The research paper high spots the issue of women hygiene products that are becoming a serious environmental issue due to the non-biodegradable raw materials. In the manufacturing of most sanitary pads, raw materials like wood pulp, polyethylene etc are used consisting of high carbon footprints poisoning habitat. Some firms use alternative absorbent fibres like bamboo, jute, banana fibre having a lower level of carbon footprints. The findings of the paper have been based on a secondary comparative study of firms which produce eco-friendly sanitary napkins with those that use non-biodegradable raw materials. It has been found that the firms using eco-friendly raw materials cause a positive externality, whereas the latter causes a negative external effect. The paper uses primary data to analyse the women preference among synthetic and organic sanitary napkin and it has been found that only 1/4 of women population uses organic sanitary napkins and women prefer synthetic napkins more than organic sanitary napkins. The factors have been listed for detailed understanding. Further, it uses the municipal solid waste act to highlight the insufficiency of government in this context. The external effects of non-biodegradable sanitary napkins cause those to be considered as bad good.

Digital watermarking technology is interested in solving the problem of copyright protection, data authentication, content identification, distribution, and duplication of the digital media due to the great developments in computers and Internet technology. Recently, protection of digital audio signals has taken a great attention from the researchers. This paper proposed a new audio watermarking scheme based on Discrete Wavelet Transform (DWT), Singular Value Decomposition (SVD), and Quantization Index Modulation (QIM) with synchronization code embedded within double encrypted watermark images or logos into stereo audio signal. In the algorithm, an original audio signal is split into blocks and each block is decomposed into two levels discrete wavelet transform, and then the approximate low frequency sub-band coefficients are decomposed by the SVD transform, obtaining a diagonal matrix. The prepared watermarking and synchronization code bit stream is embedded into the diagonal matrix using Quantization Index Modulation (QIM). After that, we apply ISVD and IDWT to obtain the watermarked audio signal. The watermark can be blindly extracted without knowledge of the original audio signal. Experimental results show that the transparency and imperceptibility of the proposed algorithm is satisfactory, and robustness is strong against popular audio signal processing attacks. High watermark payload is achieved and performance analysis is presented.

This paper deals with the process of automatically recognizing who is speaking on the basis of individual information included in speech waves. Speaker recognition methods can be divided into text-independent and text dependent methods. In a text independent system, speaker models capture characteristics of somebody's speech, which show up irrespective of what one is saying. In a text-dependent system, on the other hand, the recognition of the speaker's identity is based on his or her speaking one or more specific phrases, like passwords, card numbers, PIN codes, etc. This paper is based on text independent speaker recognition system and makes use of mel frequency cepstrum coefficients to process the input signal and vector quantization approach to identify the speaker. The above task is implemented using MATLAB. This technique is used in application areas such as control access to services like voice dialing, banking by telephone, database access services, voice mail, security control for confidential information areas, and remote access to computers.

In this paper a millimeter-wave(mmW) narrow bandpass filter is proposed and designed by using substrate integrated waveguide(SIW) by using T-shape slot. The stopband performance is achieved by using DGS which is etched on the ground plane of the SIW cavity. The DGS has been analyzed for different dimensions of T-slot to achieve the good stopband performance.. The proposed structure has been designed over a dielectric substrate with dielectric constant of 3.5 and with thickness of 0.5mm. The SIW bandpass filter achieves an insertion loss of 1.2dB, and a return loss of better than 25dB. The proposed filter has a pass-band covers 26.5GHz to 27.5GHz and its fractional bandwidth is about 3.7%. The proposed filter is designed and simulated using ADS(Advanced Design System) software.

Attention-deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) is the most common neurobehavioral disorder of childhood. It is a complex disorder of impairment of brain function characterized by triads of Inattention, Hyperactivity and Impulsivity. Its etiology is strongly linked with hereditary and genetic factors triggered by environmental influences. The most common population affected by it are school age children although, it may occur in all age groups. Treatment options in modern medicine for ADHD include mainly stimulant medication and psychotherapies. Ayurveda considers each and every disease arises due to vitiation of either sharirika or manasika doshas or both. The classical features of ADHD imply vitiation of vata dosha in sharirika bhava and raja dosha in mansika bhava. Shirodhara is a unique modality of treatment for mental disorder as per Ayuvedic literatures. Behavioral disorder like ADHD has close similarity with manasika vyadhi. Shirodhara can be adopted as one of the best treatment for neurobehavioral disorder.

Twitter has become one of the most important channels of communication with its ability to provide the latest and latest information. Given the extensive use of Twitter as a source of information, touching an interesting tweet for users among a bunch of tweets is a challenge. A huge amount of tweets sent per day per hundred million users, information overload is inevitable. To extract the high-volume information from different tweets, Named Entity Recognition, methods on formal texts. However many applications in information retrieval and NLP ie .natural language processing suffers from the noisy and short nature of tweets. In this paper, we propose a framework which first of all collect the live tweet then Named Entity Recognition get performed on it by using Stanford NER also System Finds its Global and Local Presence and accordingly Segmentation get performed.

Evolution of data communications in the early days was mainly numerical and textual form. Many other forms of data: voice, music, speech, images, computer graphics, etc as specified mostly in the form of electrical or electronic signals. A Signal is a function that conveys information. The concept of digital image processing was introduced relatively late in computer history after the arrival of the first graphical operating systems. More ever, digital image processing requires the most careful optimizations especially for real time applications. Transfer of the messages as signals through electronic media: telegraphs, telephones, television, radar, etc. may be affected by the systems used to acquire, transmit, or process them. Also these systems are imperfect and introduce noise, distortion, or other artifacts leading to necessity of the signal processing. Accordingly, we specifically introduce the information content into the signal to extract it out later by encoding natural phenomena (audio signal, acquired image, etc.), but also generated from scratch (speech generation, computer generated music, computer graphics). Ofllate these technologies are merged together by acquiring a natural signal, processing it, and then transmitting it in some electronic form. This form is called Digital Image Processing. Computer vision aims to duplicate the effect of human vision by electronically perceiving and understanding an image. Incurring an enormous loss of information in due processing. In order to simplify the task of computer vision processing, two levels are usually distinguished viz: Low-level image processing and High-level image processing. Low level images processing methods usually use very little knowledge about the content of image. In the case of the later, it is usually provided by high-level algorithms. Low level methods often include image compression, pre-processing methods for noise filtering, edge extraction, image sharpening and boundary detection for image classification and analysis. High-level image processing is based on knowledge, goals, and plans of how to achieve those goals, and artificial intelligence methods are widely applicable. In this thesis low level image processing methods have been studied for image segmentation and classification of images.

Oozie is widely used in several large production clusters across major enterprises to schedule Hadoop jobs. It simplifies the process of creating workflows and managing coordination among jobs. Oozie offers the ability to combine multiple jobs sequentially into one logical unit of work. An Oozie workflow is a collection of actions arranged in a directed acyclic graph (DAG).Pig is an abstraction over Map Reduce. It is a tool/platform which is used to analyse larger sets of data representing them as data flows. Pig is generally used with Hadoop; we can perform all data manipulation operations in Hadoop using Pig. The purpose of this is to provide automation through Oozie where large sets of data are analysed using Pig queries thereby reducing the time complexity.
