In the growth of population in world, people use vehicles to meet their comfort and necessity. As society has developed, the number of vehicles has increased and road conditions have become complicated, increasing the risk of crashes. This lead to heavy traffic, pollution etc. at the same time there is increase in incidents like accidents, breakdown of vehicles, infrastructural damages, etc. Therefore, a service that provides safe vehicle control and various types of information is urgently needed. In order to detect the various incidents, we sought to design and implement a real-time traffic information system for smart assistance systems. This will be useful for providing help in isolated accident prone areas via notifications sent through the system. With the help of these notifications necessary aid and help will be provided.

According to the World Health Organisation Malaria is a one of the most serious infectious disease which affected half of the Africa. Almost million of people are dying from this infected disease every year. The world have shown various techniques to diagnosis malaria through manual microscopy process. This process is considered to be time consuming ( leading to late diagnosis) because there are numerous of step required for the manuals process and prone to human error which lead to have wrong diagnosis Sometimes even in experienced hand. Some of the technology which we are going to study is to developed a robust, unsupervised and sensitive malaria screenings technology. In today's generation a digital image processing techniques is using to develop the smear image for diagnosis process. The advantages of using digital image processing is its ability to carry out the diagnosis in less time period,high quality of sensitivity and it also reduce the case of false negativity. A system optimizer is used for optimization of various desktop applications such as cleanup application and memory management. This cleaner software is used to remove the temporary files in the handheld systems and PC. Main aim of this application (software) is to optimize or merge the various desktop application in one application. The system service list and recycle bin , installed software to check the format status of any drive. The software also contain start and stop services, which is used to start and stop the applications that are already installed on the computer system. This program features an "Temp Files Delete" is used for free up the temporary files of the computer included windows and user temporary files. The project also includes the alert system, which means when the disk space is low, temporary files exceeds the level and recycle bin storage is also exceeded then the software will alert you and you can easily operate your system without caches and unwanted files. Water is a critical resource in the lives of people who both benefit from its use and who are harmed by its misuse and unpredictability (flooding, droughts, salinity, acidity, and degraded quality). Water is a finite and vulnerable resource. Consequently, consumption of polluted water puts lives and livelihoods at risk because water has no substitute. There are many ways in which water intended for human consumption can get polluted. These include wastes from industries like mining and construction, food processing, radioactive wastes from power generating industries, domestic and agricultural wastes and by various microbiological agents. Nowadays, water is being purified by various methods but research is being conducted to look for more reliable and cheaper methods that can purify water at an affordable cost. Various techniques have been developed like utilizing rechargeable polymer beads, seeds of Moringa Oleifera tree, aerobic granular sludge technology, resin based treatment and two-pronged water treatment technology.

This study confirmed that the aqueous extract of seaweed Ulva fasciata is capable of producing Silver nanoparticle (AgNPs) by reducing AgNO3 solution and is proved to be an efficient, eco-friendly and simple method. We have characterized the synthesized AgNPs using several techniques. The characteristic absorption peak at 249 nm in UV-Visible spectrum confirmed the formation of AgNPs. Crystalline nature of AgNPs is evident from the characteristic peaks in the XRD pattern. FESEM images revealed that the synthesized NPS are nearly spherical with size in the range 68.79-103.20 nm. The Characteristic peaks in the FTIR spectrum revealed the presence of Alcohols, Phenols, Alkanes and Amides, which is responsible for the formation of AgNPs. The outcome of this study is to know the methodology of green synthesis of silver nanoparticles and its characterization.
