New possibilities in 3D printing may open up a whole new chapter of opportunities for pharmaceutical research and bio-technology applications. There are a number of ways that could be used as drug dosage forms, supporting delivery, or helping to research cures. To explore its work. 3D printing has been around for many years; predominantly been used in manufacturing. This type of printing, also called stereo-lithography, can create almost any object by fusing different materials, layer by layer, to form a physical version of a digital 3D image. Over the past 15 years, 3D printing has expanded into the healthcare industry, where it has used to create custom prosthetics and dental implants. Now, there may be a chance to use it for personalized healthcare. Since a three-dimensional (3D) printed drug was first approved by Food and Drug Administration in 2015, there has been a growing interest in 3D printing for drug manufacturing. There are multiple 3D printing methods - including selective laser sintering, binder deposition, stereo-lithography, inkjet printing, extrusion-based printing, and fused deposition modeling - which are compatible with printing drug products, in addition to both polymer filaments and hydrogels as materials for drug carriers. We see the adaptability of 3D printing as a revolutionary force in the pharmaceutical industry. Release characteristics of drugs may be controlled by complex 3D printed geometries and architectures. Precise and unique doses can be engineered and fabricated via 3D printing according to individual prescriptions. On-demand printing of drug products can be implemented for drugs with limited shelf life or for patient-specific medications, offering an alternative to traditional compounding pharmacies. For these reasons, 3D printing for drug manufacturing is the future of pharmaceuticals, making personalized medicine possible while also transforming pharmacies.

In this study, substituted cinnamic acids (4-hydroxy, 3-nitro, 4-nitro, 2-chloro, and 4-methoxy) and their amides were synthesised. The synthetic compounds were tested for seed germination inhibitory effectiveness on barnyardgrass (Echinochola colona) seeds at 50, 100, and 200 ppm concentrations, and the results were compared to standard herbicide formulations containing butachlor and pendimethalin. All substances displayed significant action. The majority of the chemicals exhibited limited inhibitory action at 50 ppm concentration. Most of the compounds had activity comparable to conventional butachlor and pendimethalin. Thus, substituted cinnamic acids and their amides may be produced as potential herbicides.

'GENDER', in a basic sense, refers to the meaning of identity, role, and involvement of human beings, which is socially constructed. If we dissect these inevitable entities that develop a human being, it must include the form of 'sex' and its biological and physical construction as well. This inclusion and dissection are the salient needs of the term 'gender' to be a prudent definition that features broader scopes and possibilities. The typical ideas and construction of society, irrespective of circumstances, influence the observation and role-making procedure to define the 'gender'. The distinction between male and female can be defined in the form of sexual identity, but it also gets included if the aspect desires a broader shift to make role and involvement by partaking in social concern. This particular aspect revolves around the umbrella term 'gender' with umpteen loopholes, whether the concern confuses itself, whether it needs to delineate its 'Social-Constructed' formation, or whether it concerns roles, involvement, scopes, and identity that have been modified by the stereotypical ideas of society. Hence, this research paper tends to find out the extensive array of ways of defining 'gender' in the light of psychological and essential perspectives.

English Literature has an important role in numerous professional and personal shifts in women's lives. The advent of feminism in India can be attributed to prominent Indian women writers who wrote in English, such as Shashi Deshpande, Nayantara Sahgal, Anita Desai, Kamala Markandeya, Arundathi Roy, Chitra Banerjee, Anita Desai and others. These writers present a realistic image of contemporary society. Several societal problems, including the dowry system, partition, child maltreatment and child employment, were intended to be brought to the readers' attention by these authors. They also uncovered issues like women's education, child marriage, complex man-woman relationships and maltreatment given to women in a patriarchal society. The same pattern is still being followed by contemporary women authors who depict modern women through their novels. Of them, Preeti Shenoy is the shining one. She portrays the modern woman of today's society through her various novels. The narrative of The Secret Wish List centers on 'Diksha', a contemporary woman. She is initially a traditional woman but one day because of her friend she realizes her hopes and aspirations. Though it seems impossible for her to achieve all of her ambitions at first, she encounters numerous obstacles because of a variety of situations, but ultimately, she succeeds. This paper aims to analyse the novel through the lens of portraying a woman's life journey from traditional to modern.

This paper focuses on Ecological aspects through Literature with special reference to the novels of Ruskin Bond. The novels chosen for the eco- critical analysis in this Paper are The Room on the Roof (1956), Vagrants in the Valley (1987), An Island of Trees (1992), Book of Nature(2003). Ecology is the study of the relationships between living organisms, including humans, and their physical environment. One of the biggest problems facing the world today is global warming. Many experts believe that production of carbon dioxide and other greenhouse gases are the cause of heating in the atmosphere, which is very dangerous to human life. The important solution is to plant more trees. Trees absorb C02 and produce oxygen, which is not a greenhouse gas. To protect environment, many Writers have been inspiring through their writings and thereby trying to bring awareness and reduce global warming. Ruskin Bond is an environment conscious writer and the themes in his novels reflect the association and harmony that exists between fauna and flora and ways to enhance the awareness in the society.

Ethosomes are non-invasive delivery devices that allow drugs to reach the deeper layers of the skin and the systemic circulation. Although ethosomal systems are conceptually advanced, their preparation is a simple and safe combination that can greatly expand their application. Ethosomes are soft, malleable vesicles adapted to improve the transport of active substances. Due to their unique structure, Ethosomes are able to encapsulate and carry through the skin very lipophilic molecules such as cannabinoids, testosterone and minoxidil, as well as cationic drugs such as propranolol, trihexaphenidyl, cyclosporine, insulin, salbutamol. Enhanced transport of bioactive molecules through the skin and cell membranes by an ethosomal carrier opens up many challenges and opportunities for research and further development of new, improved therapies. Ethosomes are gaining popularity in the design of drug delivery systems for topical and transdermal use because they can reach deep skin layers and systemic circulation. Although conceptually advanced, Ethosomes are easy to make and safe to use. Although very efficient, Ethosomes offer the potential for expanding applications. The purpose of the review is to give an in-depth overview of the properties and preparation of Ethosomes, followed by a characterization and list of drugs encapsulated in Ethosomes over the last 15 years

The catastrophic impact of stressed assets coupled with the obvious provisioning and hence a hit on the bottom line of the financial institutions has taken its toll on the banking sector in India making it reel under it. A healthy banking sector functioning smoothly and profitably is a sine qua non for any growing economy but for India it is the mythological "elixir". Statistics show that credit growth is linked with the growth of economy and vice versa. The stressed assets hit the very nerve of it. Tougher BASEL norms vying for strict and upward provisioning against bad debts leave the banking sector in peril as they huff and puff for more capital. The Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act 2002.) came as a breather at the early stage of the new millennium. It was touted as a go for all type of legislation for banking institutions given its objective of recovering bad debts without intervention of the courts in India. This paper makes an attempt to ascertain its impact viz a viz other modes of recovery mechanism in bringing down the quantity of stressed asset.

The human culture in the Sundarbans region of Lower Bengal continues to fluctuate, mixing and acculturate with the arrival and departure of various communities. In this land dominated by lower caste Hindus, the trend of mixed culture has developed with the arrival of muslim, christian and tribal people. With the arrival of the Portuguese and British, many people of Lower Bengal became Christians. Apart from highlighting the socio-cultural characteristics of this Christian community, various aspects of acculturation of these regional cultures have been explored. Basically it was not possible for the people of this region to completely assimilate the foreign Christian culture. Because of the culture obtained by conversion was not fully able to influence the place of their previous traditional culture. Even though the Christian people of this region tried to adopt foreign customs and traditions, there naturally existed in them various characteristics of local culture. The expression of these regional characteristics is particularly prevalent with little variation in food, speech, dress and manners. The local character of the Bengali language is reflected in the conversation. Social customs, worship of regional deities, etc. continue to flow with the amalgamation of cultural traits.

Recent advances in synthetic data have enabled the generation of images with such high quality that human beings cannot distinguish the difference between real-life photographs and Artificial Intelligence (AI) generated images. Given the critical necessity of data reliability and authentication, this article proposes to enhance our ability to recognise AI-generated images through computer vision. Initially, a synthetic dataset is generated that mirrors the ten classes of the already available CIFAR-10 dataset with latent diffusion, providing a contrasting set of images for comparison to real photographs. The model is capable of generating complex visual attributes, such as photorealistic reflections in water. The two sets of data present as a binary classification problem with regard to whether the photograph is real or generated by AI. This study then proposes the use of a Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) to classify the images into two categories; Real or Fake. Following hyperparameter tuning and the training of 36 individual network topologies, the optimal approach could correctly classify the images with 92.98% accuracy. Finally, this study implements explainable AI via Gradient Class Activation Mapping to explore which features within the images are useful for classification. Interpretation reveals interesting concepts within the image, in particular, noting that the actual entity itself does not hold useful information for classification; instead, the model focuses on small visual imperfections in the background of the images. The complete dataset engineered for this study, referred to as the CIFAKE dataset, is made publicly available to the research community for future work.

Abstract: The oral poetry mirrors the socio-cultural, religious and economic life patterns of the communities. Its documentation is an authentic source of knowledge. SitakantMohapatra, a true son of the soil, an administrator, and a poet from Odisha, has travelled and dived deep into the language, culture and tradition of the various tribal communities like the Santhals, the Kandhas, the Mundas, the Parajas, the Hos, the Oraons etc. and collected and translated their oral poetry. These oral songs depict the life, the way of the world of the various tribes, like birth, death, love, sex, marriage, fate, god, eternity, spirituality, rites, rituals and celebrations that are different from clan to clan, village to village. The poet has toil hard to understand the wisdom of the different tribal communities and the nuances and layers in their oral songs. The poet has also showed great reverence and appreciated their immense perseverance. This paper will reflect Mohapatra's efforts to make tribal oral poetry open to the world and a sturdy commitment towards authentic documentation.
