 Abstract

Diabetes mellitus is a collection of physiological dysfunctions defined by hyperglycemia caused by insulin resistance, insufficient insulin production, or excessive glucagon secretion. Type 2 diabetes, which is far more frequent, is largely an issue of gradually poor glucose regulation caused by a combination of dysfunctional pancreatic beta cells and insulin resistance. The goal of this article is to review the basic science of type 2 diabetes and its complications, as well as to discuss the most recent treatment options.  Abstract

Employee Motivaton is the key factor to help up the capacity of an association. In the globalization stage, each organization needs to continue itself in a furiously focused market. Representatives are the fundamental elements to show the business objectives into the real world. Subsequently, in the present world each association attempts to deal with its human asset office to keep its representatives inspired. In that specific circumstance, some of the administration speculations have been rehearsing by them. Business work or their presentation in the market can be assessed by surveying the degree of inspiration of representatives. Inspiration can assume a lead job to get the expert achievement in each budgetary year in a less exertion way. While trying to find what inspires representatives, representative inspiration inquire about papers report that what spurs laborers today is fundamentally connected to the qualities and objectives of the person. Starting in the 1970's, it appears that there was a sensational move in the qualities and needs of the ordinary laborer. As individuals turned out to be progressively taught and the economy saw a sharp decay of the Protestant hard working attitudes, what representatives needed from their managers changed also.

 Abstract

Medicines and vaccines play a crucial role in the prevention and treatment of a disease. Even after the drug has been approved for sale in the market, it may have certain unexpected or undesirable side effects. These side effects of the drugs need to be monitored, as a large number of people consume them. Pharmacovigilance helps to monitor the side effects and other related problems associated with medicines and vaccines.

 Abstract

Abstract India is facing major environmental challenges, including air and water pollution, deforestation, and climate change. To address these issues, the Indian government has implemented several initiatives to promote sustainable development and protect the environment. These initiatives aim to promote the use of clean energy sources, improve the efficiency of energy use, reduce greenhouse gas emissions, protect forests and wildlife, and improve the management of waste and water resources. One significant initiative is the implementation of the National Action Plan on Climate Change (NAPCC), which lays out a comprehensive strategy for reducing India's carbon footprint and mitigating the impacts of climate change. This plan includes the promotion of renewable energy, energy efficiency, and sustainable agriculture and forestry practices. The Indian government has also launched the National Solar Mission, which aims to increase the share of solar energy in India's total energy mix. Additionally, the government has taken steps to protect and conserve India's forests, wildlife, and biodiversity. This includes the creation of protected areas, the promotion of eco-tourism, and the implementation of conservation and sustainable management practices. The government has also implemented policies and programs to improve waste management and reduce plastic pollution, such as the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan (Clean India Mission) and the ban on single-use plastics.

 Abstract

This research paper examines the evolution of fintech companies in rural India and their performance over time. Despite significant changes and improvements in product offerings, challenges in serving rural customers persist. Through an analysis of factors contributing to the success of fintech companies in rural India, such as government support, availability of digital financial services, and access to affordable internet connectivity, this paper provides a comprehensive assessment of the state of fintech in rural India. Challenges experienced by users of fintech services in rural India, including technological difficulties, lack of customer support, and limited-service offerings, are also examined. The paper concludes by providing suggestions for fintech companies to improve their performance in rural India and address the perception that their performance may not be as good as it is in urban areas or other countries. Such suggestions include developing tailored product offerings for rural customers, strengthening customer support systems, and providing targeted education and awareness campaigns to promote the benefits of fintech solutions. Overall, this research paper offers valuable insights into the performance and evolution of fintech companies in rural India, and its findings can inform the development of effective policies and strategies to address the unique challenges facing fintech companies serving rural populations.

The purpose of this paper is to find out how pre-engagement activities by companies during the onboarding process help them build employer branding. For the purpose of this study that is being conducted on Generation Z, taking into account a focus group, we have asked certain questions related to their experience during pre-onboarding and employer branding experiences. Based on various relevant literature reviews that are described below, we have taken into account these studies by different authors that have previously been conducted in this research area. The study also focuses on the behavior of organizations during pre-onboarding and engagement activities during orientation programs so as to create goodwill in the eyes of new joiners. A qualitative research technique was used to carry out the research wherein we have asked certain quotient based upon the themes that we have created for different onboarding activities that had done by the companies.  Abstract

One of the most significant changes in the global economy has been the interest in the globalization of economic and commercial activities, which is dependent on information technology and the spread of new organizations with advanced skills and continuous innovation, as well as research centres that consistently publish new technologies, and moves to technopreneurship by fusing entrepreneurship with technology to maintain global competitiveness, which many nations have begun to do. Some countries went above and beyond by aiding small and medium-sized firms, pushing them to follow the Technopreneurship strategy, and recognizing the importance of colleges in attaining these objectives.

 Abstract

Since anaemia is a common consequence of CKD., this study was designed to learn more about it (CKD). Higher likelihood of hospitalisation has been associated with anaemia. Chronic renal impairment (CKD) morbidity and fatality are both accelerated by anaemia. Treatment with erythropoietin (EPO) for anaemia was very helpful for several individuals but not for others. Experimental as well as clinical data show that a number of factors contribute to an inadequate response to EPO therapy. Those who have chronic kidney disease (CKD) frequently experience hyporesponsiveness to erythropoietin stimulating drugs (ESA) and fluctuating Hb (haemoglobin) levels., and this study shows that functional iron deficiency (FID), chronic inflammation, renin-angiotensin system inhibitors (RASIs), a lack of L-carnitine, and malnutrition are the primary causes of anaemia.

 Abstract

Most of the chicken barns in India are overseen and physically inspected. The crucial factors that ought to have been evaluated and managed include temperature, air quality, wetness, lighting, oxygenating the barn, and the chickens' food intake. Clearly connected to the production of poultry are these variables. Chicken farms are currently where they die off more quickly. By monitoring and effectively maintaining the temperature, dampness, air quality, and food feeder with the help of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSN) technology and the Internet of Things, this project aims to raise healthy layer chickens, slow the rate at which they die off, and improve the coherence of the poultry products (IoT). IoT and WSN developments were used to create a model, and the aforementioned boundaries were tested against limit values. Additionally, the client receives programmed ready notices from this system via SMS. Additionally, a web interface is created to screen and display these boundaries.
