One of the fundamental ideas in corporate financial management, cost of capital is both the cost of corporate financing and a factor in how businesses finance themselves as well as the necessary rate of return for investors, which influences investment activities. How is the cost of capital determined? What are the variables that affect the cost of capital? These two inquiries will be crucial in determining if India's capital costs are high and in advancing the supply-side reform's goal of cost reduction.

Food is crucial for human life and has been the concern of many healthcare conventions. Nowadays new nutritional assessment and vitamins analysis gear permit more possibilities to assist human beings understand their each day consuming habits, exploring vitamins patterns and hold a wholesome diet. In this paper, we increase a deep model-primarily based totally meals recognition and nutritional assessment gadget to look at and analyze meals gadgets from each day meal pix (e.g., captured by smart phone). Specifically, we recommend a three-step set of rules to understand multi-item (meals) pix by detecting candidate areas and using deep convolutional neural network (CNN) for item classification. The gadget first generates more than one location of proposals on enter pix by applying the Region Proposal Network (RPN) derived from Faster R-CNN model. It then identifies each location of proposals through mapping them into feature maps, and classifies them into unique meals categories, in addition to locating them with inside the original pix. Finally, the gadget will analyze the dietary elements primarily based totally on the popularity results and generate a nutritional assessment document through calculating the amount of calories, fat, carbohydrate and protein.

In recent years, advancements in technology have made it possible to order food online from the comfort of our homes. Zomato, originally a platform for restaurant reviews, has expanded its services to include online food ordering and delivery, table reservations, and restaurant management software development. The company has been successful in India and has expanded into various foreign markets including Europe, the United States, the United Kingdom, and the Middle East. Swiggy, another food delivery company, has also gained a large customer base in India. The marketing strategies employed by Zomato and Swiggy have proven to be successful, as evidenced by their continued growth in the online food delivery industry. In today's world, where people spend most of their time on their phones and are surrounded by technology, it's not surprising that they prefer to order food online using their mobile devices, given how easy and convenient it has become. These companies will need to come up with innovative ideas to maintain their market leadership and ensure their continued success. One crucial aspect of this is how well they can educate customers about the value, benefits, and quality of their services, which can help customers make better-informed purchasing decisions. Thus, the purpose of this paper is to examine consumer views and perceptions of Zomato, Swiggy, and their marketing strategies.

Abstract: Since the Honourable Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, formulated Atmanirbhar Bharat in May 2020, there has been a lot of talk and debate about it. Despite being underrepresented in the workforce, women make excellent managers and carers. Only 30% of women work in paid positions; the remainder are employed in unpaid positions. Therefore, increasing the number of women in the workforce is the key to creating an Atmanirbhar Bharat. The solution is significantly simpler than the path. To do this, a number of obstacles must be recognised and overcome. Among these are the rights to an education, to freedom of choice, to equal compensation and leadership positions, to developing the idea of self-reliance, raising awareness of opportunities for higher education and careers, pathways in STEM, family and community support, and various strategies for urban and rural sectors. Today's reality is that a significant number of migrants (both within and across states) have returned to their tiny towns and villages and are now struggling to find work and support their families. Therefore, Atmanirbhar Bharat (Self-reliant India) plays a part in the lives of women, and vice versa. In order to include women, it is essential to understand their current circumstances and concerns. Then, in accordance with this understanding, relevant activities, suggestions, and solutions must be taken in order to reach every woman at the grassroots level. The inclusion of women for a self-reliant India must take into account women from a wider range of categories as: a) Fully established and economically independent women b) Women owning small businesses or possessing certain talents c) Women who require skill improvement and a better skill set. For an independent India, women in categories (b) and (c) must be appropriately identified and given the necessary support on a regular basis.

A corporation's payout of profits to its shareholders is known as a dividend. A corporation is able to distribute a portion of its profit as a dividend to shareholders when it generates a profit or surplus. Any remaining funds are seized and reinvested in the company (called retained earnings). A corporation is typically not allowed to pay a dividend out of its capital; therefore, both the current year's profit and the retained earnings from prior years are eligible for distribution. If the company has a dividend reinvestment plan, the amount can be paid via the issue of additional shares or by share repurchase. Alternatively, distribution to shareholders may be made in cash (often a deposit into a bank account). There are times when the distribution may. A shareholder's dividend is considered their own income and could be liable to income tax (see dividend tax). This income is taxed in various ways depending on the jurisdiction. The dividends paid by the corporation are not tax deductible. Shareholders receive a dividend in proportion to their holdings, which is distributed as a fixed sum per share. Dividends have the potential to increase shareholder morale and offer predictable income. Paying dividends is not an expense for a joint stock firm; rather, it is the distribution of after-tax profits to shareholders. Retained earnings, or profits that have not been paid out as dividends, are reported in the same area of the balance sheet as issued share capital as shareholders' equity. Public corporations typically pay dividends on a set timetable, but they may declare a dividend at any time. This payment is frequently referred to as a special dividend to set it apart from the dividends paid on a set schedule. The most typical type of payment is cash dividends, which are given out in money and typically done so either an electronic funds transfer or a physical check. Such dividends are a type of shareholder investment income that are often considered earned in the year they are paid (and not necessarily in the year a dividend was declared). There is a declared sum of money distributed for each share owned. The holder of the stock will receive $50 if they own 100 shares and the cash dividend is 50 cents per share. Dividends are considered a deduction from retained earnings rather than an expense. Dividend payments are recorded on the balance sheet rather than the income statement.

Image mining finds useful information in large image datasets. Data mining, digital image processing, machine learning, image retrieval, and AI underpin image mining. Image mining extracts hidden data and patterns from images. Two key issues might arise while mining gathered images: first, the image must be acceptable for mining, and second, the image's selected items and characteristics must be processed to retrieve the most effective way to save time and effort. This research describes the image mining technique and classifies breast cancers using image mining. In addition, a generic scheme is provided to complete the procedures and analyse the current malignancy classification methodologies compared to training groups and accuracy. The report also compares current relevant publications. Deep convolutional neural network accuracy was reported at 98%. (DCNN).

Mergers and acquisitions have been the most common means of inorganic corporate expansion for years. It is widely used in restructuring business organizations. Companies make mergers and acquisitions based on strategic business motivations that are inherently economic. This research study seeks to assess the pre- and post-impact financial performance of an acquiring company. This is done by comparing the pre-and post-merger performance of the acquiring company and the impact of his Covid-Pandemic on that merger. We will also consider the firm's impact if again covid pandemic happens in the year that affects the company. As part of our analysis, we use the two tower infrastructure businesses Bharti Infratel Ltd. and Indus Towers Ltd. Following the merger's announcement in 2018, the procedure was finished on November 19, 2020. The combined business's paid-in capital increased to Rs. 26,99,369,500. Vodafone Idea exited the market by selling its 11.15% share in Indus Towers Ltd. for Rs. 3760 million euros. The newly combined business was named Indus Towers Ltd. and is traded on the BSE and NSE stock marketplaces.

As a result, AI methods are rapidly being applied to healthcare issues. In recent years, scientists have employed deep learning methods to categorize the severity of Chikungunya infection. Overfitting and hyper-parameter tweaking are problems that arise when using these methods, though. Methods: In this study, we propose a cyber-physical system (CPS) powered by artificial intelligence for determining how severe cases of Chikungunya are. Computational algorithms are combined with the CPS system's physical components to improve performance. Random forest is used to create a model for determining how severe cases of Chikungunya sickness are (RF). Overfitting and slow computing are problems plaguing RF, however, because of its complicated design and huge number of connection weights. Thus, we propose a genetic method with adaptive crossovers to be used in a developing RF model (ACGA). ACGA has the ability to effectively optimize RF design, leading to improved outcomes and increased computing speed. Multiple tests are run on the Chikungunya illness dataset. To sum up, the examination of performance reveals that ACGA-RF is superior to competing models in terms of F-measure, accuracy, sensitivity, and specificity. Patients who reside distant from hospitals will still have access to medical care according to the CPS proposal.
