In building constructions, the beam is a very important structural member to carry load of the slab. Bubble beam is a method of virtually eliminating all concrete from the middle of a Beam, which is not performing any structural function, thereby dramatically reducing structural dead load. Bubble beam is a beam whose core is replace with Spherical balls that can be of various sizes and shapes. Usually the Bubble Deck system combines the benefits of factory-manufactured elements in controlled conditions along with on-site completion. Some of its major benefits are lower total cost, reduced material use, enhanced structural efficiency, decreased construction time, and is a green technology. In this project the in-effective concrete in the centre of the beam is replaced with High density polyethylene hollow spheres, using M35 grade of concrete no of beams with and without spherical bubbles were casted to compare weight and flexural strength.

The character analysis of “Miranda Priestly” in “Devil Wears Prada” and how it expounds the various Leadership theories of Management (Leadership styles, Blake and Mouton’s theory of Leadership, Behavioural approaches to Leadership etc). Miranda Priestley’s character is highly motivated in her work and strives for nothing less than excellence. She seems to have more inclination towards being a task- oriented leader. Her extreme task orientation and intrinsic motivation results in certain successes in her job; however, she is also faced with some failures in her professional and personal life. She is shown to have hardly any genuine relationships in the professional front. This explains the pitfalls of extreme task orientation in a person and supports the findings that the best leadership styles would be a balance of both.

The MIMO OFDM system has become the superior wireless transmission technique in high speech wireless communication systems. MIMO OFDM has been chosen as the air interface technique for LTE (Long Term Evolution) standard. OFDM system is sensitive to synchronization errors generated by multipath delay, Doppler shift and oscillator instability. In this paper, we address the synchronization problem in non-continuous scenario and propose a block type pilot based synchronization algorithm to suppress the STO (Sampling Timing Offset) and CFO (Carrier Frequency Offset). The pilot pattern used here is CAZAC (Constant Amplitude Zero Autocorrelation) sequence, which is also exploited in LTE Advanced standard. Since the proposed method is a parallel processing, different bands could experience different synchronization errors. Simulation results show the proposed method can significantly improve system performance and has smooth performance when synchronization errors vary. The capacity maximization for the different wireless channels like AWGN, reileigh and Rician channels are estimated using modified Water filling algorithm.

Ecstatic and joyous customer is commensurate to the company's growth. More the level of satisfaction the more is the probability of the increase in the company's net worth. Customer segmentation is done to fathom the behavior of customer and grasp information regarding his interest and need for a particular product. Customer segmentation has made world more customer centric than product centric. Various data mining techniques had been used previously for the customer classification. In this paper we will be discussing about the use and advantage of k-means clustering data mining algorithm over other data mining techniques. Based on the essence of demographic, geographic, behavioral, and psychographic conditions of the customer stratification will be done. We will be doing this using by first classification and then applying k means clustering algorithm in weka tool and we will be able to decide the best among them and suggest what technique should be taken up in order to do the segmentation of the customer.

Wireless Network consists of tiny nodes which are capable to communicate with each other. These sensor nodes are have limited power and major issue of WSN is energy consumption. In this paper we have proposed an enhancement approach to reduce the energy consumption and extend the life time of network. The improved method is based on the selection of proper cluster head and for collision avoidance the time lay technique of TDMA will be used. The AODV routing protocol is proposed to determine the proper path. By doing so, the energy consumption will reduce in term of various parameters like Packet Loss, Delay and energy consumed.

Generally, large amount of power is consumed for lightening of streets in countries. But when we compared the street light with vehicle, vehicle takes less amount period in lightening. In present days, the outdoor street lights will have high cost, safety, maintenance and environmental issues. In this paper we are going to study about the advanced street lightening system which consumes less energy. In this system, it consists of autonomous fault detection system and monitoring capabilities. This system is very beneficial to all players include municipalities and distribution companies. Depending upon the amount of traffic moved on the road and outdoor light, the intensity of light changes. As there is change in intensity then the power is consumed and this entire process is observed from the proposed system. Depending upon the proposed optimization subroutine, the server of the system sends the scheduling, switching and dimming level to each traffic signal pole. By using power line communication (PLC), the controller set points are transmitted to the local pole controller. The power line communication block consists of both transmitter and receiver part, the both transmitter and receiver are used to transfer the instructions from server to various traffic signals in the locality of the server.

The signal to be modeled consists of parameters, using which the original signal can be reconstructed or recovered. When once it is possible to accurately model a signal, then it becomes possible to perform important signal processing tasks such as signal compression, interpolation, prediction. The models used are AR (Auto Regressive) or All-Pole model, MA (Moving Average) or All-Zero model, ARMA (Auto Regressive Moving Average) or Pole-Zero model. Various methods have been suggested for the coefficients determination among which are Prony, Pade, Shank, Autocorrelation, Covariance techniques. This paper aims at AR modeling which is applied to these techniques on speech signals and comparisons are carried out. The comparisons are entirely based on the value of the coefficients obtained.

Melanoma skin cancer is on the ascent all around due to exposure to bright radiation and even in darker skinned groups, new cases are being found. In the same way as other cancers if it early detected, then chances of treatment will be successful and cure are high however in the event that distinguished at a later stage the chances are turn out to be low. This paper presents a methodological approach for the classification of pigmented skin lesions in dermoscopic images.

Traffic congestion is becoming a grave problem in many big cities of the country. Unpredictable failure of traffic signals, poor law enforcement and bad traffic management has led to this grave problem of traffic congestion. The road traffic management strategy determines the objectives, roles, responsibilities and operational principles of Regional Transport Office (RTO). The main aim of this project is to provide a smart way to monitor and control traffic congestion on roads and emergency service vehicles. The appropriate places for placing radio frequency readers are selected so that the radio frequency tags on ambulance and fire-extinguisher truck can be read easily by the reader. This project will improve the current traffic system. To control traffic, some corrective measures are taken that are implemented in our system. In the proposed system, there will be barricades placed before zebra crossing lines so that vehicles will stop behind it systematically and nobody will be able to break the signal and go, thus, reducing number of accidents. This will ensure safety of all the pedestrians and all drivers. In this system, the emergency services like ambulance vehicle and fire-extinguisher truck are also given priority to reach their destination in time, thus reducing delay. The proposed system is designed to accept information about any emergency cases such as the passing of president, or any other VIP persons, ambulances, or fire extinguisher trucks using radio frequency identification technology. For implementation, we are using one Arduino-UNO and one Arduino-MEGA board and RFID technology. The system has the ability to open a complete lane for such emergency cases. As a result, the system will guarantee the fluency of traffic for the main vital streets and paths that require fluent traffic during peak hours of the day and the traffic density.
