Condition monitoring has become an important research with new developing technologies to diagnose the faults in induction motors. The condition based monitoring of the induction motor has been a important task for technicians, engineers, researchers mainly in industrial application such as railway, pumps, conveyors, blowers, elevator, mining industry, etc. Nowadays induction motors are the preferred choice among the industrial motors due to their rugged construction, the absence of brushes, the modern power electronics, and the ability to control the speed of the motor. Induction machines are used as actuators in many industrial processes. Although induction motors are reliable, they are subjected to some undesirable stresses, causing faults resulting in failure. Monitoring of an IM is a fast up-and-coming technology for the detection of initial faults. This paper proposes a wireless control and monitoring system for an induction motor based on Internet of things protocol for safe and economic data communication in industrial application. A microcontroller based system is used for collecting and storing data and accordingly generating control signal to stop or start the induction machine through Ethernet shield is used to interface developed with IoT.

In my paper I have tried, to explore the diverse facets of political systems that had its genesis right from the sites of Vedic period where there was a consistent articulation of creating structures that supported the ideology of decentralization. However if one looks at it very specifically, to the phase of 6 BC then that was the era of the Solasa Mahajanapaads or the Ganasanghas. The Ganasangha period, was very vibrant and with an erudite thinker, philosopher like Gautama Buddha living during this phase. His sublime teachings had an effect on the entire the polity of this period where the Cattari Arya Saccani created an interesting paradigm of holistic deliberation in the polity. The suttas, have very clear examples that highlight this impact. Taking examples from some suttas I have ushered in this point. However, it is to the credit of the erudite thinker, scholar and political commentator Kautilya, who took this idea of accountability and gave it a practical impetus by formulating clear systems of decentralization by delegating responsibility to individuals. This was the first step for bringing in accountability but ensuring at the same time freedom of life and expressions. It is then interesting to document how both philosopher thinkers ushered this synergy that focused on freewill that was the fall out of accountability.

The aim of this research work is to remove Nickel (II) ion from textile industrial effluent through biosorption using the biomaterial from Psidium Guajava leaf powder as a biosorbant. The experimental study was investigated with respect to different adsorbent doses, contact time and pH. The dosage of biosorbent is 2 gram/L. The maximum percentage (77.97%) removal efficiency of Ni(II) ion was attained at pH level of 6.00 with the dosage level of 1.0g of Psidium Guajava leaf powder. The intensity values of adsorption processes are in the range of 1 to 10 indicated that biosorbent material from Psidium guajava are very valuable as Nickel adsorbent in the textile wastewater. The suitability of the adsorbent was tested by fitting the adsorbent data with Langmuir and Freundlich isotherms.

With the increasing number of users using wireless applications, it is necessary to make the various user desired services such as internet, video conference, and many more applications to be available to users at any time they need with an acceptable scenario of waiting states. Multiple access techniques make this happen by distributing the channels to all the users accessing the network for which proper utilization of resources plays a key role. The newest category under this concept is Non-Orthogonal Multiple Access (NOMA) technique. The key idea of the proposed work is to efficiently utilize the resources allocated to the system in the whole process of communication. This is done through optimization of resources. The power optimization concept is given importance in this framework. The scenario of making the best use of power is framed as non-convex. The enhancement in the other objective function such as maximization of the probability of detecting the correct information at the receiver is also considered which is viewed as convex resource. The results are obtained by performing simulation using MATLAB and these are evident that the performance of NOMA is efficient and conveys that NOMA is having better performance than the conventional orthogonal scheme.

The major part of coastal areas of West Bengal is rural in nature. Eastern part of the coast in the South 24 Parganas is mostly uninhabited due to the presence of dense mangrove forest. There is only one township (Haldia) located on the coast of West Bengal. The major activities of the coastal communities are rural in nature. These activities include agriculture, fishing, collection of minor forest produce in Sundarban, dairy and poultry development activities, small scale retail trading and service sector activities. In and around Haldia, many members of the coastal population are employed in the organized industries and in various trading activities or service oriented professions. In and around Digha, the local people are engaged in various professions related to tourism inclusive of the transport sector employment. Self-employed rural artisans of various handicraft products are a small group having a difficult livelihood (ICZM Project, 2012). Therefore, an integrated, multidimensional and holistic approach to poverty eradication efforts is crucial to preserve and enhance the livelihoods of these rural poor. Thus a study is undertaken in coastal rural areas of West Bengal to explore the feasibility of blue economy being a part of green economy in blue world for rural development as a livelihood strategy in order to provide opportunities for improvement of living condition in a sustained way. The green economy in blue world or the blue economy is the integration of water based economy including inland water body and ocean economy development with the principles of social inclusion, environmental sustainability and innovative, dynamic business models.

In digital VLSI systems, binary addition is the most significance arithmetic function. Adders are utilized as DSP lattice filter where by the parallel prefix adder the ripple carry adders are substituted for reducing the delay. The adder requirement is fast, low power consumption and area efficient. In this paper, the parallel prefix adder is initiated as speculative Han-Carlson adder for variant binary addition of the most significant arithmetic function. In this method the proposed system has wider word length and the parallel prefix adder is replaced as speculative Han-Carlson adder is introduced as different stages of Kogge-Stone and Brent-Kung adders in which the complexity of design of the adder is reduced. The design of Verilog code is implemented in Xilinx and simulated by utilizing ISim.

In the present investigation, tests were conducted using a blend of Mahua oil and Diesel in a single cylinder, four stroke air cooled light duty direct injection diesel engine at different injection pressures as injection pressure is one of the main characteristics which effects the performance and emissions of a diesel engine. The injection pressure was increased from 150bar to 210bar (In steps of 30bar). Two test fuels were used during experiments including neat 100 % diesel fuel and a blend of 20% Mahua oil by volume in the diesel. The tests were carried out for the above proportion of Mahua oil and diesel. The performance tests were conducted at 1500 rpm with loading of 20,40,60,80, and 100 percent of maximum load.

ABSRACT Background: Jumpers knee is one of the more common tendinopathies affecting athletes with mature skeleton. It occurs in as many as 20% of jumping athletes with regard to bilateral tendinopathy males and females are equally affected. Objective: To determine the effect of Russian current to reduce and pain and increase quadriceps muscle strength in jumpers knee among athletes. Methodology: A convenient sample of 30 subjects was solicited from Saveetha medical college and hospital, Chennai. Participants were n=15 and age range 18 to 25 years. Subjects were then allocated in two groups. Group A (experimental group) in this group. Russian current were given for 20 minutes continuously 1 week. Group B (control group) in this group were given conventional physiotherapy alone. OUT COME MEASURES: Numerical pain rating scale, VISA score Procedure: Participants completed a questionnaire, which recorded demographic and clinical data related to patellar tendinopathy, and the NPRS and VISA-P scale during the first visit to Physiotherapy department. Each patient was fully informed of the confidentiality of their responses and the voluntary nature of their participation. Written informed consent was obtained from the participants before data collection. Results: The data obtained was tabulated and statistically analyzed. Due to nature of outcome measures of Pain and Quadriceps strength were calculated and compare pre and post intervention, parametric statistical tests, dependent t sample test and un paired t test were used. P value and statistical significance: The two-tailed P value is less than 0.0001.By conventional criteria; this difference is considered to be extremely statistically significant. Conclusion: Jumpers knee is an overuse injury, with repeated strain, micro-tears, as well as collagen degeneration, may occur in the tendon. This is known as patellar tendinopathy on Jumpers Knee This study concluded that Russian current was effective to reduction of pain and increased quadriceps strength in jumpers knee among athletes.

Halftone is used to refer the image that is produced by this process. Tone imagery contains a range of colors or grey, the halftone process reduces the visual reproduction to image that is printed with only one color of ink, in dots of differing in sizes. In this paper, a novel technique named as halftone visual cryptography is proposed to achieve the visual cryptography via digital halftoning. The Visual cryptography encodes a secret binary images into shares of binary patterns. Digital halftoning means deciding to place the dots by using computer algorithms, as opposed to the old-fashioned analog methods. Halftoning is a method for creating the illusion of continuous tone output. Effective digital halftoning can substantially improves the quality of rendered image at minimal cost.
