study advances a more sophisticated comprehension of the various spiritual trajectories that people pursue.
