Sign language is used by the Deaf people for communicating with others. This proposed system provides an opportunity for deaf persons to communicate with normal people without the need of an interpreter. This paper presents an Automatic translation system for gesture of manual alphabets in Marathi sign language. This system provides system and methods for the automatic recognition of Marathi sign language. This system contains two steps; first step is to create a database of Marathi Sign Language and in second step hand gesture recognition. We have experimented the use of this sensor glove on people of different age groups and proposed system provides the better recognition rates near about 94-95%.

The union territory of 'Pondicherry' Comprises of four regions namely 'Pondicherry, who were the last to settle in pondicherry. However the Genius of the Frenchmen enabled them to cope up with the European rivals.Francois Martin is often acclaimed as the founder of Pondicherry. But even before his arrival, Pondicherry was a famous cloth centre and also had a good port. The English records mention that the pindaris, after the capture of Gingee, had plundered the cloth port of Pondicherry in 1648. His perseverance, his gentleness with the natives, his fair dealing all contributed to the real foundation of the settlement at Pondicherry. The fruits of his excellent rule were fully realized in the time of his successors.

In the aim of achieving greater visibility, too many Arab literary texts have been translated into English. Actually, this work gives focus on the post-colonial era in which too many literary works were produced but the western orientalists and academics continued to consider them as worthless and worked to spread stereotypes until a wave of translations in the Arab literature took place. This paper shows how the orientalist notion that modern Arab literature is not a literature by itself but a social documentary, proved to be untrue through the remarkable translated texts which achieved repute and success inside as well as outside the Arab boundaries.

Banking sector is playing important role for the sustainable economic growth. Profitability in Indian scheduled commercial banks needs to be evaluated for the improvement of banking system. The purpose of the study is to analyze the impact of the profitability and evaluate the role of bank specific factors on the Scheduled commercial banks in India for the period of 2006-07 to 2016-17. In this paper, financial ratios are used on the basis of factor analysis. The study shows that no individual factor can be solely responsible for the variations in the profitability in the banks; it is a combination of different factors which are associated with the profitability. Factor analyses have selected to identify the factors that get highest, moderate and lowest priority in banking performance. The various analyses have been used to study the profitability and various tests have been applied to know the factors and bring out the variables. Nationalized Banks Group associated with profitability was positioned at the top followed by SBI Banks Group.

The future of fiber technology for medical application depends largely on the future needs of our civilization. The use of new polymers for medical textile application has increased rapidly over the past quarter of century. The polymers are excellent candidates for applications in the medical field because of their versatility, biocompatibility, bio absorbability and absence of cytotoxicity. New polymer encompasses practically every facet of modern civilization. In fact along with other medical hi-technology streams like bio-technology, this technology will also be one of the major propellants for developments. Today emerging polymer includes new capability polymers such as alginate, chitin chitosan, collagen, hydro gels, hydrocolloids, superabsorbent polymers and such others.

Food production is a top priority issue in the world. Bakery products are an item of mass consumption in view of their low price and with rapid growth and changing eating habits of people. The bakery waste has a potential value for producing enzymes. Lipase producers have been isolated mainly from bread waste that contains oils, fats etc. In this paper, Staphylococcus saprophyticus bacteria was isolated from bread waste and screened for lipase activity. Parameters like pH, substrate, incubation time, metal ions, carbon source and nitrogen sources, detergents were used for optimization. Among all the parameters the maximum lipase activity of 5.01157U/ml was found in pH8.

A series of rare earth metal complexes of Ce (III), Pr(III), Nd(III), Sm(III), Gd(III) and have been synthesized with newly synthesized biologically active macrocyclic ligand. The ligand was synthesized by condensation of ?-diketone 1-(4-chlorophenyl)-3-(2-hydroxyphenyl)propane-1,3-dione and 4-chlorobenzene-1,2-diamine. These complexes were characterized by various physico-analytical techniques, elemental analysis, molar conductivity, magnetic susceptibility, thermal analysis, X-ray diffraction, IR, 1H-NMR, electronic and mass spectroscopy. From the analytical data, stoichiometry of the complexes was found to be 1:1 (metal: ligand). Thermal behaviour (TG/DTA) analysis suggests more ordered activated state in complex formation. All the complexes are of high spin type and seven coordinated. The antibacterial and antifungal activities of the ligand and its metal complexes, has been screened in vitro against Staphylococcus aures, P. aeruginosa, M. luteus and Aspergillus niger, C. abicans respectively. All the complexes were found to be the more active than their parent ligand and metal salts.

The Renewable energy resources are widely used due to rapid consumption of fossil fuel and it is leading the world towards an energy crisis. To meets the electricity load demands introduction of renewable energy is in a generation of electrical power can serve as a great help for the future generation. In the recent years, solar energy has one of the safest and pollution less renewable energy resource.[1] The proposed system also generates the power by using solar energy. In the proposed system we design a P.V module which takes solar energy as input and generate the electrical at its output end. By using MPPT algorithm which is Incremental Conductance Method we get 100kw power from PV module. and also step up the voltage level with help of DC-DC Boost Converter. This boost voltage is further applied to Three Phase Inverter to converts power from boost converter and the DC to AC. At the inverter output terminal, we get the three-phase power supply which connected to Grid. Matlab/Simulink used for design the proposed system.

The present study stress on the medicinal properties of Curcuma longa, and find its effectiveness and efficiency against diverse pathogenic microorganisms and further contribute in enhancing phytology. The result of the present study revealed that both aqueous and methanolic extract showed antibacterial activity against the test organism by Agar well diffusion method. Both the bacterial strains were sensitive to the turmeric extracts, although, it was observed that S.aureus showed more inhibition against methanolic extract as compared to the aqueous extract whereas, E.coli showed similar zone of inhibition against both the extracts. Phytochemical screening of the crude turmeric extract revealed the presence of carbohydrates, proteins, steroids, alkaloids and flavonoids. These bioactive principles are believed to be responsible for the antibacterial property of turmeric and therefore it could be used for therapeutic purposes along with other medicinal plants.

: The presence of the text data in images containing information that is useful for clearing automatically, indexing, and structuring an image. In the extraction of this information involves the detection, localization, tracking, extraction, enhancement, and recognition of text from the image provided. Nevertheless, because of differences change the text size, style, orientation, and alignment, and low image contrast and complex background to the problem of automatic text extraction extremely challenging [1]. Although a comprehensive survey of related problems such as face detection, analysis, documents, and indexing of images & videos can be found, the problem of extracting the text information is not well explored. In this research, we present a generic framework and methodology for automatically extract the text content of the image. In particular, we use the different images. The proposed system automatically detect the text of images if the text of image match from database image, to display the target image if the match not found, user can add the text to the image and store the image to the database.

World economy is growing, the standard of living of people has improved, technological advancements have been made, and superpowers are emerging. The bright side of the picture has a flip side too. Violence is on the rise-whether it be ethnic, communal or nations waging war against each other. But what has shaken up the world is the rise of terrorism. No country has been left unaffected by terror attacks. In fact, so sinister are the vibes of terrorism that it is now a popular belief among many that acts of terrorism vandalize an economy and rip it apart. In the paper ‘Tracing Economic Development to Terrorism – with reference to India and Iraq’, an attempt has been made to link key economic parameters to terrorism to see how much an economy is effected by terror incidents. Focus is mainly on growth of gross domestic product, change in tourist arrivals and fluctuations in investments in Iraq and India (with special focus on Jammu and Kashmir) during periods of terrorism. The purpose of the paper is to find whether economic development of a state is disturbed during these turbulent times or not and by how much.
