In recent years there has been rapid development in automation which has made human life easier in several aspects. In manufacturing plant certain chemicals are mixed in a specific proportion and heated to certain degrees of temperature, thus automation is required for human safety in chemical industry. The proposed system is introduced to reduce the components loss and human efforts by using Quality controller and notification system. It improves the accuracy of components. In existing system we dont get exact quality of chemical component. To overcome this problem continuous monitoring of the components is required. Camera is used for continuous monitoring it set to the particular region. Particular color value is stored in MySQL database. In this system pattern matching algorithm is used to detect the stored color value. If the stored value and present value do not match at that time DC motor stop the conveyer belt and also quick Alert generation will takes place and notification is send to respected person by using API package and buzzer is used for send notification. The additional advantage of this system is continuous monitoring of present color value of component at particular region using camera and reduces the product loss. Arduino is used to monitoring the all system.

The aim of this paper is to analyze the sales of a big superstore, and predict their future sales for helping them to increase their profits and make their brand even better and competitive as per the market trends by generating customer satisfaction as well. The technique used for prediction of sales is the Linear Regression Algorithm, which is a famous algorithm in the field of Machine Learning. The sales data is from the year 2017-19 and prediction of data for the year 2019 is done. Then, real-time data of the year 2019 is also taken and the actual data of the year 2019 has been compared to the predicted data to calculate the accuracy of prediction. This is done so as to validate our results with the actual ones. This in turn would help them take necessary actions (which has been discussed later) for their increase their sales.

Aiming at the data sparse and cold start problems in collaborative filtering recommendation algorithm, an optimized solution based on user characteristics and user ratings is proposed in this paper. Based on users' basic attributes and users' history score record, the similarity of users and the similarity of items are calculated, and the nearest neighbour users and similar items are obtained. The advantage of the algorithm is that it combines the user's score and personal attributes to calculate the similarity between users and to recommend items. The optimized algorithm is applied to the recommendation of insurance products. Experiments based on real data from insurance company show that this method can reduce the average absolute error and improve the accuracy of recommendation. Collaborative filtering is a technique used by recommender systems. In the newer, narrower sense, collaborative filtering is a method of making automatic predictions about the interests of a user by collecting preferences or taste information from many users.

Flying drones in safety zones is strictly prohibited. However anti-social elements are likely to hit important targets in such zones, by using drones. The aim of this project is to continuously monitor safety zones using SAR images and raise an alarm as soon as a Drone is detected. This project contains three modules: DII (Drone Image Input) module is used to provide different drone images as input for the system. The DI (Drone Identification) module is used to monitor the images of the safety zone and to identify drones when they enter the safety zone. The 'alarm' module is used to send the message to the safety officers as soon a Drone is detected in the safety zone. This project uses the OpenCV algorithm to identify different types of drones and distance calculation algorithm to measure the distance of the Drone from the safety zone. The images of various types of drones are stored in an image file system. The file system will be stored at a specific location in directory structure. The location will be fed as input to the system. KNN classification is used to classify the drone as one of the drones types. The k-nearest neighbors algorithm (k-NN) is a non-parametric method used for classification. The input consists of the k closest training examples in the feature space. The output is a class membership. An object is classified by the class that is most common among its k nearest neighbors. The classification is based on the length, width, height and curvature of the drones.

The atrocities, discrimination and oppression of the Schedule Caste of Orissa are not a new phenomenon. Hence, for the capacity building of the SC and to enable them to come out of the poverty trap, apart from livelihood sustaining measures, in an era of globalisation, strengthening of public health care facilities for SC needs foremost attention. The hypothesis question addressed is if the society and government join hands to educate schedule castes and make them self dependent then the present challenges of Roti,Kapada and Makaan can be overcome by good education ,good health ,regular income and improved quality of life. The Universe of study was 9 villages selected by random sampling from a list of the predominantly schedule caste populated villages in the vicinity of Bhubaneswar. This study was designed to examine the socio-economic status of the sample villages with the objective of developing a deeper understanding of the key social uses and dynamics in the project area. A pilot study was conducted in the districts before going to the field with interview schedules. The aim of the exercise was to let the communities know that they are an integral part of the journey of development. Focus Group Discussions were also held in these dwelling places to gather information orally as they are an excellent way to investigate illiterate population that might be excluded from regular survey analysis. From the Primary data collection process, both qualitative and quantitative data was collected after it was cross checked for authentication. The major findings of the study are quite revealing. The human development indicators shows that since post independence positive improvements were quite visible but there are many milestones yet to be achieved. The study concludes empowerment of the schedule caste, through various developing programmes particularly in line with the Four Es education employment, employability and entrepreneurship.

This study intends to assess the constitutional provisions regarding education in six developing countries from three different continents-India and Sri Lanka from Asia; South Africa and Egypt from Africa; Brazil and Cuba from Latin America. As of 2011, out of 191 countries, more than 80 percent of constitutions guaranteed or aspired to protect the right to education and most of the constitutions introduced this concept after the global prioritization of education under the influence of World Conference on Education for All, 1990. From the study, it can be concluded, the countries having constitutional commitment regarding free and compulsory primary and secondary education have high enrolment rates and better quality of public education as compared to those which have constitutional commitment limited to only elementary education. The experience of comparative analysis of these constitutional provisions will be beneficial for the other developing countries especially when most of the countries are struggling to provide inclusive and equitable quality education to all.

In todays world, there are about 740,000 people die and are affected as a result of armed violence each year. Armed violence erodes governance and peace whilst slowing down the achievement of the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs). Armed violence can have a significant effect on security and development just as it has in societies that are affected by war or civil war. Youth involvement in conflict and violence is a global problem, yet research and interventions tend to be isolated to specific manifestations like participation of children in war, inter-group tensions in the aftermath of the war, street living, inter-group fighting, and inter-personal aggression or exclusion. Previous analyses have focused on specific manifestations of conflict, in part because conflicts are grounded in different geopolitical and economic situations that are interesting to researchers in different academic disciplines. In this article, the engagement of or the participation of youth in violent armed conflicts is examined. The question of why youth engage in conflict is examined through the lens of the binary argument of greed and grievances. Thus this article engages with a theoretical analysis for the causes that relate to the participation and engagement of youth in violent conflict

The majority of the worlds population is able bodied. Yet, there are individuals who are not able to do their routine work without assistance. This inability to lead a normal and independent life puts them under the category called the disabled. A person may be disabled from birth or due to any incident, medical or non-medical, that may occur during her/his lifetime. Since time immemorial a person with a disability has undergone not only medical violations but also human rights violations. With the onset of the human rights movements, the disability rights movement in India too developed. The United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities has paved way for the Indian Disability Laws. Intellectual Disability is the worst affected and because of their inability to comprehend complex concepts they depend solely on the decisions of their parents/guardians.
