ABSTRACT: Therapeutic drug monitoring could be a branch of clinical chemistry and clinical pharmacology that specifies within the measurement of medication levels in blood. Its main fixate is on drugs with a narrow therapeutic range.TDM begins when the drug is first prescribed, and involves determining an initial dosage process relevant for the clinical condition and such patient characteristics as age, weight, and collateral drug therapy. When interpreting concentration measurements, factors that require to be considered include the sampling time in reference to drug dose, dosage history, patient response, and therefore the desired medicinal targets. The goal of TDM is to use suitable concentrations of medications to optimize clinical outcomes in patients in various clinical situations.

Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) is common, preventable and treatable disease is characterized by persistent respiratory symptoms like dyspnea and airflow limitations. There are many objective and subjective scales which are used to assess different factors affected due to COPD like quality of life, well-being of patients, dyspnea, endurance, etc. GOLD is diagnostic criteria for diagnosis as well as for assessment of COPD. Barthel Index based on dyspnea, COPD assessment test and BODE are used to assess the dyspnea, wellbeing of patients, endurance and mortality of patients respectively in patients. To study the Correlation between Barthel Index based on dyspnea (BI-d), COPD assessment test (CAT), BODE and GOLD classification as staging systems of COPD was the aim of this study. Methodology- With the help of convenient sampling 23 COPD patients were taken as a sample. PFT was performed for all the samples and according to PFT results their disease staging was determined. All the patients were given validated BI-d and CAT scales in their preferred language. BI-d measures level of dyspnea perceived in performing Activities of Daily living and rate from 0-4 for per activity and total score is from 0-100. CAT examines well-being of patients and scoring of scale is from 0-40. For BODE index, BMI, obstruction i.e. FEV1 obtained from PFT, dyspnea from mMRC scale and Endurance from 6-minute walk test was performed and value of BODE index score from 0-10 was given. Through SPSS software all the results were analyzed and spearmans correlation coefficient test was used. Results- At significance level of 0.05, correlation done between GOLD and BI-d had strength of correlation of 0.52 which was moderate positive correlation. Rho values was 0.01 hence GOLD and BI-d positively correlates and statistically significant. Correlation done between GOLD and CAT had strength of correlation of 0.13 which was weak positive correlation while rho value was 0.51 at same significance level. This was statistically not significant. Correlation between GOLD and BODE had strength of correlation of 0.91 which was strong positive correlation and p value was 0.00001. GOLD and BODE had statistically significant positive correlation. Conclusion- BODE, BI-d, CAT all these positively correlates with GOLD but CAT doesnt show significant positive correlation.

A Purchase Request is a transaction that must be understood, because this transaction is related to factory operations. A purchase request has two transactions, namely a central purchase request and a local purchase request. Both of these have a path that has been determined by the company but have differences in the approval section. This research was conducted at PT. Along Inti Surya Utama 2 Malenggang Mill is located in Maleng-gang Village and SeiTekam Village, with 8 Hamlets (Dusun Malenggang, Dusun Sebeloh, Dusun Tapang Engkabang, Dusun Sepan, Dusun Perharga, Dusun Ampelas, Dusun Tekam and Dusun Sei. Bear), Kecamatan Sekayam, Sanggau Regency, West Kalimantan Province, Indonesia. The descriptive qualitative method is data that is collected, analyzed, and theories as research findings and based on existing data are to be processed and analyzed to provide an overview of the problem. The results of this study indicate that the flow set in the company is different from the field due to the absence of a reference. The solution to this problem is the creation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Reversible logic has attracted significant attention in recent years. It has applications in quantum computing, nanotechnology, low power CMOS, and optical computing. In reversible logic bit loss is recovered by unique input-output mapping where in conventional logic it is not possible. It is one of distinct feature of reversible logic. Reversible logic the input pattern is recovered from its output pattern but it fails conventional logic. It is one of distinct feature of reversible logic. The technological costs of Toffoli and Fredkin gates are comparable, it has been shown that using both types of gates results in network specifications with fewer gates. Therefore, a synthesis procedure exploiting both types of gates is of interest. In this paper, we concentrate on the synthesis of networks with these well-known gates and their straightforward generalizations.
