Some complexes of divalent Iron metal have been prepared with Schiff base ligand ?(o-hydroxy aceto phenone) imino aceto hydroxamic acid in presence of bases containing nitrogen and oxygen atoms as donor sites. The ligand behaves as bi-anionic tridentate molecule. On characterisation of the ligand and the complexes by usual physico-chemical methods such as elemental analysis, measurement of electrical conductance, magnetic moment, electronic and IR spectra of the ligand and the complexes, all the complexes have been found to be nonelectrolyte, monomeric, paramagnetic and octahedral in geometry with general molecular formula [Fe(L)(B)3] where L = ligand and B = bases.

Evolution of social work is the contribution of Enlightenment, Technological Advancement and Industrialization. The emergence of social work dates back to the late nineteenth century and continued on through the first half of the twentieth (1890s to 1940s). Social work deal with different aspects of human life: i.e. social, political, economic, cultural and aesthetic behavior of man. They use various methods of empirical investigation and critical analysis to develop a body of knowledge about social order and social change. Social work covers a wide spectrum of subjects, including economics, political science, sociology, history, archaeology, anthropology, and law. There are two goals for the theoretical study of social works, the first group believes in the application of theory and the second aims at better understanding of the working of the changing social world.

This paper deals with the practices for strengthening of woman has risen as a significant notion of modern social structure. The financial strengthening of women is being viewed as one of the basic factors of development for a nation. Therefore concerned literature, political scholars, social researchers and reformers have emphasized on tools & practices for social & economic independence of women. Local and central government have come up with plans and projects for ascertaining monetary freedom of women, especially from below poverty line. NGOs & SHGs have helped in development of the Micro economic sustainability. With the exploration of entrepreneurial opportunities, women have become financially autonomous and generate business opportunities for other needy men and women in the vicinity. This paper discusses the facts and figures of women entrepreneurial development in rural Bihar, India.

We all know that Yoga is a great technique used to do breath control and adoption of specific bodily postures. Yoga is widely practiced for health and body relaxation. Similarly Healthy 8 is a walking technique introduced by the Siddhas inIndia a few thousand years ago. Every one knows that regular walking is a great way to keep one's health fit but walking "8" shaped will give you tremendous health benefits. This is considered to be a spreme walk. Large amount of Oxygen will be inhaled during this walk. Phelgm in the lungs will come out slowly. Body gets energized due to huge quantity of oxygen consumption. One will feel energized the whole day. As per the guidance given by the siddhas, 6 to 8 feet wide and 12 to 16 feet long. Directions

Background: Rock climbing places extreme forces on the upper extremity. The various grip techniques transmit extremely high forces through the tissue of the digits, hand and forearm resulting in a variety of acute and chronic injuries. Climbers present a stronger imbalance, it is probable that they have more difficulties in controlling and protecting their joints and are, therefore more exposed to joints instability, joint surface over-use and/or ligament tear. For this type of injuries hand rehab can be given which can improve their strength and prevent injuries.

Background: The hamstrings are an important muscle in running, but they tend to be neglected by runners in terms of stretching and strengthening. A tight hamstring is often the result of not stretching before running and could be indicative of strain. Brian Mulligan has developed most brilliant compilation of manual techniques such as Bent Leg Raise and Traction Straight Leg Raise in hamstring flexibility. Objectives: To compare the effect of Bent Leg Raise and Traction Straight Leg Raise on hamstring muscle tightness and lumbar spine mobility. Methods: Total number of 60 marathon runners between age 18-35 years of both genders with more than 1 year of experience were selected by simple random sampling, and were divide into three groups of 20each, Group A, B and C using envelop method. Subjects in Group A received Bent Leg Raise technique and static stretching, Group B received Traction Straight

This paper focus on classification of signatures of four different types of aircraft prototypes. In order to classify the signatures, Support Vector Machine method is proposed. This procedure is designed to pair wise generate optimally aligned signatures by back tracking along the optimal alignment path. Classification results on these prototype signatures show that this method is quite robust in classifying the signals with unequal duration, compared to nearest mean classifier and Dynamic Time Wrapping method. Classification results were observed for different MSSNR for both classification methods. This paper also focused on reconstructing signatures based on the alignment path

This study examines the impact of government health expenditure on women and child health outcomes in India during 2005-2015 on the basis of maternal and child health indicators. With the use of secondary data and econometric analysis the relationship between health expenditure and key health indicators have been done. The results reveal highly significant negative correlations between health expenditure and mortality indicators (MMR: r=-0.983, p<0.01; IMR: r=-0.991, p<0.01) and strong positive correlations with service coverage indicators (Institutional Delivery: r=0.994, p<0.01; Full Immunization: r=0.995, p<0.01). Regression analysis demonstrates that every Rs. 1000 crore increase in health expenditure reduces MMR by 0.80 per 100,000 live births and IMR by 0.18 per 1,000 live births. The study shows significant interstate differences with best performing states such as Kerala and Tamil Nadu, spend 4-5 times more per capita on health than Empowered Action Group (EAG) states. The findings highlight the vital role of long-term expenditure on health infrastructure development particularly in underperforming states for improving the equitable improvements in health of women and children.

Geopolymer concrete (GPC) has emerged as a promising sustainable alternative to conventional Portland cement concrete (PCC), offering a potential reduction in the construction industry's substantial greenhouse gas emissions. PCC production is a major contributor to CO2, and GPC, utilizing industrial by-products like fly ash and ground granulated blast furnace slag (GGBFS), presents a compelling solution. This review examines GPC, focusing on its strength, durability, and workability. GPC uses geopolymers as the binding agent--inorganic aluminosilicate materials synthesized through alkali activation of source materials. This geopolymerization process involves dissolving aluminosilicate precursors in a highly alkaline solution, forming a three-dimensional polymeric network. The use of industrial by-products like fly ash and GGBFS aligns with sustainable practices. GPC has demonstrated the potential for comparable or superior mechanical properties, particularly compressive strength, compared to PCC, especially with optimized mix designs and curing conditions. Research on the microstructure development of alkali-activated fly ash provides insights into strength development. GPC also offers potential durability improvements, notably in aggressive chemical environments like sulfate attack. However, challenges remain, including workability concerns. Optimizing mix design parameters, such as the SiO2/Na2O ratio of the alkali activator, is crucial for achieving desired workability without sacrificing other properties. Long-term durability in diverse environments requires further investigation, extending beyond sulfate resistance to include freeze-thaw cycles and chloride exposure. This review synthesizes research on GPC's strength (compressive, tensile, flexural), exploring the influence of source materials, alkali activators, curing conditions, and mix design. It also addresses durability aspects (chemical resistance, freeze-thaw, elevated temperature) and workability challenges. By synthesizing existing knowledge, this review aims to provide a comprehensive overview of GPC, contributing to the advancement and wider application of this sustainable construction material.
