Mobile ad hoc networks (MANET) are self-establishing network that contains range of limited frequency and bandwidth. The technique does not require any specific infrastructure. The ad hoc network changes its topology suddenly. Establishing an optimal route from source to destination plays a crucial role in designing mobile ad hoc network along with higher energy efficient routing protocols. Genetic Algorithm is used to determine the shortest path between source and destination. The genetic algorithm will take less computational time in sending again the packet to the destination and therefore it results in increasing throughput in the Mobile Ad hoc Network. In this thesis, different routing protocols, its classifications, advantages and disadvantages of the routing protocols and taxonomy of energy efficient routing protocols in mobile ad hoc network are discussed and established genetic algorithm technique is implemented to determine the shortest path between the source and the destination.

To establish an associated relation among various resources, an association link network is designed by extending the hyperlink network to an association-rich network. The resources are available on the Web in the form of a loosely connected network of no semantics which get organized by association link network to provide web intelligent services such as web browsing, web knowledge discovery, publishing etc. This paper builds the multi-layer theory of association semantic that includes three-layer viz., Layer 1, Layer 2 and Layer 3. It uses semantic layered technology to provide theoretical support as well as to improve searching efficiency to search the related information. Experimental results show that information gets searched efficiently with the recommendations for related topics as well as current topics. Association link network helps to connect the loosely connected data to an association-rich network to show the related information of a specified topic. The integration between an association link network model and information resources provides a new way of organizing required information to the user with their semantics.

ABSTRACT: The study of attributional style is an attempt to identify dimensions of control in which students feel that they have control over life events. Obtaining information about once attributional style allows the investigators to make better predictions about the nature of an individual student. The present study aims to find out the differences of attributional style of higher secondary school students. 100 students were taken from two types of schools in Chennai and Tirunelveli. A simple random sampling technique was adapted for the selection of sample in the schools. Attributional style Questionnaire by Seligman and Peterson (1984) was used to collect data. Results are statistically analyzed through Differential Analysis in this study. It is concluded that much differences are seen among dimensions of positive attributional styles.

The basic motive of the research paper is to study bilateral trade relation between India and USA using the Revealed Comparative Advantages Index and Trade Complementarity Index for the period 2011 to 2016. The study revealed that India enjoys comparative advantages in 9 items out of 20 major categorised items based on 2 digits HS Code in its trade composition whereas in case of USA only 8 items enjoys comparative advantages. Further, it has been seen that among 20 major items, one country having comparative advantages for some items but another country has comparative disadvantages for the same items, it signifies the good bilateral trade relation and trade dependence of both the countries. The Complementarity Index of both the countries indicates that export supply of India and USA partially matched with the import demand of USA and India respectively; Indices of India is being continuously decreased but for the USA it is being continuously increased during the research period 2011 to 2016. It implies that India may have better trade potential with USA by diversifying its trade structures to USA.

Abstract : A major infectious disease now a days is tuberculosis. Tuberculosis is an infectious disease that caused by various strains of micro-bacterium, usually Mycobacterium Tuberculosis. In shortly, Mycobacterium Tuberculosis is called as MTB. The major public health problem in India and worldwide is Tuberculosis. Poor nutrition is a problem among TB patients. Approximately 2 million TB cases is found in India and 8.6 million TB cases is stayed worldwide. The relation between malnutrition and tuberculosis is stayed. Malnutrition is generally measured by BMI (Body Mass Index).Malnutrition is mainly two types. One is under-nutrition and another is over nutrition. When BMI is less than 18.5 kg/m2 (<18.5 kg/m2), it is called underweight and when BMI is greater than equal to 25 kg/m2 (>=25 kg/m2) is known as overweight/obese. Severe underweight is occurred when BMI is less than 16 kg/m2. It is seen in many studies that underweight peoples are more prone to develop Tuberculosis (TB) and it is also observed in many studies and survey that males are more affected in TB than females. Micronutrient status of tuberculosis patients with malnutrition is very poor. Micronutrient mainly vitamin A and Zinc (Zn) deficiency is observed in patients with pulmonary tuberculosis. Lower concentration of hemoglobin of blood, white blood cell (WBC), serum albumin, vitamin A (serum retinol) and zinc is observed with active tuberculosis compared with health peoples. Active tuberculosis patients has poor micronutrient status compared with healthy peoples. Low hemoglobin concentration, serum retinol and zinc (Zn) is observed with TB patients with malnutrition. It is cleared that TB patients has poor nutritional status. It is seen that maximum number of patients belongs to underweight with BMI less than 18.5kg/m2. Maximum number of nutrients deficiency occur with malnourished Tuberculosis patients mainly calorie, protein, micronutrients deficiencies like vitamin A,D,B12, zinc (Zn), iron and folic acid. For TB patients, medication with proper diet is needed to overcome the situation. High calorie, high protein and adequate amount of micronutrients diet is required to fulfill the deficiency gap in TB patients. The diet needs to contain liberal amounts of milk, dhal, eggs, fish, meat, green leafy vegetables and fruits. Now, there are treatment (DOTS stands for Directly Observed Treatment, Short-course) and dietary guideline for TB patients. Patients needs to be disciplined to take their medicine properly from primary health care in villages. In together, TB medicine and diet can cure the patients more quickly than medicine alone. And patients should be stayed in tension free condition because tension can decrease appetite.

Grass pea is rich in minerals. The seeds have a higher concentration of magnesium and phosphorus followed by calcium. The chemical composition of grass pea may vary according to varieties/ genotype, geographical region of their growing and maturity and environmental factors (soil fertility, nitrogen nutrition, temperature, and water stress and soil pH). The grass pea (Latyrus sativus) seeds cultivated in different States of India like Andhra Pradesh, Kerala, Odisha, West Bengal, Chattisgarh and Bihar were taken and the seeds were treated using different processing methods of wet roasting, boiling and soaking+boiling and also further mineral analysis for the estimation of Calcium, Iron, Copper, Zinc, and Magnesium were determined using atomic absorption spectrophotometer method. Among all the States of India, the mineral analysis of the seeds of Lathyrus sativus showed higher amounts of minerals in Andhra Pradesh. In Andhra Pradesh, the soaked + boiled processed seeds showed a better amount of mineral values compared to raw, wet roasted and boiled processed Lathyrus sativus seeds seeds whereas in Bihar, the values were the lowest. The seeds have a higher concentration of magnesium followed by calcium. The trace minerals are also significantly high
