Merger and Acquisition plays a vital role in Indian corporate restructuring, it leads to increasing pre and post merger financial performance of selected Tamilnadu companies to achieve their goals. This paper evaluates the financial performance of selected Tamilnadu companies like Return on investment ratio, profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, leverage ratio, growth ratio etc., the main aim of this study is to understand the theoretical background and impact of pre and post merger financial performance of selected Tamil Nadu companies. And to examine the profitability ratio analysis of pre and post merger financial performance in three companies and to study the liquidity ratio analysis of pre and post merger financial performance selected companies. Further, This study reveals the leverage ratios and growth ratio analysis of pre and post merger financial performance in selected companies. In this study data has been collected from secondary sources and to measure the reliability of data applied group or descriptive statistics and for financial ratios of pre and post merger data T test has been applied, This study reveals the significant difference between pre merger and post merger financial performance towards the companies and there is no relationship between profitability ratio, liquidity ratio, leverage ratio and growth ratio performance towards the companies. Therefore the null hypothesis is accepted alternative hypothesis is rejected.

The history of Aligarh traces back to the time of Mahabharat, when the capital of Pandavas was shifted to Ahar (presently Bulandshahar Disrtict) after the destruction of Hastinapur. Being near to Delhi as well as Mathura (Braj), Aligarh previously known as Kol has his own significance in the history. The geographical setting of the city makes it an important city for settlements. The archeological explorations have found potteries such as OCP (Ochered Colored Pottery), PGW( Painted Grey Ware), RW(Red Ware) in the region which date backs to 1500 BC. The written descriptions and history of the city flinches from the Sultanate period in Tarikh-e- Firuzshahi to Ain-i Akbari, Amal-I Shahjahani and Tuzk-e- Jahangiri. Ibn Battuta's has also mentioned about Kol in his Rihla, when he traveled along with 15 ambassadors representing Ukhaantu Khan, the Mongol Emperor of the Yuan dynasty in China. They traveled to Koil city en route to the coast at Cambay (in Gujarat) in 1341. Other than Ibn Battuta travelers like Fitch, Mildenhall, Hawkins, Francisco Pelsaert, Peter Mundy and W. Foster have mentioned about Koil in their travel accounts. The first prominent writing about history of Kol is Akhbarul Jamal by Raje Mohammad in the Eighteenth Century who specifically writes about the Balai City. Muslim history scholars such as Sir Syed Ahmad Khan, Altaf Husain Hali, Zakaullah,Ziauddin Barani etc. have written well about the city in their respective works. Also there are British writings and records for the Koil city. After the establishment of AMU, Prof. Mohammad Habib has also written well about the city. His son Prof. Irfan Habib has proficiently worked over the geographical and historical setting of the city. A comprehensive work by Prof. Jamal Siddiqui over the complete Aligarh District gives well information about the city. After the establishment of MAO College, there have been many writings over Aligarh Movement and post 1857 history. Tariq Hasan, Theodore Morrison and many other writers have written over the history of Aligarh Muslim University and Aligarh Movement. The Department of History, Aligarh Muslim University have produced many thesis on the history of the city under the supervisor of different guides which already have worked over the history of the city. The different historians have written about the history of the city in different aspects. Some have written in narrative aspect and some have written taking account the political and social scenario of the city at different period of time. The historian have strained to trace different layers of history over the city.

To grasp the reality of motion, at first, we have to realize the Bradelian interpretation of motion with modern perspective. Francis Harbert Bradley (1846-1924), born in Clapham of Surrey, is famous among the British Idealists and becomes best known for his Metaphysics. Bradley's metaphysical view is unique; it has its own intrinsic value. Here, we are concerned about his view regarding motion. Bradley tries to show that those concepts of common sense, through which we usually understand the world, lead us to contradictions. He argues that if secondary qualities are appearances then primary qualities cannot stand by themselves; as a matter of fact, materialism, as a theory of reality, ceases to be tenable. Therefore, the reality of things, in terms of qualities, becomes incoherent. If we take a statement, e.g., 'a human being is rational, intelligent and bipad animal', we find that the reality of the statement cannot be just a plurality of qualities in a relation. If we think so, we will be led to say that P is being related to Q means either that P is P or P is other than P. It is not easy to discuss about qualities without relations or to discuss about them as having them. Qualities can be shown both, to make their relations and to be made by them; while relations can be shown to be nothing or it gives rise to an infinite regress. Bradley claims that space and time must be both, more than relations and yet a set of relations, there is nothing left to the notion of things as such. Therefore, discussion relating to primary or secondary qualities, relations, space and time, causation, motion etc. must therefore belong to the world of appearance. But without motion our usual life would be stopped. Sun,moon, stars, planets and othe stars cannot move without motion. If motion is not accepted then astronomy would be in vein. Even we cannot speak and write without the movement of our vocabulary organs and that of fingers respectively. So, the existence of motion has to accept in usual life, in scientific research and in all other aspects of life.

The paper gives a layout for programmed framework to secure and control the home, in view of computerized picture preparing with the assistance of Internet of Things (IoT). A framework consists of a sensor, computerized camera, database in the mist and the cell phone. Sensors are set in edge of entryway which alarms camera, to catch a picture who means to go into the house, at that point sends the picture to the database or dataset that is put away in the cloud. Picture examination is performed to identify and perceive and coordinate the picture with the put away dataset of the confirmed individuals or pets. In the event that the picture caught does not coordinate with the dataset then an alarm message is send to the owner of the house. The picture preparing calculations are considered for the handling spatial and time many-sided quality of the picture caught to cross check with the dataset put away in the fog.

In this design study, the main purpose was to design a S- shape micro strip antenna. Previous works are also dealing with the bandwidth increasing techniques by changes on the geometry. Some articles and applications are examined about micro strip antennas. There is an S- shape antenna which operates for 4G devices, but they do have a wider bandwidth. The development of antenna for wireless communication also requires an antenna with more than one operating frequencies. This is due to many reasons, mainly because there are various wireless communication systems and many telecommunication operators using various frequencies. However, the general micro strip patch antennas have some disadvantages such as narrow bandwidth etc. Enhancement of the performance to cover the demanding bandwidth is necessary. Design results of VSWR and return loss S11 is shown in this paper. The design and results are obtained by using CST Software.

The change in digital world raise the question of power- to chase such problems- renewable is a next generation to meet the context of power. The supply and demand of power in Indian market and environmental issue pushed all boundaries for human bounty. The major resources for power are petroleum and nuclear (excluding hydro power-renewable energy) but other solution to dilute negative environmental factors. An automobile is one of them, which are used, in large context to petroleum. This focus our idea to find a significant changes of electric power using polycrystalline solar panel at rest and in dynamic state of e-rickshaw and the difference in power generation. This paper presents the factors and effects on current, voltage and power due to environmental conditions and vehicle and factors responsible in power generation.

Abstract: The Language Bioprogram Hypothesis is an idea proposed by Bickerton who believes that all humans are born with an innate bioprogram for language. After the 1930s when linguists realized the importance of Pidgins and Creoles, the people who were using them also became aware of the importance and that they were not bad varieties of languages. Pidgins and Creoles share characteristics all over the world even when they come from different linguistic backgrounds. This paper gives detailed information about the definitions of Pidgins, Creoles, and Lingua Francas. The similarities and the differences between these language varieties are provided with examples and studied thoroughly. Pidgins and Creoles are not important to people who use them but they give crucial information about their identities, for this reason, the paper includes data on this issue.

Fires in CCWH Warehouses account for a great percentage of total number of out- breaks in industrial occupancies and almost invariably assume serious proportions. If fire starts when the warehouse is closed, it often remains undetected for some time and by then, it assumes serious proportions. The principal causes of outbreak of fire in a CCWH are careless smoking, electrical sources, and spontaneous ignition. falling of sparks/embers from external source, carrying out of dangerous operations, like welding, cutting. spray painting, etc, either in the warehouse building or in buildings communicating with the warehouse, use of naked lights , faulty electrical installations, storage of different goods which would be hazardous in combination. The three primary considerations, in providing adequate and reasonable fire protection and safe- guards for storage occupancies are, the fire behaviour of stored materials, their storage arrangement, and the type of warehouse building itself. Once a fire occurs in a hazardous material storage warehouse i.e. CCWH the fire propagation and duration depend primarily on these factors. The earlier a fire is detected, controlled and extinguished, the lesser the damage will result. Frequency of fire outbreaks and losses suffered as a result, may be considerably reduced if proper attention is paid to various aspects affecting fire safety, such as fire resistive construction , compartmentation , proper layout , size and height of the warehouse building, provision of smoke and heat ventilation, drainage arrangements, regulating the quantity and type of stocks in any particular godown, segregation of stocks having a varying fire risk, size and height of piles, provision of adequate aisles, separation of storage and process activities, minimising exposure hazards by proper layout of the CCWH building, etc. Automatic fire detection, alarm and protection arrangements are of utmost importance because warehouses are normally occupied only by comparatively less number of people during working hours and hardly any or at all during non- working hours. When the value in a fire area is extremely high, it will be desirable to sub-divide it by one or more structurally independent fire walls.
