Non- human animals functioning as narrators and protagonists is not common only to fairy tales and fables. Their voice can be found in serious literature too and they narrate the intricacies of their life and their worlds. The primary reason for having animals as narrators is the possibility of evoking empathy from the readers towards the plight of animals. The authors of such works try to decentre human beings and defamiliarize the human perception of the world. Having animals as narrators also facilitate the writers to avoid censorship and persecution by projecting their ideas through animal voice. Thus, ranging from fairy tales to political satires, animal images are common and their voices are used to negotiate the relationship between animals and humans. The paper aims to analyse the Animal narratives in the novel The Bees written by Laline Paull. The plot of the novel is revealed from the perception of a bee and with a limited human intervention. However, traces of anthropocentrism are found in the novel despite its careful detachment from the animal world. The paper sets to show the convergence of animal and human world and the system devised to have a better understanding on the life of bees.

Potato crops offer numerous advantages to human life, with one of the most significant being their high carbohydrate content, which serves as a primary source of nutrition for humans. The progress in potato agriculture holds vital importance for sustaining human life. However, various challenges impede the development of potato farming, including diseases that target potato leaves. If left unaddressed, these diseases can lead to decreased production and potential crop failure. Notable among these leaf diseases is early blight, caused by the fungus 'Alternaria solani', and late blight, caused by the microbe 'Phytophthora infestans'. Each disease presents distinct symptoms, enabling farmers to take preventive measures upon their identification. However, due to the specialized knowledge required, accurate and timely disease identification proves challenging for the average farmer. In response to this, technology in informatics, particularly digital image processing, can offer a solution for disease identification in potato leaves. This research aims to propose an effective method for detecting diseases in potato leaves, utilizing three types of data: healthy leaves, early blight, and late blight. The identification process employs deep learning techniques, specifically utilizing the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) architecture. The result of this research is that the 70:30 data segmentation produces better accuracy than the 80:20 data segmentation. The accuracy obtained is 98 % on training data and 97 % on validation data using 32 batch sizes at 50 epochs.

Research into energy collecting technology has grown significantly in recent years as a result of the growing demand for alternate energy sources. Different technologies have been developed recently, and the specific issue of energy harvesting on road pavements is a very young area of research. None of them, however, has demonstrated both high conversion efficiency and technical and financial feasibility. In order to transfer energy from the device surface to an electrical generator, this study discusses the construction of a new mechanical system to be used on an electromechanical device that harvests energy from road pavement. The major objective is to measure and contrast the new system's energy harvesting, transmission, and conversion efficiency with existing systems. There are offered conclusions about the effectiveness of the system

Over the last few decades, we witnessed a sea change in the social status of women as they came out of their confinements from homes, to work outside and play multiple roles with competence. This could become possible because of spread of education, awareness and skill training among the women but unfortunately, taking up a career came up with a lot of challenges for them. Working women went through a lot of stress and strain in balancing between professional and personal life, unhealthy work place with discriminatory practices and the problem of glass ceiling. Glass ceiling as a metaphor dealt with subtle gender disparities between men and women at workplace. It was an invisible barrier that prevented women from getting high positions in jobs regardless of their eligibility and efficacy. The present paper reviewed various studies on glass ceiling in the West and India and explored its existence across the globe. Findings were content analyzed and possible ways to handle the issue were suggested on the basis of socialization, gender role expectations, psycho-social needs and empowerment of working women.

Cloud computing is a transformative approach to computing, providing remote access to processing resources housed in expansive data centers. Fundamentally, it leverages virtualization to enable the sharing of hardware resources, optimizing resource utilization and reducing operational expenses. Virtualization involves creating isolated virtual environments called virtual machines (VMs) for each operating system, essentially replicating physical machines. A single physical machine (PM) can host multiple VMs, allowing for efficient resource allocation. An integral feature of cloud computing is virtual machine migration, which enables the smooth transfer of a continuously operational VM from one physical host to another. This capability offers several advantages for data centers, including load balancing, maintenance, fault tolerance, and power management. This study delves into an analysis of live migration procedures in data centers, exploring various strategies for virtual machine migration. Additionally, it investigates the diverse parameters influencing VM migration. The paper also examines the complexities of live virtual machine migration and emphasizes the role of virtualization in effectively provisioning resources.

Hair Length Technology is one of the techniques of storage of data in the form of computer language. It will store the data as like a hair length. Dot bounded or chainage methods it's stabled in the one small point and can be able to store more data from the other ROM or Storage devices. The mapping and storage is a major different from the other methodology that technique is more challenging and cannot be defeat by any other formula at that time. The digital data will be stored in the form of hair grow. Hair grow on the route like data will be stored on the route occupied less point spaces & can be stored big data. The basic understanding of how software functions is helpful for anyone who interacts with technology. With a background in programming, you can get an implantation by coding, designing software, data architecture, or creating intuitive user interfaces.
