MSMEs are vital for contribution to GDP, employment, exports balanced development and being nursery of entrepreneurs in Andhra Pradesh. The Government of Andhra Pradesh is striving for the establishment and development of MSMEs in all its 13 districts by providing a variety of incentives, concessions, assistance and subsidies for their development. In this context, the present paper makes an attempt to present and analyze the structural features of MSMEs in Rayalaseema districts of Andhra Pradesh, which comprises Anantapuram, Chittoor, Kurnool and YSR districts. After the reorganization of the State of Andhra Pradesh according to the A.P. Reorganization Act -2014, Andhra Pradesh was separated with 13 districts, comprising 9 Coastal and 4 Rayaalseema districts. This paper specifically focuses on Rayalaseema region and attempts to prove that MSMEs are one of the best strategic options for the economic development of Rayalaseema districts, as they are comparatively backward and drought-prone districts. Estimating the correlation between the amount of capital required for generating employment both in large and medium industries as well as in MSMEs, this paper corroborates the argument that MSMEs are the engines of employment generation. An attempt is made of analyze the growth and performance of MSMEs in Rayalaseema region in terms of number of units, investments made and employment generated with specific focus on four districts of Rayalaseema region. A brief mention is made about the constructive intervention of Government of Andhra Pradesh in a variety of ways and aspects related to MSMEs, their establishment and development during the post-reorganization period i.e. 2014-15 to 2017-18. The paper concludes that MSMES the best suitable industrial activities for the development of Rayalseema districts, where the irrigation intensity is low, agriculture sector is subject to disguised unemployment; age productivity is low and severely prone to drought.

The study of consumer behavior is becoming increasingly important as businesses grow and compete with each other to occupy larger share of consumer’s mind. The study is based on the tri-component model of attitudes propounded by Fishbein and Aizen in 1975. However, none of the comparative research is evident about attitudes of Indian and Saudi consumers. Since the two countries have cultural similarities as well as dissimilarities like Saudi Arab is completely populated with Muslims whereas, in India, a Hindu dominated country 18% of the people comprise of Muslims. Moreover, India is the second largest market in the world and is inclined and open to the foreign investment, while as Saudi Arab has a potential to make their own investments but Saudi consumers are much inclined by the western brands. Thus this communality took our attention to conduct this piece of research on consumer attitudes of both the countries. The product/service launch is preceded by the target market analysis in which their attitudes are thoroughly studied. The business decisions are no more taken based on hunches or even the pattern of past Purchases doesn’t suffice anymore. Our research revealed that the future attitude is being studied by the organizations which have made it scientific and the important aspect of consumer behavior is Country-Of –Origin effect which influences the consumer’s buying behavior.

Greater the number of internet users greater will be the impact on tourism industry of Kashmir. More awareness with the information will lead to a culture of connectivity. Thus indispensable use of social media called attention towards measurement of effectiveness of web 2.0 web sites. The strategic adoption of the e-Business models has a significant impact on the tourism enterprises and its benefits are incremental and intangible in nature. Therefore, the websites used for promotion of the tourism services need to be assessed and evaluated from time to time to know the mental model of end users from time to time which itself is dynamic in nature. For this purpose, a thorough review of literature was done to identify the variable which could work as a benchmark for evaluating second generation websites. Thus in this research were the variables which were taken into consideration were; accessibility, user friendliness, attractiveness, appearance, contents, completeness, clarity, and accuracy. The data was collected from 295 tour operators of Srinagar city who were registered with J&K Tourism Department. A criterion for evaluating Web 2.0 websites was developed and the model was applied to empirical data. Pertinently, there is a continuous need of further refinement of the dimensions and fresh data need to be gathered to provide significant insights into the literature. Moreover the data was obtained in 2016 (post unrest). Thus, the chances of limited degree of inadequacy of data cannot be ruled out.

The paper presents an approach for the variance of population growth in Brazil. Population of Brazil has been predicted with the help of an ordinary differential equation model known as logistic population model which is parameterized by growth rate along with carrying capacity human Population of Brazil . Secondary data for Brazil Populations (2006-2016) from international database is collected and the model proposed in this paper to find the birth ,death and population growth rate is found to be a very good fit with the actual data. So the logistic model is implemented to predict the future population growth rate for Brazil up to 2100 and the results are analyzed by using MATLAB software

In India, urban populations, in general, grow about twice as fast as the overall total, and by 2020, they may exceed the size of the rural population. Such a significant demographic trend challenges the capacities of some traditional small-scale businesses to cope with the increasing demands. And this is why Rural Entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly important in India, and already, there is a changing trend in how things happen. The objective of this endeavor is to find out the Problems and Challenges for the potentiality of rural women Entrepreneurship in India with special reference to women entrepreneurs in Chittoor district. It also focuses on the major problems faced and facing by rural women entrepreneurs especially in the fields of Marketing of products, financial amenities and other primary amenities, i.e. availability of electricity, water supply, transport facilities and required energy etc. and finally to develop guidelines for grooming successful women entrepreneurs Some of the suggestions offered in this write-up include the creation of self help mutually aided groups , institutional support for providing timely credit to women ,creating awareness amongst women entrepreneurs about business opportunities ,marketing techniques and other managerial inputs.

The Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm (ECDSA) is the elliptic curve analogue of the Digital Signature Algorithm (DSA). It was accepted in 1999 as an ANSI standard, and was accepted in 2000 as IEEE and NIST standards. It was also accepted in 1998 as an ISO standard, and is under consideration for inclusion in some other ISO standards. Unlike the ordinary discrete logarithm problem and the integer factorization problem, no sub exponential-time algorithm is known for the elliptic curve discrete logarithm problem. For this reason, the strength-per-key bit is substantially greater in an algorithm that uses elliptic curves. This paper describes the implementation of more secure digital signature concept over Elliptic Curve Digital Signature Algorithm.

It is no doubt that the contamination of water, air and soil has worsened, and this occurs as a result of the increase in population. However, the need for remediation technologies has to be seriously considered. Phytoremediation is one of the remediation techniques with a relatively slow procedure and low efficiency. This review covers some of the biological, chemical, physical, physico-chemical and genetic methods, which were applied in parallel with phytoremediation, in an attempt to help increase the efficiency in the remediation of air, soil and water.

The objective of this paper is to examine what the evidence is for a link from oil prices to food prices. We are not the first to raise this question. There is a rapidly growing literature using time-series data to study the link between oil prices, agricultural commodity prices and food prices. The modelling techniques used and the main conclusions reached in this literature have been reviewed by Serra and Silverman (2013). Much of this literature, however, is based on theoretical time-series models that are inherently incapable of establishing or quantifying causal. Prices for agricultural commodities have been rising over the past 10 years. During the same period, crude oil prices have also increased substantially. The simultaneous rise in the price for agricultural inputs and crude oil has raised new questions about whether an increase in oil prices translates to increased food prices, an occurrence called pass-through
