The self-starting detection of leaf disease is necessity topic as it is an advantage in monitoring large crop fields. The existence of disease in plant means the growth of plant can be destroyed. In this computing stage image processing techniques are used to study the various plants leaf diseases. In this paper we apply a methodology that is based on Fuzzy based system and used segmentation to distinguish critical or non-critical section to detect plant disease. First of all image is pre-processed, and then segmentation is done by using SVM technique and at the last classification is done by using FSVM method. The simulation results shows that the overall accuracy is improved and MSE reduced by 10%.

BACKGROUND: Pelvic tilt angle is defined as the angle between the horizontal plane and the line passing through the center of the PSIS and center of ASIS. Clinically use of a pelvic inclinometer to measure pelvic inclination angles is a quick, non-invasive, user-friendly method. In the present study we have devised a similar method of measuring pelvic tilts by means of an self designed pelvic inclinometer METHODOLOGY: A self designed Pelvic inclinometer was used to measure pelvic inclination angle. All the subjects were explained the purpose of the study, Inclusion and exclusion criteria were assessed, informed consent was obtained and ethical clearance was obtained from the institution. For this, a pilot study was done with 10 asymptomatic people aged between 18 to 30 years. Pelvic inclination angle of Rt. And Lt. innominate bone was measured to test intertester and intratester reliability. RESULTS: A significant and positive correlation was observed between tester 1 and tester 2 scores of pelvic tilt right side (r=1.0000, p=0.0001) and left side (r=0.7101, p=0.0001) and significant and positive correlation was observed between test and retest scores of pelvic tilt right side by tester 1 (r=1.0000, p=0.0001) and left side by tester 1 (r=0.7986, p=0.0001). CONCLUSION: Pelvic inclination angle recorded by Self designed Pelvic inclinometer is highly reliable to use clinically.

: Skin malignancy is the most well-known reason for death among people. Skin disease is unusual development of skin cells frequently creates on body presented to the daylight, yet can happen anyplace on the body. Since this cancer is visible on the skin, it is potentially detectable at a very early stage when it is curable. With the new innovation, early identification of skin growth is conceivable at beginning stage. Early technique for analysis skin growth location is Biopsy technique [1]. It is finished by evacuating skin cells and that example goes to different research centre testing. It is difficult and tedious process. In this paper we present Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO) for segmentation and Hidden Markov Model (HMM) for the classification of skin lesions. The input to the system is the skin lesion image and it goes under different pre-processing method for noise removal and image enhancement. At that point the picture is experienced to division utilizing PSO strategy. A few highlights of picture must be extricated utilizing GLCM system. These highlights are given as the contribution to classifier. Hidden Markov Model (HMM) is utilized for characterization reason. It conclude about the presence of skin cancer or not.

Abstract : Organizations around the globe especially the ones in emerging countries are stroked with the issue of providing their services to users with the use of information technology. Universities have faced such issue for the provision of services like teaching, research, learning and development activities in line with the quality of education. Major concern for that is the high cost factor of providing and maintaining the required software and hardware for their system. Technology like cloud computing that works on the model of provisioning IT resources on-demand criteria can be adopted to overcome this problem. This technology ensures improved quality of services linked to IT, as the services are available for users whenever and wherever they want at a reduced cost as they have to pay according to pay per use criteria which can be said as utility-based model. Despite of these advantages, challenges that are associated with its adoption in various sectors especially higher education sector have faced hurdles to commit to cloud computing. This paper identifies various issues and benefits of cloud computing in higher education institutes.

In this paper to proposed a continual (iterative) method to label the face identification dispute with occlusions. This approach handles the robust representation problems based on two characteristics to mock-up flanking errors successfully. First characteristic controls the error distribution characterizes by a tailored loss function and second characteristic label by a specific structure (low-rank image comparison with image size). F-LR-IRNNLS (Fast low rank iteratively reweighted non negative least square) algorithm to model the strong (robust) representation for face identification. The robust representation scheme performs efficiently on face identification during occlusions of 70%. In this paper to proposed a SVD (Singular Value Decomposition) method for face identification, at SVD method determines the low-rank (structural) representation of a image, and also eliminates the small singular values in a face. To introduce SVD method in face identification by compressed the image to improve the performance than compare to F-LR-IRNNLS method.SVD method to improve the performance of face identification and speed up the face identification, the experiment of face identification conduct on GUI (Graphical User Interface) technique.

Boolean functions are one of the main objects of discrete mathematics. The class of monotone Boolean functions is pre-complete in the set of all Boolean functions, that is, there is no class of Boolean functions which is closed (with respect to superposition), contains all monotone functions, and differs both from the class of monotone Boolean functions and from the set of all Boolean functions. In the present article our aim is to discuss the basic structure and functions of closed classes of monotone Boolean functions.

Broad ligament pregnancy is also known as inter ligamentous pregnancy which is a rare form of ectopic pregnancy. Very few successful live births have been reported in this condition, where such pregnancies reached term and with live birth of a baby. A case of 28 year old primigravida of 35 weeks gestation with oligoamnios was referred to our hospital. A right broad ligament pregnancy was confirmed after an ultrasound and an MRI. She was taken up for surgery and an incision was given on the anterior leaf of the broad ligament and a male live fetus was extracted. Placenta was found on the posterior leaf of the broad ligament and it was removed without any undue haemorrhage. Uterus was lying medial to the sac and was around ten weeks in size. Both mother and baby were discharged on seventh postoperative day in good health condition.

Now banking turned into e-banking which banks facing new challenges in its field as a result of innovative technological advancement in banking sector. As customers of banking institutions wants banking services at their fingertips, for this banks offers so many services by electronic means what is technically called as e-banking. Now banks not confined to branches, they reduced paper documents for banking transactions, customers can withdrew or deposit money through online, online fund transfer etc are made possible today without any hurdles. Electronic also known as electronic fund transfer (EFT), uses computer and internet technology as a substitute for paper documents. EFT initiated through cards or codes by which a customer can authorise access their accounts. Debit cards, credit cards PIN numbers are used for this purpose. For example a customer can easily check his account through online when he made a purchase with credit or ATM cards with his smart phone. The study is about to know the awareness level of e-banking among people with reference to Palakkad city.

Seeing short messages is critical to numerous applications, yet challenges proliferate. To begin with, short messages don't generally watch the punctuation of a composed dialect. Therefore, customary common dialect handling apparatuses, running from grammatical form labeling to reliance parsing, can't be effectively connected. Second, short messages typically don't contain adequate measurable signs to help numerous best in class approaches for content mining, for example, point demonstrating. Third, short messages are more questionable and boisterous, and are created in a colossal volume, which additionally expands the trouble to deal with them. We contend that semantic information is required so as to better see short messages. In this work, we construct a model framework for short content understanding which abuses semantic information gave by an outstanding knowledgebase and consequently reaped from a web corpus. Our insight escalated approaches upset customary strategies for assignments, for example, content division, grammatical feature labeling, and idea marking, as in we center around semantics in every one of these errands. We lead a far reaching execution assessment on genuine information. The outcomes demonstrate that semantic learning is imperative for short content comprehension, and our insight serious methodologies are both successful and productive in finding semantics of short messages.

Human Resource Accounting (HRA) is of recent origin and is major issue for research and analysis in management. Human resource has always been taken as a 'soft and light issue' whose contribution generally can not be measured in monetary terms. Human resource is the vital input of any organization in this era of globalization, as it pulls on all other physical and financial assets and resources towards the achievement of organizational goals. HRA is a process of identifying and measuring data about human resource and communicating this information to interested parties. Therefore, it is an attempt to identify and report investment made in resources of an organization that are not presently accounted for under conventional accounting practices. Even today, when a good deal of work has been done in this field, it is very much unfortunate that there is not only set pattern or generally accepted method either for valuation of human resource or for their recording in books of accounts. Most of the Indian organizations do not value their human resources and plans to implement valuation of human resources are at a very early stage. In order to show greater progress, more needs to be done at both the theoretical and practical level. More search into valuation methods and models, and the practical implication of these, is needed together with the engagement of both human resource and accounting professionals in the debate on valuation and its implementation in practice. The present study focuses on approaches and various Human Resource Valuation models.

Transthoracic echocardiography is a noninvasive method, cost-effective, portable, and undeniable which use to determine the cardiac function and disease from the critically ill patients. The ability of echocardiography to yields an accurate hemodynamic Doppler gating signal data (blood flow velocity, direction and flow patterns). The spatial temporal resolution, suboptimal quality image are extremely useful in the ICU setting and expertise in ICU is a time-consuming and challenging to their potential findings. The study of transthoracic echocardiography is depends on the handling of transducer or probe and the knowledge about the augmentation of the ultrasound settings using specialized ultrasound doppler machines. Transthoracic echocardiography is achieved by using different acoustic cardiac windows - parasternal long- axis views and short-axis views, apical four chamber views, apical five chamber views, and subcostal view), Doppler have the different modes Such as continuous wave, pulse wave, Single angle, and vector are apply to acquired the cineloops and acoustic cardiac window of doppler spectrum. The standardized views are characterized by specific cardiac structures and their positioning in the scanning sector. Every standardized orientation is highly mimeo graphically documented. So, those cardiac structures can be visualized in a specific manner by transthoracic echocardiography.

This paper portrays how to execute MPPT utilizing the most mainstream exchanging power supply topology. There are numerous distributed takes a shot at this subject, however just a little bit of them demonstrate to really actualize the calculations in equipment, and additionally state normal issues and entanglements. In our work to keep the plan straightforward we have utilized Arduino Nano. It has highlights like: LCD show, Led Indication and it is outfitted with different securities to shield the hardware from anomalous condition. This plan is reasonable for a 50W sun powered board to charge a usually utilized 12V lead corrosive battery. As the maximum power point (MPP) of photovoltaic (PV) power age frameworks changes with changing environmental conditions (e.g. sun based radiation and temperature), an imperative thought in the plan of effective PV frameworks is to track the MPP accurately. We have actualized the most well-known MPPT calculation named Perturb and Observe (PO) to control the yield of a synchronous buck-converter.

In the current era of standards-based education, student self-assessment stands alone in its promise of improved student motivation and engagement, and learning. Correctly implemented, student self assessment can promote intrinsic motivation, internally controlled effort, a mastery goal orientation, and more meaningful learning. In order to become lifelong learners, students need to learn the importance of self-evaluation. They can do this by filling out self-evaluation forms, journalizing, taking tests, writing revisions of work, asking questions, and through discussions. It is important for teachers to model self-assessment too. Teachers need to show their students that it is important for everybody to self-evaluate by doing their own self-evaluations. Self-assessment could mean that students simply check off answers on a multiple-choice test and grade themselves, but it involves much more than that. Such as in the subject commerce students can self evaluate with the projects and assignments given to them related with accounts, shares, markets and products etc. Through this students can evaluate about the understanding of the concepts related with commerce. But these techniques also need improvement so students can also evaluate themselves
